The leasing agent was friendly and courteous, and the community had many of the amenities we were looking for. I especially liked the included washer/dryer in the two bedroom units, and the garden tubs.

Maintenance is good and quick response any concerns.Very friendly responses lease officers. Apart for maintenance community will celebrate festival. Regularly do the inspections all are fine or any issues

It was beautiful chisome was extremely helpful towards the tour and guided me through it all and answered every question I had about the apartment she was extremely collective and I look forward to seeing her or looking to move in next time I see her

move-in was smooth, support from leasing office was really good. cleanliness, location, close proximity to all the restaurants, shopping mall - perimeter , grocery stores, walmart, costco, home depot, marta station.

I loved tat I was able to view the apartment along with my son and peace and I took my time . The space is beautiful the garage is my favorite wish it had more balcony space. Staff and residents were friendly and the pool my son is going to love.

Community is good to stay. Office staffs are very helpful and take care of the things very quickly if anybody has any concerns. They became family to most of us here. Maintenance guys are also technically helpful.

I had moved to MAA Dunwoody back in October and I hate it here! The insulation or whatever is horrible! The person next-door smokes right by me and I can smell it as if she is right in the room next to me! I had called maintainence three times and they did give me a filter and covered up the outlet in the kitchen but I can still smell it! Out of my own pocket I bought a purifier and keep it on all day just to have my energy bill go up as a result. I shouldn't have to deal with having to transfer out and move again when I cannot afford it! That person is breaking the rules by smoking inside so she should pay for the consequences and leave

Near to all the amenities such as Walmart, Target, Restaurants, Perimeter mall, good community and nice apartments. It is also not far from the Marta station. It has good management. A bit expensive but worth it.

Very secured gated community very recommended to the families especially who have kids well maintained too. Services also well responsible and maintenance. Facilities are amazing and good maintenance all over I say.

This by far was the worst move-in I have ever experienced. Along with my apartment not being ready, cleaned or properly inspected before my arrival, I was treated very poorly as if it was my fault and not accommodated in anyway. I arrived at the property at 1pm and did not move in until 6pm. After I was given a key my garage wouldn't close and I had to wait until 7pm until my apartment was secure. My drains are clogged. My balcony door will not properly close, My unit was run-down and was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There is rust everywhere and areas around the unit have signs of mold. These are things that a poor paint job just can't cover. I was promised that all issues I addressed would be fixed in the first week but to be honest they should have called in advance to say the apartment wasn't ready instead of wasting my time. Now I am out of time and money. You would think that with all of these issues I would have been met with apologies and reassurance but no, I was left with nothing but poor customer service and an option of homelessness.

I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years in two different units. I have always had a positive experience with the front office and the maintenance team, and I have never had a significant issue with any neighbors. The units are nice and the amenities are well-kept.

The staff is friendly and consistent! Any maintenance needs within the community (gate problems, garbage compactor, etc) are usually resolved within a day, sometimes within a few hours! The complex I lived in prior would take a couple weeks to address the same issues. Also, tenant requests are done within a business day & the work is done right the first time. The community is warm and inviting and I plan to stay for a long time!

Lately, my experience has nothing short of disappointing and we have no intention to renew when our current lease expires. We enjoyed the first two years but this last year we have had ongoing reoccurring issues.

BETTER COMMUNITY COMPARED TO OTHER SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES NEW MANAGEMENT IS GOOD, EASY ACCESSIBLE TO WALMART RESTAURANTS, PUBLIC TRANSPORT(BUS AND TRAIN) INE DISADVANTAGE IS THERE IS NO DEDICATED PLAY AREA FOR KIDS

I liked the easy & seamless process of getting a lease agreement signed. Needless to say the staff was very friendly & helpful. The amenities of the facilities are also very good specially the gym, pool & the resident computer room.

The move in experience was bad as they had committed to have new appliances and have not got it done even in a weeks time ? and other issues were also not completely resolved after complaining.. still waiting on their cooperation?

Was amazing, the apartments are clean, news and the community is incredible, aren't noisy. Have many tree's and it's other way to call the attention for users. The pool every time is clean. And park lots too.

I enjoy living here. But I wish all these families that hang out in large numbers would go find somewhere else to hang out in other than our parking lots. When I want to come home I don't need to worry about hitting kids with my car because they are in my way coming home.

Not that great, too many maintenance requests has to be made . All this can be answered before renting out. Management need to do more inspection before renting out to someone. I still have some problems to be addressed like fan sound in bedroom,

We feel safe here, the staffs are friendly especially Mr. Rick. Also, clean environment, clean air with a lot of green trees, the neighbors are nice especially the whole communities, the location is very convenience close to groceries. So far, we are happy staying here.

It is so nice apartment and we have so many shopping and dinning area near this apartment. Also, emergency maintenance team is very helpful and quick action during noon and night, especially mid night too.
