I did a virtual tour and from what I saw the unit was very clean ideal for one person, I viewed the studio and one thing about MAA properties they stacked with cute personal features like the keyless locks and all Electric units. One downside is W/D isn't an option in every unit. If that isn't feasible at least let laundry onsite be free as much as rent is, I have to pay to wash my own clothes onsite is a HUGE dealbreaker for me!

Safe...great neighborhood. So convenient to amenities. Centrally located in the city. It's pretty much ideal. Gym, laundry facilities. Terrific pool. Enjoyable on all levels. Calm quiet atmosphere. Nice office staff

Clean, quite, nice space and lots of natural light. Friendly staff with lots of knowledge. The property was very secure, laundry room was clean and not over priced, work out space was clean with multi use equipment. The apartment was staged beautifully, it was nice to see how we could maximize the space.

As of now, we are very happy with the community. The amenities had exceeded our expectations. However, we don't like that the trash containers are so exposed that when you walk by it smells bad. The staff is kind and always receptive to our concerns, they invite us to collaborate with the open arms campaign, which we gladly supported :)

It's been quite nice, though kids being kids once they get out of school, no one can control. Neighbors are friendly. It's nice walking to work and seeing neighbors cats in the window. Trash compactor can be bit of a mess but I understand life happens

Lived here for 2 years so far. Great area, very walkable, lots to do. Close to 285 and 400 but traffic is not too bad. The maintenance team is very friendly and the ladies in the office remember your name. Most things get taken care of quickly.

The apartment's location is prime and is walkable to Walmart and Publix. Even the Marta and Permiter Mall is also close by. This apartment is a pretty well-maintained gated community. Generally, maintenance requests are addressed quickly.

We are absolutely satisfied with our stay at MAA Dunwoody. The management is perfect. Every issue in the buildings, unite or in the community is considered throughly and carefully. This is our best stay in the area, thanks to MAA Dunwoody and its staff.

Community rents are very very high. Vandalism is keep happening on the cars & community is not at all taking any action to stop it. Maintenance is not good. They took more than a month to repair Trash compactor. After that it broke down again within a week. You can imagine how the community is. I will not recommend this community.

It's been more than a week since we moved in, and have already many issues. For the first couple of days the AC was out. After they fixed it, there was the sink and dryer problem. And, couple of other things too. So frustrating that all this happened in the first week of the move-in itself

Very positive experience touring, so much so, I rented! My guide was a district manager and was able to provide me dimensions and additional information. I toured a 2/2 to get an idea of the unit I'll be renting (1/1).

This community is well maintained. I have visited more than 10 apartments around the same area, and it is better than other properties even the apartment built older than others. Also the gate properly close whenever cars go in. For security wise, it is well managed.

I took a tour with the leasing agent Christina. The apartment complex looks clean. I like the vibe and the people seemed friendly. The apartment was also nice. I'm just hoping to get one at a decent price with washer and dryer inside. Christina was very nice and answered all of my question in detail. I'm looking forward to move here in December or January. Have a nice day!

It's been okay Staff is very responsive and do their best to make living here easier. Things like collecting misdirected mail, always answering my phone calls or returning same day. I would recommend MAA Dunwoody as a great place to live

The office staff is wonderful they get right back to you and are eager to help with any problems you have. Maintenance turn around time is fast and completed correctly the first time. Would be better if more than one pool but that's it. 5 star rating

Nice community right off a main road and next to shopping. I've visited multiple MAA communities and they are all ran well with helpful and pleasant staff. With that said, other than the property by Centennial Park, all of them have had outdated units. The communities are in strong need of modernization For me, that means, hard flooring throughout (no carpet), modern appliances (not just new, but modern design i.e. flat top or gas ranges, refrigerators with water/ice dispensers), enlarged kitchens with more cabinetry, bathroom renovations, etc.

So far bad that I would not recommend any other move in here into this community, when the home is not ready do not allow move in and do not charge huge amounts of rent, make sure what you are asking is worthy of the apartment

Great Experience with the community. Very calm and clean environment. Chisom was very friendly and explained all the features in the community. Every leasing agent is very friendly and help us understand better about the community during the visit. Looking forward for good support

Everyone is the office is friendly and seems to want to accommodate new residents. However, they don't have control over the quality of the work done by the Maintence staff, or the vendors/ contractors hired to do the repairs. This area is where the desire for improvement is most needed.

MAA Dunwoody is exceptionally well maintained and this community has given a feeling of our home away from home. Everyone is so courteous and all issues are addressed well within stipulated time. Its been 1 year and we love it the more and prefer to stay longer. I would like to give 4 star on one parameter as the breezeways as not cleaned often, that is the only suggestion, rest all is optimal and up to mark!

I have lived here for almost 7 years. It is a safe and quiet community. Living in the ever growing and changing metro Atlanta area comes with issues and changes. This community continues to be clean, safe, quiet.
