Great community to live. Facilities are always in good shape. Office and maintenance staff are always willing to help solve any problem when it occurs. I like that there's a gym not huge but with the necessary to help for a quick workout and last but not least. I love the swimming pool.

Love it here but did get a new upstairs neighbor who has a young child who runs sometimes for an hour non stop. It can be very annoying at times and we tried to speak with them but the child continues to run

I find it to be a very quiet community living here, snow removal is top notch! I had one issue with the tenant above me be quite loud at very late hours, but got to the point I needed to address it to management, they took care of it immediately! So far all good since then & that was 8+months ago. Very happy here!

It is great! I have nothing but good experiences. My sister and I were able to tour, qualify and move in a year ago. We have had great experiences with management as well as facilities. Everything is great and we are very happy with the building.

It's a very quiet and maintained place. All the amenities are very nice and the staff very professional. I'm very satisfied with everything here. We have the laundry room and storage right here where I live.

Overall this is a nice place to live. I feel safe to go on a run and it's relativity quite. A lot of children live here. In the summer they are running around everywhere. The only down side to this is they are in the parking lots which is not safe. There is a playground for them to go to..so I'm not sure why they would do this. Down side is that we did not get to see our apartment before we moved in and found issues that could of been of fixed before hand. Heat is included! Laundry is not included some units have them in the basement for two dollars each load. They should get more washers and dryers because there is only one set for about ten apartments. Gym is small but nice equipment. There is large storage space in the basement.

I had just moved in Satirday and I am so comfortable and income woth this place. I moved woth my 4 year son on the first floor and he loves it. The bounding I am in is quiet even though I see all the kids that live at this unit. Great place and beautifully upkept. Work 12 hours a day and i love i can come home and theres no loud noises or partying going on all night. Overall recommend this place for professionals

The parking is always an issue. Sometimes have to fight for hot water and have no water pressure at night. Maintenance team is nice and quick to respond. Rental fees will increase every year regardless.

Amazing apartment complex. The staff members are amazing and helpful. This place is very welcoming and feels like home. Maintenance is always speedy and helpful with keeping the apartments safe and running. The pool and courtyards are amazing for activities to do in the summer. The community is quite and peaceful.
