We haven't had any problems since moving into Princeton Bradford! We live across from the leasing office and the grounds are always kept beautiful! Right now, there are blooming mums and beautiful trees. During the summer, we enjoy the pool and walking around the neighborhood. We feel safe here. Kids seem to feel safe here.

Extremely quiet place pleasant to live has staff ready to attend in what you need 100% I recommend insurance has a great leisure area to live with the family access to school bus parking for residents has great communication with office anyway nothing to question

I love my stay at Bradford. It has been a great one years. Whenever we have a problem in our apartment the maintenance team are always there to fix it, overall I have had a good experience staying here.

We've lived here for 3 years in different apartments, and have never had any real issues. Any maintenance problems are solved incredibly fast and if it won't be a quick fix they let us know immediately

Very nice place to live very quiet clean to doing a lot of different work which is making a little better. I've been here 11 years hopefully that good renew my apartment probably than that I like the gym the pool a basketball court tennis court. The people in the neighbor is the staff the maintenance they're all very nice.

The people who work here daily are amazing and helpful. I have a personal problem with the new owners because I have experience with maintaining a property and the owners need to listen to the maintenance team. They say nothing to me and I know that they know what's needed to be done but sometimes they can't because the owners won't allow it. Again the maintenance team says nothing but I'm not stupid so same on the owner and great job to office staff and maintenance. Thank you all for doing your best.

These apartments are comfortable, maintenance is efficient and the garden is always perfect. Every summer they give us ice cream and tacos ??. I have parking. I can take my girl to the park. I love it !!

It's been great. I feel very comfortable here. Maintenance is great. Upkeep of the grounds is good. Location is good for me. I like the looks of the buildings and the neighbors are very friendly and quiet.

When applying the process was very quick and easy. I fortunately was moved in two weeks. After the previous apartment, a lot of foot traffic, loud noise/music all hours of the night. An overall bad area. Since moving my kids now have a safe place to play, there is a playground, pool and gym. We are much happier having moved.

I was nervous to move in since I didn't get to see my actual apartment just the model. I moved in without any problems everything was and is perfect I love my apartment and the community. The staff is super friendly and available for any and all of my questions. There's not one thing I can complain about here I really love it. My dog also loves it here she is finally at peace and I love it! We got treats for moving in which made me feel more at home than ever.

My experience has been great! The staff in the office are kind, the neighbors are nice, the apartments are nice as well. Maintenance is pretty quick about coming to fix issues in the units. The amenities are amazing (pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts, as well as a park)

My experience was very good. There's prompt service provision. Anytime I have a need ,it is quickly met,so are questions I raised. The staff are courteous and attentive, quite helpful to residents too.

Princeton Bradford is a wonderful community that feels safe, is wonderfully landscaped, and with great quality apartments for the price. The leasing staff is very helpful and kind as well! We really enjoy living at Princeton Bradford!

The apt complex is a good community and semi clean can do better. But it's a safe place . There's a playground and swimming site which is alright. Over all ot not a bad place to live. It isnot a place where you would want to raise kids. Sorry but being honest.

When rent has gone up apartment still old rugs never cleaned old bathroom and kitchen l7ke to see all side walks cleared and salted in winter .not just one side people and children live on both sides of street to complex. A side walk is for walking .

Princeton Bradford has been wonderful to us. We love all of the amenities, the safety of our community, and our apartment in general! We have a two bedroom and we absolutely love it. Maintenance is timely and very helpful too! Can't reccomend it enough here!

We have only had issues with a couple of our neighbors and they still aren't addressed. We have never gotten any assistance when our rims/wheels have been stolen from our vehicle while on the property. We have had to deal with the cops on too many occasions and we no longer feel safe. This is unacceptable for what we pay

We have always loved living here at Princeton Bradford. We have made great friendships with our neighbors. We absolutely love spending time at the pool .Playing basketball with our grandson has been a joy all the time

I love our apartment. Neighborhood is so sweet, and the community is on top of their game! When we had an issue we requested maintenance and the next day our issue was completed! Princeton Bradford is an amazing apartment to have/ start a family! Best decision ever!

Never nice, quiet community. Buildings and property are kept up with. Quick response times from management and maintenance. The park is a wonderful place for our kids in the community as well. No regrets with our decision to rent through Princeton
