We've had a great time at Princeton Bradford. The rent is just too high for the non updated apartment with old appliances. The amenities are nice but the parking isn't great. I've identified not had a parking spot when I get home.

Community is great, however the apartment is very outdated for the rent paid. Kitchen appliances are probably older than I am (22 years), doors and floors are rickety. Maintenance has to be called often to fix broken things. Laundry price also increased.

Is quiet and nice to live here they only need to press more attention to the tenants and hear what we need... the pets policy is kind crazy they dont even what me to get a fish tank but its ok lol is not a bad place to live

Since I have lived at Princeton Bradford, I have been very pleased with all aspects of the apartment. The leasing staff is professional and helpful. The maintenance personnel are prompt and good at what they do. Living here does feel like being in a nice community.

I like the community. Generally clean. Not to much noise. Like the Amenities such as the pool small playground. There is a small gym that I really need to explore. Laundry on site. There is parking. Only thing is I wish the were assigned spots.

The community is nice and not loud, except for when kids are playing outside it bounces the noise between buildings. So when I'm on the phone people think the kids are literally next to me, that's how loud it can be since the windows don't block out sound. Parking is always a struggle. It is nice to have laundry in the units but it can be challenging sharing it with other personnel.

The neighbors are nice and respectful but the rent is kind of high. Also, only one washer and dryer in the apartment with about 9 apartments. Maintenance is also helpful in get issues resolved. This is all I have to say.

I have been at Princeton Bradford for a little less than a year. The management team and maintenance dept have been very responsive and professional. I have enjoyed my time living here! I would certainly recommend Prince properties to family and friends!

It is ok. Only complaint is that there is not enough spots to park and the plumbing in the bathroom and kind of messed up. Example If someone else is using water than the water pressure decreases significantly and the maintenance said they could do nothing about it.

The apartment itself is pretty good and looks nice. I don't generally have any issues. Maintenance is very quick and responsive and they do good work. The apartment community is a nice place to go for walks.

Office staff is helpful. Grounds are well kept . Anytime an issue occurs the front office acts and does the best they can to rapidly address a any issues that arise. Thankfully the complex is still non smoking and I hope it stays that way

Great response to all my concerns and provided a comfortable place to live especially during pandemic. Would like to see extended hours on pool during the summer and maybe some more community involvement activities for kids.

I really love the layout of my apartment, the carpets were new and walls painted when I moved in. I love the pool in the summertime, and the well maintained grounds. Office staff have helped me if I ever had any issues and followed up with me. A great place to live

The office and maintenance staff have been great every issue is or has been taking care of in a friendly and professional manner. Only issues I have had is with rude neighbors above me had to call police to have them turn down the music and or tv. Since then all has been good

I've lived in this apt. community for 12 years. It's gone through some changes and recent new ownership but for the most part, it's still a great place to live. Maintenance does a fabulous job of maintaining the units and grounds. It gets a little noisy during the warm months, with kids screaming up and down the street, and playing in the hallways, but the office staff is fantastic, and do their best to remind parents to control their kids, which keeps this lovely place from turning into a slum. Overall, it's a pretty nice and secure place.

Neighbors r arrogant talking loud yelling slamming doors and blaring music late at night. People fly up and down the roads and in parking lots. Tenant smoke pot in their cars in the parking lots and it floats into the adjacent apartments

I love the neighborhood. People are nice and friendly. Office staffs are friendly too. They provide fast and reliable maintenance service. You will love the pool during summer. Although the rent here is very expensive.

Best thing is the balcony. Having your own outdoor space makes it a home. Large closets and cabinets. Places to walk around with trees and sidewalks. Neighbors are great! People get to know each other and say Hi. The maintenance crew are quick and you can trust them. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Summertime pool is not crowded and people have fun. Great place to live. So glad I moved here!

I love living at Princeton Bradford. The apartment is great. The amenities are great. The staff is great. The maintenance staff is great. I highly recommend Princeton Properties. It's a great property.

I believe that to live in society we must always respect and be respected. This is the principle that governs any relationship, respect. That's how my family and I feel in this condo. The administration performs a very excellent job in the community. God bless you guys!

I love our apartment and setting. Community is fairly quiet and I barely hear my neighbors. Parking is sometimes an issue but management sends out emails when needed. Clean place and landscaping is great as well
