Needs renovation. Carpet and flooring in each building are supposedly being redone, but months have gone by and problem persists. Intense odor in building with laundry. Quality of interior is poor. Outdated appliances, kitchen, door handles, closet doors / sliding doors, bathroom vanity, mirror, tiles, shower etc. For what they charge the service is not what it should be.

I really enjoy my apartment I've been here for almost 5 years and I've never had any problems. Only couple things could be better. When Princeton Properties took over and I lost my grill sucked I loved cooking on my grill. The parking here is a train wreck. People park in your assigned spot nothing gets done about it. Same big blue truck has parked in my spot 3 times nothing was done.

The Staff (Katie) is just AWESOME and was one of our decision breaker to move-in here. She is professional and very courteous, she will go above and beyond to make sure Forest Acres Dr is the right place for us and she was not pushy at all. We feel very confident living here with such people working at the property management.

Parking spaces are way to small. People that live in my building don't care about other people's cars and just slam their car doors into other cars when getting out. You can hear the people upstairs and downstairs conversations. Have to wait so long to do laundry because there is only one washer and one dryer set up in the basement. Other than that it's okay.

Living at Forest Acres has been a good experience so far aside from the work orders being entered by an incompetent Leasing agent. I would have positive things to say if she wasn't entering my no heat to a different apartment, sad maintenance threw her under the bus but corporate needs to train their employees a bit before having us pay their salaries ! You need MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF In all departments!!!!

Communication has never been great, but the service has gone downhill in the last year. Not opening the pool was a huge disappointment last year and they've been saying the fitness center was going to open "next week" for the last 4 months.

Overall positive. My neighbors don't bother me. Office is respondant to my needs as a tenant. The rent value is reasonable for the local area. Parking can be tricky if you have more than one vehicle. Property is on a private road.

I have lived here over 3 years and all they do is raise the rent. A little paint outside now does no good if the inside is old. Two days with no hot water and all they keep saying is ithe boiler is being fixed. Two days without warm showers and no end in site until something blows and they have water everywhere. Then how much will that cost to repair?

Love it! I am handicapped and the people who live here and the staff are very helpful to me. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and I enjoy getting out when I am able. My husband definitely loves the swimming pool as well.

Hello just wondering when someone is going to actually look into the bee infestation in our building before my newborn or 2 year old get stung. Here's some pictures of what where dealing with sense we have called over 10 times down to the office and just keep getting told we will get added to the exterminators list who only comes out once a month. He has been here twice and sprayed and we are still getting 10+ bees in our apartment every day. The maintenance guy has been here once to my knowledge and replaced a screen in one window which has a gap in the side of about an inch so what is the point. The bees are in the walls and coming in through closed windows and out our heating ducts. We are having trouble sleeping in here it's so bad. I pay a rediculous amount of money to live like this and hope this will be my last effort before someone cares or I will keep posting on social media about this. I live in building 25 and have heard about other residents having the same issue.

I just moved in and feel overall experience is good. The apartment is nicely located and has a nice layout. There are several issues of concern. My storage area was flooded during recent heavy rains and the building hallway lights come on well after there is darkness in the building making it very difficult and unsafe to navigate the hallways.

If there was a way to rate this property zero stars, I would! I have lived in many apartment complexes and this one is just by far the worst. It was time to renew my lease and I went to the office to speak to the property manager about it, the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet and very helpful and directed me to the property manager. The property manager was on her phone when she came from the back, which I found unprofessional, leave it in your office. She introduced herself, she was very condescending and didn’t seem to have an interest to speak with me. Considering I pay my rent on time, I would assume I would receive better treatment. She had a smirk on her face annoying me further, as she seemed to think everything I was saying was a joke. I asked her when maintenance would come and fix my shower head, for the 4th time this week. She proceeded to give me excuses as to why they haven’t done it, “They’re very busy” “We’re short staffed this week”. There was another lady who had come from the back with very short hair, she did not introduce herself, just stood there, lost in space listening in on our conversation. This is NOT the first time I have an issue with maintenance not coming to do their job and this is not the first time I go to the property manager to complain! The maintenance staff is very rude, and only gets the job done halfway every single time, especially emergency calls! For the amount of rent this place charges, it is absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen such a lazy and incompetent staff overall. I do not recommend this complex. Someone needs to take a look at who they are hiring, seems like they need to be retrained!

Nice sized affordable aparments. Convenient to highway with easy access to stores, supermarkets. Haverhill has great schools and a great library all within a short distance. Ground are kept in good condition and upgrades are being made to the outsides of the buildings.

I have only been there for less than a week but it is very quiet for a larger size apartment community so far and I like the landscaping and location is good. I like that it is within walking distance to schools and businesses.
