DO NOT MOVE HERE
All the new management does is lie. Nothing gets fixed. It's like a roaches paradise. My new neighbors are simply disgusting lowlifes who sit out on their porch smoking weed. The smell feels my apartment. The walls are thin and you can here every movement your neighbors make. There's a Mexican day camp across where they wait every morning to be picked up by random. There's also a sex shop across the street. The appliances are old old OLD. The carpet in my apartment was left over from the previous renter--not replaced or cleaned. The management is too just too cheap. There are better apartments to consider, if it's the area you like.

I LOVE THE MOSAIC AT SANDY SPRINGS!!!!
I have lived at the Mosaic for 8 years AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. I love the layout of the one bedroom apartment, separate dining room with sunken living room. When we were told a new management company was taking over, I couldn't help but fear the worst. To my surprise they have proven to be excellent. They have enforced new guidelines to ensure the property and it's residence meet a higher standard. The staff in the office are pleasant and helpful. The manager, Cadja, was especially helpful with my renewal - very knowledgeable, and considerate. The maintenance technicans usually address problems the same day. I have recently renewed my lease for the 8th year and have no plans to move in the near future. If you are in the market for a new apartment, I can honestly say you will be happy at The Mosaica Sandy Springs.

Only horrible can describe this place
The management ignores you after you sign your lease. Please do not fooled by how attentive they are before you sign your contract. The well kept lawns and leasing office are just there to make you think that your apartment will be also be well-kept. The only things they are good at are creating new fees and raising rent, but oddly the financial boosts don't actually improve the quality of the apartments. The dumpster is always overflowing and full of feral animals. At the first of the month when people are moving it's common to see people going through the trash. Management ignores all safety complaints. Some of which could be resolved if they repaired the gates which are broken most of the time. Maintenance is a joke. I have had electrical problems--namely the electricity goes out when it's "overused." The last time it went off I was cooking, ironing and listening to the radio with the lights on. Apparently that was too much for the wiring to handle and I lost power in half the apartment. Maintenance came out the following day and removed the cover for the breaker box to make repairs, damaging the wall and leaving wood chips all over the carpet for me to vacuum when I returned from work. Messy and lazy! They installed low flow toilets and shower heads. They must have been the cheapest things available. No water pressure whatsoever. It's easier to wash my hair in the kitchen sink. The old fixtures which were probably 30 years old were of better quality. Please avoid at all cost the filthy laundry room that's on-site. The machines must be kin to the office staff, all they do is take your money and give you nothing in return. I do not recommend living here unless you're really just desperate.

Great Place - Great People!
I've lived here for two years and absolutely LOVE this place! I've been through the old management and loved them, and the new management is awesome too. I've been happier here than anywhere I've lived since I was a child and would recommend this complex to anyone I know. The staff are friendly and courteous, the grounds are well kept, and I've never felt safer. The view out of my back windows is wonderful and I've spent many an hour sitting there gazing at the wildlife and water. The new staff works even harder than the old staff and I've made a friend or two that will never be forgotten. I'm moving out of state next month and will be sad to leave, but if I come back to Atlanta, rest assured, this will be THE FIRST place I come to for an apartment!!!

People Make Me Sad and I love the Mosaic
Its a sad day when people put value in what you say on a site like this. To who ever reads this. I have lived here for 3 years. I have lived through the old and the new management and quite honestly the new management in my opinion work hard, they have listened to my problems and in truth my drama haveaddressed my issues the best they could. I was up for renewal this month and couldnt decide if I wanted to do another year not because of anything that has happened on this property but because I have been saving for a home and its time to start thinking about purchasing one. With that being said, I always have a great time when I visit the office, I end up leaving with a handful of cookies and laughing at the office people. Because, they have helped me through some tough stuff, I am staying another year. To the new management company, your doing a great job, I know I dont speak for everyone but thank you for all you guys do. and by the way I am excited about our new gym that you guys are putting in, thank you for everything!

