Apartment Community location and ambiance is really good. The maintenance has been really good in fixing our work requests promptly/correctly until 9 months ago, Suddenly everything changed. After that, the repair quality has gone down. Opened several work requests. They don't want to fix/replace the faulty parts. We like everything about this apartment except maintenance. Staff would not help with maintenance requests.

Love this place!!! The staff is very nice and responsive. I have seen a lot of changes in the community for the better. I have lived the community for 3 years now. The maintenance and office crew understands the word"Teamwork" Thanks for all you do!!!

It's great place to live. It's very calm, safe & clean. Great place for kids. School, police station, Walmart, post office, MAARTA stop is very near. I can always refer it to my friends. We have good Indian community hear & Bharat groceries is nearby??

Very first 3 to 4 days of initial stay was very tough but after that everything good so far. Note for Management: Management really has to do something for the roaches. Every week i am trying to clean the roaches and always try to keep clean inside the apartment but still almost everyday i can see roaches outside and also inside the apartment .

Overall a good experience. Staff is friendly and responsive. The only negative are the policies of the parent company. As an example, because of the significant numbers number of large families, how they handle water billing is not fair to singles or couples without children.

Its a nice community for singles and families and the location is coveted but the apartments are getting older and rents are increasing exponentially.Maintainence has gone downhill in this community, sometimes they are non existant. We have moved in our apartment 2 weeks ago and not a soul has tried to check in on all the problems we have with the apartment inspite of filling out a form and what not. My two cents...when renting, try to come in at a lower rate to make the move worthwhile for a few years otherwise just move on.

Nice community and good staff. The unit was nicely prepped for move in. The quality of the taps, door knobs, shower, etc could be better. Other appliances like refrigerator, washer dryer are good. Hoping for a good stay!

The staff at Post Crossing are very welcoming and friendly. The complex is nicely laid out, has nice features and feels like it will be a great place to live. The location is great too, for schools, shopping, MARTA, motorways, attractions, etc.

Extremely unresponsive to maintenance requests. I had a plumbing leak that they used maintenance staff for which took two weeks and still wasn't fixed. Once they brought in an actual plumber it was fixed within 20 minutes of arrival. This has happened two consecutive years in a row and resulted in considerable damage that had to be repaired rather than saving that money and doing it right up-front.

Overall good . Location awesome . This is one of the old and good community at dunwoody. Neat and tidy .Need to improve on the maintenance . The price is really high compared to few other communities .Child play area is missing.

Post Crossing is in a very prime location. You can find everything with in a mile range. Also, the community itself is nicely maintained. The Service request SLAs are sincerely followed. The management team is really cooperative

Typical, once the lease is signed and the check clears, you're treated differently. That's apartment life though. We aren't notified when the leasing office accepts packages which is silly. Overall a decent place to live

It is a very bad experience since when MAA has taken over the post crossing. Move out cleaning cost, Lease renewal costs had gone up drastically. Maintenance requests take long to get addressed. There is no flexible or friendly responsive team here.

Overall, good. However, price of apartments lived in (228, 614) were high. Square footage price could have been lower. Security could have been better. Also, children play in the streets often and this is dangerous to drivers.

Apartment is a on the higher end of price range but for the location and amenities it is worth it. The apartment continually strives to improve the units and the environment for example, adding Nests to all apartments,renovating the trash area, and adding the the greenery.

I moved here last year, and have loved every minute of it! The residence is quite and so safe! I use the gym often and have never had any problems. The staff is always helpful and friendly, I will recommend this location to anyone!

I very much enjoy living here; no qualms whatsoever. Quiet and calm environment. Any service work that I may require from time to time are done well, timely and efficiently. The staff in the leasing office are also extremely admirable.
