Hi I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom within the complex. So I have actually been here 27 years. Love community neighborhoods and staff. Conveniently located near highway parks and stores. Haverhill library awesome too!

The physical layout of the complex is good. It is off the main street enough so that you don't get a lot of street noise. The staff is friendly and any problems that come up can get resolved very quickly The rental fee is like most rates a little expensive.

I have been here since 1999. Have been very happy. Hence the long stay... Im just hoping I dont get priced out. Everything in here is old. Rugs are 27 years old as is the paint but I have all that I need. Nothing extra.

The community has been great. The maintenance staff has always helpful. Tickets are usually pretty quick general areas also taken care of in a timely manner. also like that, you can use an app for most of the maintenance claims. They reply through email or text message.