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!!
THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND LEASING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE!!! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR I CAN SAY I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT HERE. I'VE SERIOUSLY JUST THOUGHT ABOUT ENDING MY LEASE AND PAYING THE FEE. THE LEASING STAFF IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST EVER AND HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. THEY ARE SO DISORGANIZED, I'VE RECEIVED SEVERAL NASTY BALANCE DUES WHICH I DID NOT OWE AND WERE CLEARED ONCE I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY LOOSING THINGS, SUCH AS RENT CHECKS & LEASES. THE ONLY THING NICE ABOUT THE APARTMENT IS THE SIZE AND LOCATION BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AS A DECIDING FACTOR. ALSO LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID ON THEIR REVIEWS, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR "RENOVATION" ATTEMPTS. THE PAINT JOB IS CLEARLY NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY HIRED THE LABOR WORKERS ACROSS THE STREET THAT STAND AT THE SHELL STATION WAITING FOR WORK. MY CEILING AND WALLS ARE CRACKING. I COMPLAINED TO PAMELA IN THE LEASING OFFICE ABOUT THIS AND SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND GAVE ME SOME LAME EXCUSE. WHEN YOU CALL WITH A MAINTENANCE ISSUE THEY ARE RUDE AND PLAINLY SHOW THAT THEY DO NOT CARE. EVEN WITH AN EMERGENCY IT TAKES SEVERAL HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO COME. MY STOVE, FRIDGE, AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT LOOK LIKE THEIR FROM 1985. SO OLD! I'M AFRAID TO EVEN USE THE STOVE. THE WATER RATE IS CONTINUOUSLY GOING UP. THEY REPLACED THE TOILET AND SHOWER HEAD WITH SOMETHING WHICH SUCKS WORSE THAN WHAT WAS THERE BEFORE. THE FLOW IS SO HORRIBLE, ITS TAKES 15 MINUTES JUST TO WASH THE SHAMPOO OUT OF MY HAIR! SO PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RENOVATIONS, THEY ARE VERY CHEAPLY DONE. I KEEP MY APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND I STILL HAVE GIANT ROACHES, CENTIPEDES AND SPIDERS CRAWLING AROUND. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!

