Extremely bad experience here. I initially gave them a good review the first year I lived there but the place declined after a maintance issue which leaked water damaged my property. This complex has turned out to be a huge nightmare for me. Huge problem!!! ! I wish I had never rented here

The location is one of the best takeaways for living in this community. All the amenities are in good shape. There are a lot of people walking around that will get in the way of motor traffic. Some of the fixtures/appliances in the units themselves seem a bit dated, so expect some minor issues with that.

As with most places in this area, rent is expensive, and I'm not entirely convinced that my experience here is worth what I pay a month. The biggest benefit is the location. Everything you could ever need is within a 5-8 min driving distance. But there were a lot of issues that residents shouldn't have to put up with, including flooding in my apartment (which happened 3 times as of writing this), several issues with ants, and cabinets that fell off the hinges for no apparent reason. The gutters need to be cleaned so that they actually filter the water and don't just pour it out via waterfall into the grass. The buildings themselves are old and look fine from a distance, but up close they are very poorly put together. The stairs leak when it rains, outside lighting has been falling down for weeks and no one has fixed it, the appliances in the apartments are old, and generally speaking the place needs a good face-lift. It's satisfactory if you're paying a lower rent price, but for $1000+ dollars a month, I don't feel like I'm getting all that I pay for. I've had no issues with staff or management. Utilities are consistent and even on a first floor apartment, the noise level is low. There are a lot of families with small children that live here, so if you're not a fan of screaming kids from time to time, this place may not be for you. Overall, though, the family environment makes it feel safe.

Apartment carpet was too dirty and patched. Bathroom water was running from tank. We mentioned all those issue in moving list and requested carpet change. Bathroom fix has not been done yet. Please check.

The location is great, close to everything. The office and maintenance staffs are awesome. Every work order for repairs has been completed quickly and completely. Our apartment has a large 2 car garage which is rare in an apartment and is addictive. Our only complaint is noisy neighbors. I have complained to the office twice and spoke to the neighbors twice myself. The toned it down a little, but still blast away until midnight or later sometimes. All in all I would recommend the property.

Everything looks good except the appliances which looks very old. Overall appearance of the unit is good. Not a walkable distance to Marta Dunwoody but can work with Marta bus service. Walkable distance to Walmart, very near to Target. You pay a bit higher rent for all these pros.

Very nice and friendly staff. They make sure that we are informed on all issues that happen in the complex. I have had no issues since the time I moved in. I am very happy and satisfied with my choice of apartment.

A nice quiet peaceful neighborhood to stay within accessible distance of the school, park, public transportation, medical care, local entertainment and Walmart closeby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

These apartments are good in location wise , apartment appearance and Security practices. The only issue or may be the biggest issue for its flooring. its is not noise proof. if you leaving on 1st floor your good. But 2nd and 3rd floor, you cant even run or walk. Floors vibrates and bothers to residents leaving below your floor level.

Clean place, High quality services from Maintenance team, very convenient location as it is close from walmart, Target and Perimeter mall. Close by Restaurant, very close to school and park. This location is very idle, as it is also close to Marta station.

I have just move in to this apartment. It looks great and specious. It was good experience with leasing office team. Walmart and other stores are at walking distance. Overall till now everything is good.

It's good locality and very near to my work . I found many restaurants and Walmart very near by . The community is peaceful and easy accessible . I will suggest this community to my friends and it's good to have pets also .

This move has been by far my worst experience. The appartment was not clean. The fixtures were not up to the standard. The common areas are not clean. The swimming pool area is not clean. The laundry machines in common area are outdated

Please before make any agreement, please check approx water Bill charged in advance . It's too much higher than usual charge . Just want to clear everyone here water charges is not on basis of usage , they have their own calculation. Water is our basic need , I think management should rethink about it .

Roches all around the apartment is the big issue, appliances are old. Property overall is too good. Leasing agent can be more customer-friendly. This place is right next to Walmart and Bharath store. It's quite and peaceful.

I personally never had a pain for any service request I raised. All requestes were attended well within time time.Also, its clean and green community. The only concern is Water bill is usually higher compared to other communities here for the same size or even bigger

The place is infested with roaches which is contrary to what the lease agreement says. I had many questions that I asked that I was given false information on because the person didn't know. The apartment is in a great location, but I would rather drive a little further out to get something that is not infested with roaches. I was told this is a "GA" thing, however, I have lived in GA my entire life and never experienced this.

I will be very happy when our lease has expired! The apartment is hot! The 2nd and third bedrooms stay extremely hot. The communication with maintenance is horrendous and the gates are always experiencing one issue after another!

Good community to live in. The best part of staying here is to access all kind of facilities to avail around this community. Convenient to go around the places. School districts is good and very good with commutation
