I have had a great experience here but when I talk to other people here. There rat issues, the rent is to high, the washer and dryers don't work and it would be nice to have laundry in every unit. Update fridges

This is supposed to be a non smoking community . Well i have neighbors who smoke right outside my apartment. Also . The porches need cleaning. There is bird feces everywhere! Rents way to high. People park here without a sticker all the time. Overnight and also park infront of my apartment where there is NO parking spot!

Great place to live. Great place to raise kids. Great pool, lifeguards you take a break every hour. Very expensive everywhere. Rent control is out of control. Wish we can go back before rent went out is control

Overall my experience has been good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When you report an issue they try to resolve right away. Apartments are older and could use some updates, wish there were more laundry facilities and they didn't close at 7pm when I work until 6 I can't do laundry during the week unless I go to the laundromat down the street. It would be great to be guaranteed a parking spot in front of your building so you don't have to park so far away due to people who don't live their parking in the limited spots available.

It is a nice community of mixed people We are all incomes, ages and races. Some of us have kids, other do not. People help each other out. The office staff is great and the all staff are always helpful.

I have enjoyed my stay here and hopefully will continue the association for the time being. The place is very nice, have some great neighbors during the stay, have actually been a resident here three different times, a total of 23 years.

I have an issue with paying market prices on an apartment that is not at market price appearance. My building is fine and most of the time people do not bother but there is an apartment in my building who I need to complain about every single month. I like to remind the office that I am not paying $2050 for a small, outdated apartment AND neighbors arguing.

It is an excellent, friendly, and safe community. My children have so many memories. The staff is helpful and thoughtful. The property is always clean, and the summer is my favorite time because of the pool. Thankful to call home.

The building I live in has very respectful, friendly neighbors. The hallways and property are always clean. During winter time the parking lot and property is well taken care of. My son and I feel safe in our building and on the property. I would recommend forest acres to any of my friends or family.

Move in was quick and easygoing, was able to relocate from another state without any issues. We were even a day or so late and the office worked with us on changing the move in date out for our late arrival

We have only lived here for 2 weeks but everything seems pretty good so far. Had an issue that required maintenance and was able to get someone to come look at it within 15 minutes of the request. Maintenance has been very friendly and professional. Our building is pretty quiet and the neighborhood is fairly quiet as well. You can hear kids running around time to time but to me that just means it's a safe neighborhood for them to play. There are a lot of kids and families and everyone I've interacted with so far seems friendly! Apartment is not very big but I think it makes good use of the space and has really nice deep cabinets and closets for storage. Overall seems like a good community and I'm excited to be a part of it.

Upon moving in the office management team has been exceptionally helpful with answering any questions we might possibly have since we are new to the area. We had one minor issue upon moving in and maintenance fixed the issue within five minutes. Maintenance was also courteous and very clean with their work.

I used to know all my neighbors and we always looked out for each other. Now I have a neighbor upstairs that at times is awfully loud. Never have I heard anyone upstairs , wondering if the vinyl floor into the dinning area is the cause. I love the pool. Parking is hard if you have guests at dinner time there isn't a spot to be had on the street.
