Very bad neighbors they think the street is a park for they child the management don't fix the problem until someone get hurts by hitting from a car than they always problem with gates and delKalb County about water readings

Really nice area. I like that it is close to work and it's a very easy move for my first apartment. Danita was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. She was very thorough and efficient with getting the apartment ready on time.

Cleanness and very good community, all the shops are nearby, they can arrange kids paly area they can arrange. All request are can be raised online, time savings. Property staff were knowledgeable. Rents i feel bit costlier.

Beautiful property with a great selection of apartment sizes and layouts. Wonderful upgrades. The front office staff is extremely courteous and responsive. Property is keep clean and well maintained.

My experience has been great since day 1. I've never had issues with the staff. It's a quiet and convenient community and I highly recommend it. Also, this community is Google Fiber friendly and they have provided the best internet service that Ive ever had.

Overall good like new manager has improved the garbage area, mailbox etc. However, some issues are very frustrating like toilet bowls getting clogged once every 2 weeks and recycle area is not operational.

Good overall experience . Good support staff and happy to be part of the community. Happy to share space in a rich and broad community. Rent should be nominal based on the current location and other amenities

I love this community! The staff is courteous and responsive to my needs. Great location in the heart of Dunwoody Easy access to shopping, restaurants and more. This is not just an apartment, it is my home!

Love the location, There are many places to shop and eat. The area is great for walking. May it be for exercise or going out to eat. The Staff is very responsive to making sure your living here is comfortable and safe.

The complex is overpriced for what it has to offer. The cabinets in the kitchen are cheap as well as the cabinets in the bathroom. The carpet throughout the unit is old and worn out and needs to be replaced. The back door is damaged and has not been properly repaired or replaced.

Overall experience is pretty good. Staff is very friendly and understanding. Close to everything that you need. Love that they built a Publix across the street . Only complaint is that the front gate tends to break down from time to time.

The community is very good and lively. The issues faced have been addressed well and in timely manner. Very accessible to restaurants, groceries and other amenities. The leasing office is very helpful in case of any requirements.

The community is very quiet. The maintenance staff and the staff at the residential office are the best, very courteous, and always helpful. I have been here when this was Post Crossing (July 2019) and now MAA Dunwoody. This community has best access to all the nearby schools, parks, public transportation and local entertainment. Thanks for everything :)

I generally keep to myself, work from home. Neighbors tend to be transient families. Main complaints is noise pollution and inconsideration regarding trash compactor and garbage left outside for rats.

I like to live here. It's very close to my work. Because I don't drive I can walk to reach some grocery stores, some places I need to go. There is a bus which is running every day. Danita is most helpful and responsible person in the leasing office.

Just moved in, nothing to report right now. Other than the fact that it's pretty noisy, lots of kids playing outside in the street. I like a more quiet space. They could be a bit more thorough with cleaning and inspection before someone moves in. Give me a month or two, I may have more to say.

Lots of young kids running around unsupervised and have had many issues within months of moving in (dishwasher didn't work upon move in (I fixed myself after I got tired of waiting on maintenance), flooding due to AC leak, mold, insect problem despite being extremely clean and using tons of home insect repellent)

MAA Dunwoody is a great community located at a great location. The leasing office is extremely supportive. My move-in experience was super smooth and keys and apartment was ready at the move-in date. The apartments are really nice.

I love this community because the apartments are spacious, the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect! The community is safe and the apartments are clean, updated, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

Overall Experience was good. Maintenance was quick and responsive . Suggest the community to take strict action on the trash deposits and Recycling centers for a better complex environment. Location is great!

Not so bad so far. There are few hurdles that I am working through with the maintenance team. I have already opened a work order, but the issue is still there even though maintenance have attempted to fix it.

My experience in this community has been a disappointment I am paying about 2000 a month for a 2 bedroom yes it's in a nice safe area but the apartment itself was never really safe the gate stays broke and they never want to come and fix things in my unit. we've switched 2 sets of maintenance guys who the maintenance team feels as though they don't have to call you before they come into your home without your permission And then when they come into your home you don't receive a work order that says why they were in your home A management also is rude on top of it when you ask why were people in my unit unannounced they ask you to send them the video to prove what you're saying which is not right how do you not know that your maintenance people are going in someone's unit so the management here and the upkeep of the property is not at its best state. I have tried for months to simply get screens to go in windows that have no screens at all or screens that if I crack my window to give fresh air there are big roaches crawling through my window and I complained in the office takes their time and they still have not given me screens. There are plugs in my unit that 1 plug work one doesn't that's a fire hazard I've explained that to them they don't care they haven't even been trying to come anything. I have 7 uncompleted work orders right now. So I don't have to pay rent if you aren't fixing things. Water noises in the wall as though something is leaking in the wall. Yes and neighbors who were here before me said you can find better for less with better management and amenities in the same area. Everyone who moved complained and had advised me to do the same.
