I have had a few maintenance issues but they were resolved fairly quickly. Staff was extremely helpful. I had no problems with leasing experience. Its very family oriented here so it does it get a little loud with all the kids playing but the windows are thick enough that once they are closed you dont hear any noise. Im very satisfied with this move!!

Make them show you the apartment that you will be staying in, don't trust what is being told to you. I've had several maintenance issues that have yet been resolved. I keep calling to complain and I'm being told that they are backed up but it's been over a month. They came in to fix one issue but didn't fix everything.

Clean the breezeway, fix the issue with the stray cats, actually have the pool open for the summer for once...cut down on my neighbors hanging out ever night drinking and partying on their balcony and surrounding. Stop charging me to use Fetch, no matter the carrier this complex has major issues with theft of packages or the postal service just fails to deliver...I can't count how many things that have been took from my door step...the water pressure is hard and the water is posinous and last but not least the water heater gives of an odor that makes my clothes smell and gives me headaches I have reported it several times nothing was resolved (I have to seal it off with tape off the door to the waterheater so the smell no longer overpowers my life

Its been a ---- show. There were multiple problems with my apartment. Setting up utilities was a horrible experience. There are multiple things broken. We stopped putting in requests because they werent getting fulfilled. The apartment was not move in ready by any means.

The roads on the complex are horrible and full of potholes and are very embarrassing to my guests who come and visit... We pay too much money my friends say for these ------ like conditions. Also maintenance are very professional and friendly, however service isn't timely at all. Very poor response time. Still waiting for a much needed new stove and for water damaged ceiling to be repaired!!!

I have a one bedroom which is very spacious, quiet and close to everything. I have never had an issue with safety, maintenance or the staff here at the Harrison. This is a very friendly neighborhood with a family vibe to it, being that I live alone I feel very safe with my neighbors.

Just moved in April, so far everything is going well. However. The renovation and upgrades in the unit as to the show unit aren't the same. The bathroom looks like a project that's unfinished, bulging areas in the wall above the tub, paint peeling in the tub and very bad paint job. Stove in the kitchen was heavily burned. Took 2 days to clean. Caulking in kitchen and bathroom are peeling and separating from the wall.

Communication has been a consistent issue. I should not have to work all day and come home and jump on the staff to do their job. There is no reason a simple maintenance request should take 3 months to even hear back. The price of my unit versus what I have and have experienced is not comparable...

Fleas, termites, water leaks, construction noises, spiders, graffiti, water outage. Office does not communicate in timely manner, No help during COVID. Save time, money and find a better place to live. Not here. Not worth it.

This has been the worst living experience ever. The staff and owners have not offered and solution or resolve to our infestation problem. Living and The Harrison has truly been the worst renting experience my family has ever had.

TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! They lie about it being total electric! The rent prices aren’t worth it! You’re ONLY paying for the kitchen appliances!!!! For $1398 a month you can rent a nice house or rent nicer apartments with better quality walls, cabinets, etc. with NO BUGS!

Overall, nice area with lots of stores, like Target, Sprouts and restaurants. Some things could be better. But I will not complain about it. We have seen bugs and I think its from a nasty neighbor. So that could be a hit or miss depending on building. Management has been nice.

I do not like dirty green areas with dogs poo no body clean after dogs you should allow dogs only on specific areas so they can do their business and let some areas to kids were the can play safe with out warning about the mess

Not a good experience thus far. Had I known all I of these things upfront I would of considered a different complex. The grounds are kept dirty the gates are always open and the noise and parking available is unbelievable but I digress

The community is at a great location for errands and such. Terrible management is what I have an issue with. Usually takes forever to get a service ticket done and it makes me hesitant to put in a ticket sometimes.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will tell you new management but it’s the same old crappy units and staff.. your maintenance issues will go unresolved for the duration of your lease . You will continue to pay for amenities not accessible. No working dishwasher, closet.. if you live on the 1st floor your unit will flood whenever it rains and even sometimes when it doesn’t. They will paint over mold. They Will leave holes in your ceiling. They will never have operating security gates. Maintenance will ark tasks complete that have not been completed. 0/5 Highly do not recommend

The maintenance guy was very friendly and professional, but it took way too long for the maintenance guy to finally come after I made the maintenance requests on the 23rd of January. It's also very hard to reach the leasing office staff through both email and phone.

My experience has been fair while living in this community for 2 years. The staff is friendly. And there are a lot of families that love here. I havent had any problems with my neighbors. Quiet community. However I do feel like the renovations that have been made to the apartments could be much better.

I have enjoyed my stay, although I have had some truffle patches with the previous management. The current management team is on top of everything! Much more efficient. Wow, thats about all I have. Very accessible.

The Harrison was not responsive to my maintenance request when I first moved in in July 2020. However, the apartment has since been acquired by another company and I have seen improvements over the past month or so in getting maintenance requests resolved. However, I'd appreciate it if the staff would take better precautions when it comes wearing masks to prevent the spread of Covid-19 when they are in our units. Safety -- Although this is not a dangerous neighborhood, I would appreciate it if the gates worked properly and were being used as outsiders could come in and out of our apartment complex at their own will which makes me feel unsafe to walk around my apartment after a certain time at night. Appearance -- The mailboxes can definitely be kept in better condition. Staff -- I have not contacted the new team of staff yet and so I have no comments.

I havent had any issues till they changed recently management companies. My apartment is falling apart from the remodeling and it took way longer than it should have to fix my maintenance issues. Ive been living here for 7 years and this has been by far the worst.

Many changes in management several times, therefore, present management inherited old problems and have stepped up to the plate so far to show the commitment to resolve issues in a timely manner. Much appreciated. Think it is unfair to pay for package delivery if I do not use it. This was added as a mandatory fee my second year. Was not told until redoing lease.

Nothing we were promised that comes with the apartment we don't have. We have to travel to wash our clothes, we shouldn't have to do that because we were supposed to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Also we shouldn't have to deal with buggs in out apartment.