Choose wiser than I did
I moved to The Mosaic seven years ago when it was known as Stonebridge. During those seven years, I moved from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment because of mice and noisy neighbors. I should have moved out of the complex then. I have had the privilege of watching the complex decline, especially accelerating toward disaster under the shoddy management of The Worthing Companies. The complex can best be described in a complaint I made--government housing in its Sunday best. The proverbial straw was when my water bill went from $25 to $45 because I lived alone in a two-bedroom apartment. I inquired as to why they didn't calculate water bills based on occupancy. The response, "We don't really know how many people live in each apartment." They openly refuse to comply with Sandy Springs code regarding the maximum number of people in a residence and the direct side effects--more garbage, more pests and no parking spaces. I complained numerous times about a broken window. The window was never fixed, and the winter breeze was especially bitter during the frigid months of January and February with the mix of snow and ice. Also the apartment is heated by gas which broke the $100/barrel mark in January, beginning a seemingly unstoppable trend in gas prices. In short, I was cold, my rent was paid on time and I was ignored by management. Ultimately I had to stop using the living room until spring. The management does not care unless it has financial incentive. Upon my giving my 90 days notice of non-renewal, wanting to acknowledge me as a resident suddenly became popular, including an offer to fix the neglected window. Again the window went unrepaired. The fake salesman behavior said nothing positive about management and proved I was correct in moving out. The window also let in rain which puddled on the cheap carpet and created mold and mildew which I had to clean routinely. The appliances and HVAC system are archaic. Everything is cheap and terribly in need renovations. Cracks were forming in the walls, where the crown molding met the ceiling and at door and window frames. You could see where someone had attempted to fix the cracks by giving them an extra coat of paint. The paint job itself was sloppy especially at windows. Unless you blast the television, you cannot hear it over the rumblings of the heating and cooling unit. During my last week in the apartment in late May, the air conditioning would never cut off and the temperature in the apartment never cooled. I would not be surprised if the unit has died, after all it was installed during the Middle Ages. Its passing was long overdue. I had several water stains in the ceiling with many at the ceiling fan base where someone had carelessly applied caulk or spackle for reinforcement. They never bothered to blend, pack or smooth the material. I never turned on the ceiling fan for fear it would fall and I would pay a severe consequence for the poor craftsmanship and maintenance of the apartment. They installed super-cheap low flow toilets and showerheads. I had to take half a day off from work because management could not locate the key to let the workers into the apartment. How is that for inept? Then the installers damaged the linoleum "tile." It was never fixed. Apparently a bird with a bad case of diarrhea flew over the skylight in the bathroom. Lovely. Your best opportunity for meeting the neighbors will be while they are waiting for work at the day labor camp conveniently located across the street. As of my moving, it had begun to migrate across the street. I stopped going to either the Shell or Chevron because I got tired of being sexually ogled by some dirty group of men waiting to be picked up for construction or lawn work. The entrance gate was open and/or broken 80% of the time. This includes one week where a section of the gate had been knocked over, laying on the dusty pavement. The gate is intentionally kept open during the daylight hours presumably for the convenience of robbers. It's easier to break into an apartment when most witnesses are at work, and it prevents most unintended bungles from having to juggle a flashlight and steal someone's television and any resulting lengthy jail-time. And I lived in a cul-de-sac, which made a perfect spot for abandoning a car or just hiding it from the repo man. Let's not forget the permanent parking space for "Su Taxi." While I was looking for a new apartment, leasing agents and I had to make multiple requests for a rental history. It was at the point where I was considering withholding the final month's rent until the rental history was provided. I consider management's ethics to be shady. I would strongly encourage anyone living or planning to live there to provide all requests or notices in writing with proof of delivery. As for the pest problem, my apartment would be an insect-lover's heaven--spiders, roaches, ants, house centipedes, everywhere. You could predict the pending return of spring by the increase in the presence of the roaches and daddy long legs spiders. Summer was reserved for these little black jumping spiders. A lone large cockroach was even in my bathroom sink on my final day in the apartment to bid me farewell. I almost teared up, except I was reminded of the filth and germs it spreads. The bug problem is not helped by neighbors who leave their trash sitting outside their doors through the night and on warm summer days. I uploaded videos of the roach on youtube . Link 1 (Mr. Roach says Goodbye): http://www.youtube.com/v/0bal0wIJTEs Link 2 (Mr. Roach vs. Raid): http://www.youtube.com/v/jQPsQPTTKOY. Pardon the mess at the sink. You'll have plenty of roaches at The Mosaic, but you will not have any counter or wall space in the bathroom. Yes I threw the toothbrush away. Speaking of neighbors, be prepared to protect your toddler's and grandma's ears from profanity laced lyrics glorifying the abuse of drugs and women rhythmically bending over--to put it politely--over thumping bass that's blasting from your neighbor's car. Oh but don't worry he'll be listening to gospel music on Sunday at the same volume at 8:00AM. Grandma will like that. Who cares if you don't? The breezeway is filthy and littered with dead bugs, bird droppings and dried drippings from leaky trash bags. Management recently slopped some gaudy green paint down to compliment the gross nature of the breezeway. I kept hand sanitizer in the car in case I touched anything. The hole in the wall is pure luxury and I'm sure it's part of some fancy ventilation system. Please do not be fooled by the exterior. Grills, skillfully decorated leasing office, and manicured lawns will soon lose their appeal when--after a year of stepping over your neighbor's trash, listening to and feeling the downstairs neighbor's kid entertain himself by hurling a ball against the wall, having a broken window let in cold air, rain and pollen, not having anywhere to park, being subject to ------ antics at 3AM in the morning on Wednesday, watching your poorly renovated apartment decay, having mystery dings and scratches appear your car overnight and being ignored by management because once you sign the lease management feels no obligation to listen its residents--you receive a friendly notice informing you that your rent is going up if you renew your lease. This morning I had to send a fax informing management that they are in violation of the Code of Georgia for not refunding my security deposit without explanation. Again, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY. The word of The Mosaic's management holds the weight and smell of a fart.

