Service has become worst from a year, no timely action is taken and leasing office staff also don't respond properly, management guys try to put the blame on maintainence and maintainence does that with management, residents are unnecessarily suffering bcos of the bad services after paying high rents.

My overall experience at Post Crossing has been good. A few minor issues with maintenance requests, but other than that I like living here. It is convenient to lots of shopping and dining. I have found that my area is safe and I love coming home to my apartment.

This apartment is a great place to live. The staffs & maintenance folks are amazing and very helpful. Overall, I've had a very pleasant experience here. Some of the bigger issues I feared was the smell of trash, which really hasn't been a big deal. That seems like more of an issue of the tenants leaving trash were they shouldn't. They cleared the space around trash and have made it better.

It has nice location and pleasant locality. The apartments are good and has nice view. It has tennis court, car wash and free car vacuum area. Apartments do not has washer/dryer but hook ups are available to use. They have centralized laundry. Few picnic spots are there in within area. I see some cockroaches too in my apartment. Overall its above average society to live in and again it depends upon person to person and their individual needs. So far I am loving this place.

Units are outdated, especially compared to other communities in the area, so I feel that they are over-priced. Square footage is good and having an attached garage is very convenient which is why I renewed my lease. Residents let strangers into community, and the mailboxes (locked) were broken into. Iâ ve been told about homes and cars being broken into, but I keep my car in the garage, and I utilize both of my deadbolts, so my home and car have never been burglarized.

RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED INDIAN VILLAGE with really serious RAT infestation (not mice, rats!). The ------- are not bad, but they seem comfortable with the rat issue??? There is stink overflowing trash because there is only one tiny dumpster for the entire property. The only pedestrian walkway in/out of the property is alongside the filthy overflowing dumpster and lined with tens of massive holes dug into the ground like landmines where the rats go and come. It's quite surreal. Lazy unresponsive and incompetent maintenance is all you get. They fix what they choose and come IF they want, and Mgmt seems to be just fine with all of it. I wouldnt recommend this place as a dog kennel, let alone an overly expensive place to call home, and I didnt mention how old and roachy the apts are. You can do WAY better. In the area, there are lots of options. You've been warned.

Maintenance is very poor. Emergency maintenance is even bad. First thing it was hard get emergency call connected. I had to call 2 times for emergency maintenance, they took 2 hours to come for emergency service. It is very bad, I don't recommend this to anyone. As they increase the rents for every renewal, they don't consider existing residents they offer the same rates as new residents.

several items. issue with many people walking in and out via the car ingress/egress. could answer be cameras? there have been several burglaries in recent months - is this lack of security the source? a particular neighbor is a smoker and routinely drops cigarette butts down the stairs which end up just outside my apartment. not healthy or attractive. now it is a fire hazard as some of the butts make it to the pine straw just outside my son's window. management is aware - what can we do to help. FYI. I gave a no on referral and a no, I do not feel safe because the survey REQUIRES every question answered. Poorly written survey. Better if we can answer the questions WE believe are relevant and are phrased in a manner offering valid responses

Currently staying with the same unit from 2016 and don't feel any problem as of now . Safety is good which is important and open space and cleanness matters to me and everybody which is a big plus. Only missing thing here is children park for which kids feels boring which property management needs to think. Overall satisfactory stay.

The Apartment society does not have any KIDS PLAY area and which is big problem. There should be dedicated Kids Zone for Families to walk around with Kids. No Kids zone will soon make families walk away from Post Crossing

I really don't know were to start, I live at post crossing for the last five years. For the first time actually considering moving out. In my opinion the property as a whole as gone down hill. From the quality level of people they now renting and level of caring by management and the Maintenance team. The people office seem to be clueless to what is going on about anything. Trying to get help is like pulling teeth and ever question is answered with attitude very rude and nonchalant about things that are important to as tent. Who if you they don't have a job, they fail to realize that just because it's not important to them doesn't mean it's not important. When I first moved on property maintenance requested would be done the same day. Now you will be lucky if they done in the same week. The maintenance staff I honestly believe they don't know what they are doing. I have to make two & three call's about issues that are marked as completed. Completed and done wrong or half --- done. I really disappointed in what the post crossing property has be come it use to be a nice place to live. I will not be signing another lease

This location is a good value in a highly sought after location. Many stores and services are within an easy walking distance and the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience living here for me and my spouse. Apartment complex is clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and respond quickly. I use the Gym, swimming pool and other amenities regularly. Even these are kept clean.

So far has not met my expectation. The gate has been broken severval times... Recently the one garbage disposal for entire complex was broke over 3 days... They increased th price of washer and dryer 20 cent... There has been an apartment and car break in. Additional fees have been added to rent without explanation. Good But for the cost it could be a whole lot better.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago, and all has gone well so far. I was initially suspicious because the rent seems to be almost $200 below average for this area, but I can't find anything worth really complaining about. It's not luxurious, but seems at least as nice as other low-price apartments in the area. The office staff have all been great -- easily the best part of my experience here. Overall, I'm happy with my move.

I couldn't be happier. It's quite and very elegant. This property is close to just about everything and only about 10 minutes from Buckhead. The carriage homes have a two car garage attached. They are also very spacious.

