From initial email inquiry through the move in process the staff has been very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. In the 6 months we have been here we have found the complex to be well maintained, quiet and comfortable. As with all large complexes there are rules and guidelines but all are implemented fairly and courteously for the good of the community. Events have been provided to promote a feeling of community, appreciation and respect as well.

We sold our home of 50 years because we could no longer handle going up and down stairs. We looked at several locations and could find nothing to our liking. looking on line we came across an ad for Princeton Bradford and called. We met with Susan who showed us around and went far above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Everytime we need maintenance all it takes is a phone call to Susan and the maintenance people are there in a very short time. They are always polite and professional and do a great job. We have mostly dealt with Mike,but they are all great.

Infested with Cockroaches

Infested with cockroaches. We've been here a bit over a year. There's been a cockroach infestation for 4 months now. Management refuses to treat whole buildings. Instead, they're only treating one apartment at a time (and only if you complain). Of course, not treating the whole building only serves to make the disgusting roaches scurry away to a neighbor's unit. Then they treat that unit, and they scurry over to the next. And, I guess good luck to the other renters who are about to be invaded as the roaches run from pest control's treatment? It's beyond disgusting that Princeton Bradford is actively renting apartments with a known roach infestation. And for months have only been taking half-measures that have left us to live in these conditions. Which, by the way, is illegal. Massachusetts Tenant Rights clearly states: "Cockroaches and Rodents: The landlord must maintain the unit free from rodents, cockroaches, and insect infestation, if there are two or more apartments in the building." Don't assume you'll be "lucky" in any way and avoid the roaches. They breed quickly, squeeze through the tiniest of cracks/holes, use the walls here as their network, and are nearly impossible to exterminate in the cheapskate, haphazard way they are "treating" it. Since management doesn't deal with it as they should, we've been setting down traps and repellents for months, but the roaches keep coming. This is by far the worst issue, but also beware of skyrocketing rent (it goes up hundreds with each lease renewal), mold, and drug users. Sad when mold and drug use nearly becomes non-issues because of an ongoing cockroach infestation.

It's very calm and quiet, everyone is very respectful and nice. It's vey clean and neat, they really keeping up with the community. Making sure the grass is cut on time and having cleaners clean inside the hallway. They do a very good job

The Office staff are friendly.The Pool and park are nice amenities. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues. Walking distance to bowling alley, pizza shop, and convenience store. Neighbors are friendly.

It is a condominium in a great location, with schools, supermarket and entertainment nearby. very familiar condominium. High security and exemplary service by the office and fast maintenance solutions. Most are preventive maintenance.

the apartment is very nice, but to wash and dry clothes it costs a total of 4.30, it is a very cozy place. good gym, a large swimming pool and several places to relax with the family. it has a beautiful basketball court and an amazing playground for the kids

It has been good overall. The rent increases are a bit out of hand year to year. I do enjoy taking walks and the environment is nice. Also, they have a nice playground for kids and a big clean pool. I would recommend to a friend.

When I first moved in it was awesome. Had a very nosy older man on the first floor in which they talked to and calmed him down. Parking was ok at that time as time went by the parking has gotten worse. We are allowed 2 cars per unit and some units have as many as 3 and nothing has been done. Coming home from work at 8:00 pm and I don't have parking is very frustrating

Good complex. Quiet and nice layout of apartment unit. We have been here for a few years now and have never had an issue with neighbors or management. Enjoy having the pool in the summer and ability to park our cars in our lot.

I love this apartment complex, the professionalism of the people who work in the office, those who work in maintenance, the speed with which they attend to complaints, I like that when it snows they keep the parking lot always clean, it is a good place to live, quiet, and if you have children they have many areas to enjoy with them. I have been living here for 2 years and I highly recommend it.

We've enjoyed living here the last 3 years. Maintenance is almost always very responsive to requests. Rent has increased significantly but seems that is an issue everywhere. The pool is always clean and well maintained. Our neighbors in our building are great and quiet.

Princeton Bradford is a wonderful place to live. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Whenever there's an issue the staff is quick to address it. Office staff loves to make it fun and enjoyable to live here. An example is fun games and contests. I enjoy the huge pool. There's also a nice park and workout room. Rents are reasonable. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

My partner and I have been extremely satisfied with our move to this community. Not only is Haverhill a lovely town (an hour from Boston, 30 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the NH border, plus so much to offer just downtown), but the Princeton Bradford community itself has been a wonderful place to call home. Everyone is so kind and courteous. The surrounding woods are so peaceful. And my partner and I feel very safe and comfortable. This is the fifth place I've lived since moving out of my childhood home, and it is without a doubt the nicest place I've ever lived.

Haven't had a bad experience yet. The staff and the amenities(pool, park, ect) are always clean and safe for me and my child to visit. And enjoy. The gym is a great touch a little bit of mid day work out helps a lot.

I have lived here for 14 years. New owners took over a few years ago. Many many improvements to the property. Professional staff. Property is kept clean and well groomed. In the winter time the parking lots are cleared of snow in a timely manner.
