Was really good when moving in and just went downhill FAST. Was always promised stuff and never got stuff resolved. No security at all for parked cars or people coming in and out. Never has gates worked, maintenance issues aren’t resolved in a timely manner. I still have an OPEN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. IMAGINE IF IT WASNT!!!

At first my experience was wonderful but this last team (staff & maintenance) has been selective on who to assist & fix things. My apartment became infested rats & NOTHING was done! I was force to move out because im not living with rats! I have a minor child as well. As well of the rat, my AC has not been working since MAY! My electrical bill is close to $700. I owned homes in NY & my electric bill was NEVER that high. I have tried to speak to mgmt & they have received no responses! Its illegsl to not fix AC especially during summer! As well as an ongoing water leak that now had caused damage to my family unit underneath. The kicker, the mgmt team sent someone out once my “white” neighbor at the bottom unit complained thinking it was my family unit above theirs, they finally sent someone to fix the water leak. By the way the water leak to my family unit caused extensive damages & someone could of got hurt.

We are extremely disappointed with how the apartment was given to us. Wi-Fi was out for 2 weeks and had to be re-wired (yet to be compensated for this.) The apartment itself was disgusting and had to be cleaned. Front door is not sealed and bugs are entering under it. Shower door is not on hinges and is scraping the tile of the shower causing damage. Closet doors are off hinges, no strings on ceiling fans (unable to use them), half the outlets in kitchen do not work, dishwasher was falling apart, terrible gnat issue throughout the apartment. Have called and went to (along with making maintenance requests) the leasing office multiple times trying to get maintenance to come fix these issues. We realize this does not fall on the staff within the leasing office, as they have been nothing but polite and helpful in trying to get it resolved for us. It's one thing for the apartment to be given to us in this condition, but it's another thing for us to be here a month now and hardly anything be done to resolve these issues. Honestly ridiculous we are paying the price we are for this.

Extremely frustrating that the entrance gate does not work and there’s no initiative to repair it. Maintenance issue not fixed. The AC was not cooling properly and the technician solely replaced the filter, still not cooling properly

This place is terrible. If you want to live with free roaming dogs and cats, roaches in your kitchen, mold in your ceiling and walls, and car break-ins, all while paying a ridiculous amount for rent, you should totally live here.

5 Stars! I’ve been living at The Harrison Apartments for just a week, and I already feel at home. From day one, the manager and leasing agent have been absolutely amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we need. Their kindness and professionalism made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to the entire staff and community as well. Everyone’s been friendly and accommodating, which really makes a difference when you’re settling into a new place. We’re so grateful to be part of this awesome community!

The community is very quiet and calm. I love the area more than anything. The staff is also very responsive and compassionate. The only thing that could be better is parking and general updates to the apartment units. But overall, this is a good transitional home with at add that are amazing!

Not happy had alot going on and no one had not come out to fix the place yet and the floor and the apartment have not been clean in a long-time floor i mop still black but i think God me and child have a place to sleep

Quiet laid back community. Responsive and professional management. It’s close to 400 285 and Roswell road. I haven’t had many issues here aside from general maintenance requests and pest issues during the warmer months. Overall a very nice place to live.

Was bumpy at first given the issues I had with my first apartment but since they've moved me things have been great. Every size then has been wonderful. From the amenities to the community events, everything has been wonderful. I don't think I can think of a better apartment right now

Overall pretty good experience I have no complaints. Community is safe, quiet, friendly and SUPER clean. Maintenance is super quick and efficient I really appreciate all of their efforts and hard work. none of it goes unnoticed.

My issue has yet to be resolved, toilets still clogged, ceiling still leaking causing mold in my apartment. Maintenance man was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy honestly. There plumbing system is horrible but they will try to charge you a fee if the have to use anything apart from a plunger.

Maintenance showed up quickly. I don’t think this was a maintenance failure. I think the vendor didn’t do their job properly. They covered the mold with aluminum covering and it’s still in the room as well as the vents.

Staffing is nice they go above and beyond there job duties. They are very knowledgeable and very understanding of situations that may happen. I appreciate them for being nice and friendly. I enjoy staying here I have not one bad thing to say.

It is very nice, the staff is very friendly and efficient, I just think that people with pets should pick up their pets' poop since the property is kept very clean and tidy but there is too much dog poop.

It was good. The whole process went smoothly since the day I rented the apartment. When I entered the house, it was very clean. There was no problem except for a few broken items. I created a maintenance request for the broken items in the system and they fixed them as soon as possible. So far, everything is going well.
