Nice Apartments...
I moved here a year ago based on how beautiful and big these apartments are. For the most part I love living here. The office staff are always courteous, but I must say that Christina, one of the leasing agents, is an incredibly cool person. She is always willing to help and she makes you feel like a good friend.

My friends and family have all been impressed with my apartment and the grounds in general. The maintenance staff is okay, some issues it took more than one trip out to get fixed. But eventually everything was taken care of.

All in all, I really have only two complaints (and recommendations) about the apartments:

1. Get an apartment that is in a location where you can get satellite tv, the cable company is extremely awful. Unfortunately I have to use the cable service and I get horrible reception, very few channels and I pay more than I would for monthly dish service with a couple of premium channels.

2. The surrounding areas are kinda crappy so some riff-raff comes into the neighborhood on a regular basis. Most often car break-ins, occasionally apartment break-ins and at least one mugging in the time I´ve been here. Be sure to either have a car alarm or just don´t leave anything in your car and leave it unlocked so that you don´t get your window broken. Also, I recommend not living on the bottom floor because the big windows are easy access.

All in all a pleasent place and I´m having trouble finding another apartment that I like as much.

Do you want the truth?
I have lived at Stonebridge for a year and the only reason I am leaving is because I am now unable to afford the rent due to financial issues. This is my second apartment since I have been in Atlanta and I am extremely pleased. It is not dirty or nasty in any way and everyone that comes to visit from out of town loves my apartment. My friends who live in apartment complexes close by would rather come to my apartment for barbecues, the pool parties and just to swim at the pool.

The best thing about this apartment and something that I will never forget is my leasing consultant that helped me get the apartment. It is almost a year and each time I have went in the office she always knows my name (I am not a complaining resident). Her name is Christina, she personalized my christmas card and she is the best ever. It is really going to be hard and has been so far to find an apartment that will top Stonebridge. I am the pickiest person that anyone could know and to get a rating like this from me is a once in a lifetime thing. Looking for an apartment? This is it.

Pretty decent place to live
I´ve lived here for a couple of years, and overall my experience has been pretty positive. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. I haven´t had many maintenance issues, but the ones that I have had have been promptly dealt with.

The one issue that I have with the place would be in regards to security. The "gate access" is a joke becasue 5 cars can make it through every time the gate opens. There have also been quite a few instances of crime since I´ve lived there, but I do appreciate the the office doesn´t try to cover this up and instead informs us whenever and instance of crime is reported. I think that the crime here is probably due to the semi-sketchy neighborhood in which this comminity is located. It´s basically like the projects on either side, so even though the complex is nice, it still isn´t completely secure.

Overall it´s a pretty good place to live. The rent is reasonable, the apartments are extrememly spacious, and the staff is quite good. Just be sure to have a car with an alarm and remember to lock and latch your door at night.