I Like The Mosaic at Sandy Springs
I have been living here for 2 weeks. The location is great. The apartment management painted my living room whatever color I wanted. Zach is an awesome person!!! If you eat in your bedroom, you will start seeing roaches. Management comes within 24 hours. There is a nice, large pool. The tennis court is huge. There is a walking trail, sort on Zen style where you can sit and meditate. I think its nice. The community is diverse. Black, white, Indian, kids too. No noise at night. My apartment came 2bed 2bath with washer and dryer. Sometimes my washer makes noise if I stuff it. The dryer works great. They are stackable. I love it here. I plan to move though and get something more expensive. You get what you pay for in Atlanta. If you dont want to live in the ------, pay at least 750 for a 1 bedroom in the ATL. Dueces!!

happy
I just signed my 5th lease with this property. I do not feel that the happy prior resident that wrote, had to be management or have a vested interest in this building. They are vested as a positive resident, realizing that no matter where you live you have the good, bad and in-different. I've lived in high-end properties and still with the high rents we were paying, there were always un-happy residents. The location, size, space and the work that they do here at the mosaic is all positive. We have a beautiful property to be proud of! When crime has happened on the property we were notified, they do not hide it. Crime is something that none of us can control, so do not blame management. Lets be more active as residents and do a block watch instead of complaining. Let's look out for each-other, as we do in the building where I live, we know our neighbors, and care about each-other. Why not mention, the beautiful club room, excercise place, grounds, play area for children, resort pool area, free internet in the club room, when you call in a work order it is taken care of, plenty of people on staff to help us. As management changes we always have a good transition, from the looks of it, they bring in people that know the policies and how they want the building to operate. So we do not have to be concerned that they will change what we were pormised when we moved in. NO I AM NOT VESTED FINANCIALLY, NOR WAS I PAID FOR THIS POSITIVE REVIEW. a very happy resident!!!!

I Rented a renovated apartment...
I recently rented a renovated apartment at The Mosaic at Sandy Springs. After reading several of the reviews on apartmentratings.com, I thought I would regret my decision. Actually, I am quite pleased with my choice. Given the competition in the immediate area (some place called The Falls was totally gross), and it's location, I feel that The Mosaic has a lot to offer for a very good price. I am paying under $900 for a big two bedroom apartment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

It;s not that bad for me
I've lived at some pretty horrible places before and living here is really not that bad for the price and the location. However, I do have some positive and negative things to say about the apartment. Like I said before, the location is great. Its not that far from buckhead, an exit away from perimeter mall, and not that far from grocery shopping and doing regular errand things. Plus, target and publix are going up right across the street... even more convenient. I live in a renovated apartment... comparing to what it used to look like, it does look a lot better. They fix things pretty well except that my patio door hasn't been fixed properly yet, but other than that they are ok. Management is alright. I do have to call them several times to get petty stuff done, such as getting my phone number updated in the box. It seems that they are a bit of a spaz and don't know what they are doing. I did have an ant problem in the beginning but I got one of those ant motel things and I haven't seen an ant in about 4 months. But this is my experience, some are and maybe different depending on the severity or type of problem. So far, the apt is working for me.

I am undecided...
I was supposed to move into these apartments on March 1st of this year but decided not to. When I first looked at the place, I really liked the layout (they are very unique and huge for the price), but was concerned about living on the bottom floor. I asked if they had a top floor available and they told me they did. However, once I sent in my application fee, they didn't have any available anymore. I am coming from out of state and it took a great deal to send in everything and I guess it arrived later than expected. However, a couple weeks later they called me and said that they lost my application and I would have to resubmit one. I also started thinking about living on the first floor in an Atlanta apartment and decided not to. I was concerned with safety, I take all the reviews on this site with a grain of salt - the apartment locator service I used said they never had a complaint - but I just didn't like that they lost my application and didn't have a top floor available like they had said. The management is very nice, but that could have changed once I moved in. I know they are doing big renovations to these apartments so hopefully the confusion of that is all it was. But, I don't want to deal with it so I chose to live elsewhere. But honestly, I would have lived there had they have gotten me a 2nd floor.

You don't want to live here
Ever since the new owner stepped in they have been making changes. 1. Added Trash fee to rent. 2. Removed your Satelite Dish. 3. Changed the way water bill is calcuated (Increased water bill). I finally bought a house and moving out. Windows are really bad...You will be frezzing during winters.

It's not so bad, but
They do have mice, I saw my 1st mouse after 6 months of living here.It came from under my stove and ran on the side of the dishwasher. I personally don't have roaches, but there are waterbugs every now and then. The hallways are tacky, and the residents place their trash outside of their doors sometimes for days.Their are also some tenants that will place their garbage on the trunk of the car overnight-TACKY. I am looking to move from here soon. I just wish that I had took heed to these reviews before I moved in. I believe that these apartments are overpriced. Not worth it.

