So far, it has been fair. Most things look nice and that’s what attracted me here. But upon move in, a lot of appliances and things did not work. Many maintenance requests and searches for information have taken place due to improper communication.

nos gusta vivir aqui pero hay cosas en los apartamentos que deben ser cambiadas. ejemplo vivimos aqui desde el 2017 y deberian cambair la carpeta de la sala de estar. tratamos de mantenerla limpia por eso es mejor que sea piso que se pueda limpiar diario como la cocina

Very nice community. I’m very satisfied with the apartment and what’s around. Everything is put together and organized. Although the trash bin from the community needed to be taken care of way more to make the apartments look better

Me and my family lives there and we had to leave because we had a rat infestation. But no one wants to mention that this place took everything frome andy family. They charged to much money and then when we told them about the rats the were very nonchalant about. My daughter developed asthma from liviin those conditions and we got nothing to show for it. We had to pay the price. Unfair.

We’ve had to deal with a noisy and inconsiderate neighbor. So I haven’t enjoyed my stay as much as I’d like. The office staff have been rude to my bf when he has gone to speak about our neighbor. If the staff would’ve held her accountable for the noise, and letting her dog leave piles of crap around the area we share. I would not have a problem with how things are. Even if someone at least came to clean it up, I would not be so upset. I stated previously, that we can not even use our porch because of the stench that her dog has left. She has appears to have gotten rid of the dog. But the poop that he left is still out side and it’s off putting. I’d consider renewing if the office staff treated their tenants better too.

The apartment complex is decent and I believe that it could be a nice place to live but the staff doesn’t care and they don’t take disciplinary actions on tenants abusing the rules. If there were something actually done, I’d recommend this place, but as I’m sure rent will rise and more people abusing the rules will just be enabled by the staff, I can not recommend it.

My experience has been okay. It was really good when I first moved in but it’s been a constant smell of cigarettes in my apartment. I emailed my apartment leasing office and they sent an email out about marijuanna because they couldn’t do anything about the smell of cigarettes. Also, starting to get a lot of bugs and roaches in my apartment. I keep my apartment well in tact and cleaned so it has to be from nearby neighbors.

Do not move here!!!
HORRIBLE. THE INSIDE LOOKS GOOD ALL PREPED BUT ONCE YOU MOVE IN ROACHES GALORE!!! DIRTY CARPETS, COBWEBS EVERYWHERE. MISSING EVERYTHING. THE MAINTANCE GUY OS IS COOL, AND J-MICHAEL IN THE OFFICE IS VERY NICE. WASN'T GIVEN A MAIL BOX KEY, HAD TO REPORT DIRTY HALLWAYS THAT HAVENT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS. CARPET IS TRIGGERING MY ASTHAMA. DON'T SECOND GUESS YOURSELF. ZERO STARS

Bugs. It’s a lot of bugs. All kinds. Inside and out. They don’t clean the apartment before u move in at all. The maintenance staff is really nice. The rent is way toooo high for the quality of apartments. I feel taken. Can’t wait until my lease is up

I love my apartment the space and layout. It has so much natural lighting! I don’t mind the noise from the high way next to us. I do not like that some of my neighbors smoke weed and the smell invaded my apartment. I have children and do not appreciate it because it is not my choice.

The community is nice except the garbage
Some people in the community or outside the community come and dump the trash all over the ground and does not care if I were the manager I would put a great big privacy fence around the whole garbage compactor close to the driveway where they like to put their trash and then put a camera there and send it to the police for violating the property I hope this will help you guy. this is a very expensive area but it really doesn’t look like it we pull up in here and see all of this garbage all over the place just ridiculous it looks like the hood

So far so good. I enjoy the creek that goes through the entire complex and the large pool. Maintenance is attentive and came in a timely manner. And getting packages is nice with the package locker room.

The only time I get communication from the office is about rent or fees. Seem like they only care about money and not the community. There is no sense of community. I only live here because of the location and proximity to the things I need.

The office staff is very -professional but the gentleman assigned to repair the tub drain is unprofessional and needs additional training. He wasted my time and money as I left work early and placed my dog in daycare for 2-days so he could get the drain fixed. Still to this day it is not fixed.

