Addyson is amazing. i will recommend her to any future resident looking to move on property. she was very detailed with the process and very patient and easy and will work with you nonetheless. I love the fact that they have the option of the L.O.O.P advantage where you pay a small refundable fee to ensure you can get a spot.

Unsafe and Unsanitary
Genuinely unsafe place to live. See attached screenshot from the Atlanta Journal Constitution investigation of Dangerous Dwellings. Findings copied here: "The Harrison 5675 and 5575 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs Findings: Police reported 214 crimes at the 5675 address from 2017 through July 2023. They include nine aggravated assaults, seven robberies, and two arsons. A city website shows one rape at this complex in 2021. City records also showed 45 code cases from 2017 to 2022. Among the complaints were roaches, rodents, broken appliances, leaks, trash outside the building, electrical problems, flooding, lack of heat or air and mold. Owner/agent of record: VR Harrison Limited Partnership, 1725 16th Ave., Ste. 201, Richmond Hill, CA-ON L4B 4C6, CANADA" Typical slumlord situation. They are trying to screw people over left and right just to increase profits. We only moved here to be in Sandy Springs because the general location is not too bad, although of course the few blocks around this complex are the most dangerous in the whole suburb, but The Harrison ended up being a terrible place to live. Super high turnover rate, staff are undoubtedly overworked and underpaid, but the office administration and organization from the leasing agent side was awful. There was no consistency and poor communication with any transfer of issues. Despite sending notice and confirming multiple times in writing that our lease was ending, admin still tried to charge us 1.5x monthly rent plus a late fee (total >$3,000) the month AFTER our lease ended and we moved out. Took multiple unanswered emails from us and finally threatening of legal action for them to quietly reverse this claim. Maintenance was way understaffed so there were always issues that the few workers around could not get to, limited budget to fix things even when they could get to it. Not sure where the stupid expensive rent goes to then because it certainly does not go to community maintenance/upkeep the way it should though. Buildings are rundown and dirty and never cleaned, the grounds are absolutely covered in dog poop and trash, and the entire complex smells. It is loud and dirty and the crime rate in this complex is very high. I personally heard and saw multiple arrests being made in this complex and police storming several units. This is truly an awful place to live and I can see people only being stuck here if they do not have the finances to live somewhere else, but even at this crappy place the rent is getting out of hand and is going to be unaffordable for many people. Avoid The Harrison and sister complex The Whitney at all costs.

Living on this property is great when you live in a unit that is not as problematic as others coming from one who has lived in 2 units. Other than the problematic unit, it’s quiet, peaceful, and secure.

Prefer not to comment except that the gates should be in working condition. We pay for a gated community but yet the gates are only repaired prior to a corporate or city inspection. I don’t know anything about the crime in the complex.

Terrible security measures. Broken cctv, broken gates, apartment not ready on move in. Bike stolen from parking lot after 40 days of move in. This would not have happened if the gates actually closed at night as they are supposed to. Bike stolen between 1230 AM and 730 AM and the apartment refuses to cooperate or provide any form of support. Initially on move in, the agreed upon unit was in an extremely bad state with lots of broken stuff, leaking faucets, dirty appliances. They provided a different unit and now my motorcycle has been stolen right off the lot. Awful experience since moving in.

Very good apartment. Safe, comfortable and relaxing in all manner. Leasing office people and maintenance staff are very friendly and responding very quickly. Very clean maintenance outside. Ample parking space for everybody. Very much safer environment and easy access to everything. Overall, I love to live here.

It’s okay, still filling it out , the lady that helped me through my move in process is amazing. the walkways to the apartments are horrible and needs to be fixed. The outdoors trees upkeep is not maintained and have spiderwebs everywhere. Walking to our apartment in the breezeway it’s dirty and spiderwebs are everywhere. Ppl park in the no parking fire zone area which makes it hard for people to back out without hitting their car.

Overall the community is good but unfortunately 3 light post on our area is not working, had reported it with GA Power when we move in and still under repair, hopefully it will be fixed sooner. our area is so dark during night time.

Note that I am lucky enough to live in a building at the top of the hill furthest away from the highway. Despite the sound wall, highway noise of 285 is a constant low hum in the background. I’m also lucky enough to live in the section with trees for a view. Pest control doesn’t actually do anything. They don’t leave traps, bait, or gentrol, so I have had to do that myself in the fight against roaches. While the package lockers and front gate do break with a pretty normal frequency, they work enough of the time to be helpful. The valet trash service is lovely.

I moved in Sept 2023 and so far my car has been broken into, teenagers attempted to steal my patio chairs, I have a bug infestation as well as possums getting into my unit, the leasing agents lied about contacting me back and instead closed the office for the day and left my issues unresolved. There is dog poop everywhere and the trash is always overflowing.

Everyone, the managers and staff were very helpful from the beginning. The apartment is super fantastic. Its like being in a place where the hustle and bustle of the city is far, far away. This community has such a peaceful and serene atmosphere. A wonderful place to live.

Good experience with the office staff and moving in process. My experience was soured when porch chairs were stolen off of our porch and we could see them in another neighbor's porch, but couldn't do anything due to a lack of proof.

The overall apartment is nice. I would love to have the blinds in the living room changed out I can’t open the blinds without one falling off. I have roaches really bad coming from somewhere not having roaches then have to deal with them here and being told that I have to pay the fee is very upsetting. The main bathroom had mold in the ceiling above the shower maintenance came out and only half fixed the problem and never returned. My main concern is the roaches

It has been my home for many years. I have enjoyed meeting different people from around the world here and the staff keeps getting better and better. Friendly staff. I also enjoy watching people having their own gardens and living off the land. I forgot to mention the street light is out by building 20.

Awful , the staff is disrespectful, the house is run down and filled with dead and alive insects, also they do not try to fix any major issues. The the apartment is super dirty inside and they clearly don’t give a dang about your issues.

Work orders are not getting completed in a timely fashion, and some of these things are dated and they should’ve been taken care of. No one should be paying rent for things and not be repaired and a timely fashion and be a realistic repair. Not just repairing old stuff put in new things sometimes all I’m asking was for some new closet doors and I can’t even get that.

So far I love the community. The gym, I like the smart home apps, and I especially love the living space in each room including the dining area and living room. Thank you to the leasing office for a wonderful experience so far and I hope it’s many more to come.

Good community a lot of us have been here for a long time and it's called home convenient area for elderly good for taking a walk ,stores are convenient for where you live what you need. Apartment suspicious and big patio for sitting outside trees Creek nice views of nature.

This place is disgusting. Inside and out. It is extremely overpriced for broken, cheap, and/or dirty things. The leasing office people are only nice and caring until you move in. Maintenance men are kind, however.

They want money
Deserves a 0 star. Do not stay here. I literally got a violation for trash being knocked over. It’s not like i did and no one picked it up. It been out there for days. I pay it every month and still have problems that I don’t cause.