Yeah right, it's not so bad.
For the person who wrote that review, just wait until your apartment is broken into and when you go to the management office the response is, "Oh my God, they got another one. What about,"Oh my God let us see what can be done". I have lived in this complex since 2004. When JMG sold Stonebrdge to another management company it has gone to hell. Also too it's not so bad, I never wanted a house, but I have to invest in an alarm system in apartment that I am renting. And yes I plan to move but management will not allow me to breaak my least. Now that's a place a sure anyone would like to live. I'm sure you agree!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This place is absolutely horrible, true story
Where do I begin. I have lived here at Stonebridge for 3 years and in truth things used to be much better. I went from a resonable one bedroom to a 3 bedroom and that is when all hell broke loose. There is a serious roach and ant problem. I am not talking moderate "Roswell Rd issues" I mean they are everywhere. The staff is completley imcompetent to help even when you are paying your rent on time each and every month. Filtered water, a joke. Security officer, an even bigger joke. My fridge was too small, my balcony doors were broken, the air conditioning doesn't work in the "master bedroom, 12x12 master". The air conditioning is older than me and so loud you will barely be able to hear your television. The only security you can count on is, bring your own if you know what I mean. I am a man of simple needs. I don't have to live in a castle but this place is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, not even my worst enemy. One last thing, for those of you wanting to view the apartment as potential renters, you should have no problem gaining access via the security gate. The complex manager, ------- informed me she is leaving the gate open during the day so that the potential resident can gain access easily. Well that sure makes me feel good and secure. Thanks -------!!!

Going downhill rapidly
I have lived at Stonebridge since June 2001, and what has prompted the writing of this review is that I currently have no running water, and this is the second time within a month that our water has been turned off with no notice as to why or when repairs will be made. In fact, there is a taped off section in the parking lot where repairs were begun, but not completed. My emergency repair call has gone unreturned and there have been no signs that anyone will be attempting to fix the problem this evening. I have contacted the water department in Atlanta which oddly services Sandy Springs to verify if there are any reported interruptions in service or active repairs. There are none. We have people who constantly loiter about the property, staring at you as you pass in your car as if they are planning to carjack you. The neighbors are rude, self-absorbed people who walk in front of your car at intentionally slow pace, blast their music, carry on loud vulgar conservations in the parking lot well into the early morning hours, stomp about constantly throughout the day, smoke weed, and generally have no respect for the fact that they live in close proximity to people. The grounds are relatively clean which is quite the challenge because people can't be bothered to throw their fast food packagings into their home trashcans or in the dumpster. I requested that a window be fixed because there is a noticeable draft during the winter, a part was to be ordered and it has been on backorder apparently for several years as my window is still broken. I use a sheet of plastic to block the air. How very posh. This will be my last lease. Every year, it gets worse and the Bascom Group, the new owners, and its leasing flunky, the Worthing Group, seem completely disinterested with improving the property. Rather they seem to be sitting on the property in hopes that the Sembler development across the road will increase property value allowing them to increase rent drastically, convert to condos, or sell the property for profit. If anyone currently living at Stonebridge reads this, I suggest contacting the City of Sandy Springs' Code Enforcement Department (770-730-5600) to report the current owners and staff at Stonebridge for their negligence.

Downhill fast!
My first review was somewhat positive. Conditions here have since gone downhill. The gate is always open or broken, the carpet they put in my apartment is crap and the seams are pulling up everywhere. The other day a pitbull was running off leash and when I complained the woman at the office said, "Don't get mad at me, I didn't put the pitbull there." There are always dogs running off leash and nothing seems to be done about it. The prices are going up and up and the only changes I have seen are a few playgrounds (and I don't have kids) and new toilets. My stove is so old, the writing is worn off and I have no idea (without my own labeling) which burner is which. Living on the lower level is dark and damp. Management is constantly changing so the minute you develop a relationship with the manager, a new manager pops up. Lately there are lots of teens just hanging out and there always seems to be bulk trash in places it shouldn't be. I still say that the location is great, but at the price I am paying now (which is $115 more than when I moved in 1/5 years ago), it is no longer a bargain.