Will take your security deposit and then some
Don’t live here. It has one star for a reason. They charged me over $700 for carpet replacement because it was dirty…. Charged for excessive cleaning AND MANDATORY smart /cleanmove, which was supposed to provide cleaning. While living here there were domestic violence in the neighboring homes. I’ve called the police multiple times and the front office. Nothing was done. There were sewage in the tubs and a flea problem!! They couldn’t fix the flea problem I had to do it myself. There was a draft coming in through the window that was never fixed and I stayed for 15 MOS. This place sucks!! Don’t waste your money!! Update: Reply to Review: Never had a pet, and those “strict carpet cleaning rules” were never shared with me. This shows proof that they will do whatever they can to keep your security deposit AND charge you for more. Like they did with me. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

All of the leasing agents have all been helpful and patient with me. I know that most of the problems I have are out if their control. They’re great but everything else I mentioned couldve made my experience 10/10 had they not existed

It’s been mediocre to be honest. The roaches are very frustrating, valet trash always leaves the trash in the middle of the damn street, and the office staff is not the best. The only think I like is that the apartment is very spacious and the washer and dryer being in unit.

I'm very satisfied with my stay at The Harrison. I would definitely recommend to a friend. I love the size of my apartment and it looked exactly how it was shown online. The amenities are pretty great too. I love the size of the pool! I like the valet trash. And I like that there are two entrances.

Fairly decent living experience other than the drastic rare increases. The location of the resident is awesome. I love the pool area in the summer time and the elementary school my daughter attends is great.

Worst experience I've ever had. I appreciate this place for motivating me to buy a house. Bugs everywhere. Not safe at all. Terrible management that has priorities backwards. Needs to hire office staff that do their job without acting like they are doing the community a favor. Only thing the office is good at is taking rent money.

Great apartment design with very good amenities like swimming pool. Gym, kids play area. Just few meters away from 2 highways. Excellent connectivity! Close to school, day cares, shops, restaurants! Very active maintenance team and services. Great place to live!

I live in building 48 and the surroundings and structure need some cleaning such as trash next to the steps, breeze ways and the structure is detaching from the structure. Other than that, it’s a good place to reside.

his may be a lengthy review but it will save you the time & hassle of moving in to this property! Please look elsewhere, because this one will give you a hard time and try their hardest to “keep your reservation fee” it’s just not worth it. I was unable to physically come in for a tour (I’m a single parent with a busy schedule) so I spoke with Nia and did a tour online. I was pleased at first, then once Nia Freeman started working on my application, things started to go downhill. Nia barely answers the phone and responds to emails, and has an attitude whenever she picks up the phone & ask questions. First, there’s a lot of miscommunication. I completed the ID verify process, (I had a hard time with the face scan then spoke to a young lady named Leslie and informed her that I was having issues completing that step.) Therefore, they manually verified my ID and everything came back complete. Leslie informed me that I would have to come into the office with my physical ID which was no problem at all. Once I submitted all information they needed, Nia wanted to give me the run around & requested that my employer sends over an employment verification form on my behalf, which was fine. Once I finally got my employer to complete that step for me, Nia contacted them (Prior to that Nia mentioned that was the last step for final approval), and “claimed” she couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Which was not true, (as if the verification form my employer emailed over to her wasn’t already enough proof but anyways), even though I’ve met all of the requirements Nia PURPOSELY denied my application for no reason. When I asked why, Nia made up something claiming it was because of “ ID verify” (despite the fact that Leslie already said I was good to go) they could’ve gotten around that & they know it. Also, because of my employment which isn’t true because MY EMPLOYER DID THEIR PART. I honestly don’t think Nia was following company policy, Nia didn’t even put in the effort to even try to get a hold of anyone via phone or email at my place of employment I believe she just wanted to be judgmental and assume because I’m a single parent I couldn’t afford to live there. Mind you, I’m a young professional. My overall experience was just horrible and after reading these past reviews it’s safe to say I’ve dodged a bullet.

Realmente es normal, hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, limpieza. Es un punto muy importante. Tipo de modernización de los departamentos que sean buenos. No se si la cantidad de personas de mantenimiento pueden mantener este condominio, o se requieren más eso puede ser un tema.

The literal WORSE!!!! Mold! Water Damage! No Heat!! They painted over the mold 3 times! And never fixed the heater! I had to message the CEO on indeed to get even the slightest bit of help & they still never fixed the heater!!!