It's a great community. The staff is extremely helpful. The locality is beautiful, and it's got all the amenities that a resident requires. It's a well maintained, and well managed community. Another add on is that it's in walking distance from shops, malls, and restaurants.

I moved to Post Crossing in July 2015 after being sold on the price and location. I've now learned not to tour a complex during working hours when most of the tenants aren't home. After moving in I realized that the vast majority of the tenants are Indian, so the complex constantly smells like curry. Two weeks after I moved in, I learned about my upstairs neighbor, who would stomp around the unit all hours of the night, anytime between 8 pm and 5 am. It was so intense that I could barely hear my TV, my dishes rattled in my cabinets, and I was woken up constantly in the middle of the night. My neighbors across the breezeway from me had a four or five year old child who would scream and pitch temper tantrums constantly. They would take him outside at 10 pm to scream because he was being too disruptive to his parents. They also left trash and plastic bags full of yellow liquid outside their door on multiple occasions, even after management sent out notices not to leave trash in the breezeways. The quality of the tenants dramatically decreased during my stay there as well. People smoked marijuana in the stairwells and they'd sit in the parking lot listening to loud music at 10 pm. They'd go flying through the parking lot at 40 mph while children were playing outside. Visitors tailgated me through the resident gate to avoid calling in at the box. Residents and visitors would walk right in front of vehicles to get into and out of the complex despite multiple notices to use the pedestrian gate instead. Residents with dogs would leave dog poop all over the place--even right next to signs that said not to let dogs poop there. Absolutely no regard for the rules of the complex. I only had to call maintenance once when my air conditioner went out around 8 pm during the summer, and the worker arrived promptly to repair the unit and replace the filter. So I have no complaints with regards to that. The only other issue I had with something breaking in my unit was with my toilet, which I was able to fix myself (I don't want to call maintenance on a weekend to fix something that I can do myself). Then there was the issue with moving out. My rent was going up by almost $100 a month when it was time to renew my lease. So I was going to move to another complex where I could get a much larger unit for a lower price (my rent at Post was going up to $1100 for a 550 square foot unit without a washer or dryer, and the unit I was going to lease at the new community was 800 square feet with a fireplace and washer/dryer connections for $1000 a month). But then I lost my job and couldn't sign the new lease, so I switched to a month-by-month basis at Post Crossing until I could find a new job and move elsewhere. After I'd finally gotten a new job I contacted the leasing office to renew my lease, but was told that my unit had already been leased out and I had FOUR DAYS to pack up my belongings, hire movers, and find a new place to live. When I tried to argue my case that I needed to stay where I was, their only option for me was to move into one of two identical units to the one I'd been living in for over a year without issue--which would have still required me to sign a new lease (somehow for a lower rent than what I would have paid on the unit I'd already been living in), hire movers, and pack up my belongings within four days while working full-time. Needless to say I decided not to acquiesce. Why could they not have the new tenant move into one of the other two identical units if they were both available at the exact same time and were already move-in ready? When I moved in, there was no lighting in the living room or bedroom (why?). So I bought a couple of ceiling fans with light fixtures and I had my dad install them. I added value to the unit since I couldn't take the fans with me when I moved out given my lack of time to take them down--they should have paid me for adding those fixtures to the unit. On moving day, I left the unit in as perfect condition as possible considering they were going to paint and clean the carpet anyway. Post completely ate my security deposit and sent me a bill for $150 because they "had to replace the kitchen and bathroom counter tops." I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost $300+ to replace maybe 7 square feet of counter top space.Within a week of receiving the bill from Post, they threatened to turn me over for collections for failure to pay. I gave them their money, but no Post property will ever receive another penny of my money for the way they treated me.

Here are some points based on which I do not recommend this community 1. Apartment interiors are very outdated, they say this was built in 1994/6 but it looks like 1970s 2. No adequate lighting in common areas 3. Very noisy - you can hear your neighbors, tenants on above floor 4. Poor caulking - means you'll pay more bills on heating & cooling 5. Trees/Shrubs hinder visibility 6. Very small gym with not much equipments - with just 4-5 people & you've no space for moving 7. Rents are super high & after MAA's acquisition of Post Properties, it's going high & high The Only god thing about this place is location but for that location, you have tons of other communities nearby

I have been a resident since May of 2015. In general Post Crossings is a good place to live. Great location, outdated apartment interiors, grounds look ok, I recommend not renting an apartment next to the dumpster, it smells bed often. I have been pretty happy with my place up until a few months ago. I have a new neighbor who smokes in the apartment. My apartment has been filled with smoke almost 24hrs a day. Management has been going through the motions while i am enduring second hand smoking for months. Since i have been complaining, management had "allowed" me to move out, that is their solution. Which means i have to pay for the move, fees and deposits and the new place, etc. It's been a nightmare situation for me. In short, if you are a good person who likes a healthy lifestyle, this is not a place for you.

One of the worst apartments in the area. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE. To start with the rents are high which you can probably feel is because of the location. But during renewal the rent goes up dramatically just because they can. Worst of all, during move out you get a hefty bill for whatever they feel they want to replace in the apartment. So you are now stuck either way whether you renew your lease or whether you move out... There have been some occasional break ins too but the management doesn't want to take responsibility for it or do anything about it. Too bad can't give anything less than one star. Good Luck.