Be very careful
Ive lived at Stonebridge and had mixed reviews with my experience. The staff was usually friendly and the clubhouse is nice, but the units are "renovated old". By that I mean they were renovated and looked good with fresh paint, but trust me, its a bandaid. I had my ceiling in my bedroom practically fall on me while I was sleeping due to a leaking roof problem. Took the complex nearly 2-weeks to completely repair and only after I complained several times and asked them to stop treating me like a number, but moreso as a paying resident with a name and face with a gaping hole in her bedroom. I had a satellite dish installed using the proper procedures and after several months came home one day to find that the maintence supervisor ordered the dish CUT down and then had the audacity to leave the dish on the ground. Later he lied about sending me a warning notice about the placement of my dish. I fought his lies demanded that the complex replace the dish and after a short period of time I received an apology and my service was restored at the expense of the complex. Turns out my neighbor illegally mounted his dish to the roof and was in violation, not me. Definitely need pest control and the shared hallways are always a menace to keep clean depending on who your other 5 neighbors are. Mine unfortunately were trifiling (leaving around trash, food and vomit (yes vomit) Hope you have better luck. Maintence was least desirable. The water is supposed to be filtered in each unit. Request a fresh water filter and AC filter upon move-in. I was told mine was replaced prior to me moving in but to no surprise it wasnt. The paint was always peeling in the hallways of the building where my unit was. Maintenance painted over the peels instead of painting the entire walls and in a different color. It just made the entrance look tacky in my opinion. Dont get me started on the congestion on Roswell Road and the makeshift Day Labor camp at the gas station across the street from the back entrance, and the unsightly apartment complex adjacent to the property (------, ------, ------). These are things Stonebridge cant control but must be noted. There were frequent apartmant and car break-ins so never leave anything of value in the open and also look at paying for a security system or get a really big dog ;-)

Not in My Life time Again
This place sucks. They renew your lease and charge you extra without asking and they do not accept your 60 day notices as proof you are moving out. They are chargeing me with 2 months rent AFTER the fact I gave then a 90 day notice and my Lease ended, they are chargeing me with two additional months, claiming I never gave them notice

Ants, cockroaches
I have only lived in the apartment for two months. We are constantly battling ant infestation and cockroaches. If you have a washer/dryer already in the apartment be prepared for it NOT to dry at ALL. Maintenance looked at it and said "oh none of the dryers work well around here". And they may just turn your water off for 4-5 hours at a time and think you don't need to know about it. I am very disappointed in the management and look forward to moving out.

Perfecty Fine
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and other than some slight problems ( water leaking, ants, normal wear and tear of apartment appliances) it has been perfectly fine. It is not the most glamourous place but honestly I feel safe at night and the apartment is spacious. I am not completely in love with it but it suits me fine. For the price it is worth it and honestly I wouldn't live anywhere else in the area. In any apartment complex you are going to be faced with issues - nothing is perfect.

You People Are Idiots...this place is NOT that bad
I am a RESIDENT not a member of the office staff. What crime? What horrendous problems have you all been writing about?? I have been living here for almost 2 years and have YET to experience any of these TERRIBLE things people keep writing about. Yes I had ants but I sprayed and got the exterminator and they were handled. It's SUMMER IN ATLANTA...what do you expect?? The maintenance always comes and fixes things in a timely matter, the office staff is nothing but pleasant, and the neighbours are o..k. GO BUY A HOUSE if you want everything to suit YOUR needs...it's an APT complex, what do you expect??

Great Place to Live!
I have lived here since August of 2006 and havent experienced anything like the other residents have. I did deal with ants once in the summertime but I also learned that all of Roswell Rd. apartments had the same issue. Sometime about the sewer system in the city. As a single female living alone in any apartment complex has to be aware of their surroundings. Lets not forget about the Gainsville Murders in the early 90s where the serial killer killed his 1st two victims after seeing them shopping at Walmart and follwed them home only to lay in waiting until the lights went off and broke into a locked apartment savagely murdering these women. One must ask themselves if the residents that lived here were typing lies about this community because they were not paying rent on time and were evicted. I feel safe and am always aware of my surroundings. The price is worth it for Sandy Springs and I wouldnt live anywhere else!
