Once a work order is generated, maintenance is quickly dispatched and the work is usually done right. Getting the Work order created and maintenance sent out can be challenging. My kitchen sink has been broken for nearly a month, since June 14th, and still no Work Order or time frame has been offered.

my experience in this community has been a great one. the grounds are kept clean, and they fix any maintenance problems promptly and professionally. the staff is very courteous and friendly. They come out after hours if an emergency happens and make sure you're taken care off.

Generally good. I wish the basement storage area was maintained. One of the lights in the basement is On All of the Time. Locked Plastic cover is covering the light switch. Waste of electricity. Need motion sensors instead. And replace fluorescent lights in basement with LED lights.

I had what to appear as brown water spots on my ceiling in bathroom...maintance came in and sprayed them..and all looks fine now. Maintance has always been very efficent, nice and respectful when ever I have had to call on them. I have been here a long time and like it very much...hope to be here more yrs to come...Thank u everyone for a great community...

Princeton Bradford is a nice community to live in. The units and building are clean, the maintenance staff is always very responsive and helpful, and the community comes with good amenities such as the pool, basketball and tennis courts, and public spaces for outdoor gatherings. The location is also convenient.

Princeton Bradford apartments is the place to be. They have a wonderful staff. It's family orientated. It's very clean. They have Parks, basketball courts, tennis courts, pool, playgrounds for the children. The people here are very friendly staff is amazing it's a great place to live.

I've lived here for almost a year now and seriously enjoy it. The ammenities such as the pool, park and basketball court are pretty awesome to have and for the most part the neighborhood is pretty quiet throughout the year aside from the summer time when all the kids are out playing. On top of that all interactions I've had with other tenants in my building have been great. I definitely plan on renewing my lease when I get the chance and recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come check this place out if any units are available.

Princeton Bradford are really great. I moved here out of Boston, and the difference in courteousness and professionalism is wild. Office staff are always friendly and helpful, and even go above and beyond when they can. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and are always polite. When it snows they clear the walkways and if it snows a lot they have posted schedules for clearing the lots. There is a real felt focus on building a positive community here and I love it.

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Princeton Bradford an 8/10 to live at. Rent includes heat, hot/cold water, central air, parking, trash, etc. It is tough to find places to rent these days that include utilities. Beware though, they tend to jack up the monthly rent $100-$200 every year which is brutal. So you can forget about any raises you get at work?The closet space is nice, and they offer storage units for a fee. They also charge pet rent, but same goes for most places. The maintenance staff is kind and responds very quick to any issues. It also includes a tennis court, basketball court, pool and playground. If you're a runner, the neighborhood is great to run around. The biggest downside is no in-unit laundry. There is one washer and dryer for 10 units to share. Not to mention it costs $4.30 to do a single load of laundry. This can be okay if you have good neighbors, but if you have inconsiderate neighbors they'll use the washer/dryer as their own personal laundromat and leave clothes in there for days.
