The staff here are super friendly and responsive. They are always respectful and don't just treat you like a number who pays rent. They really do value you as a tenant and a human being with needs. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to handle any problems that arise year round. There's a dedicated maintenance team that are available during all times of the day (though responses are obviously slower late at night into the very early morning) and the office staff are always transparent and honest. We love living here so far. The only issue we have is people parking in the wrong places (like on corners making turns harder or in the inlets/driveways leading into building parking lots) but that's not the fault of management.

Not too bad. I can't say I am actually fully satisfy. 80 to 90 % satisfaction. Issues with people parking at my spot and some tenants still doing laundry past the time range. Overall I appreciate the effort you guys are putting to respond to any Inquiry via the residents portal.

Very nice apartment for the price. I appreciate the central AC, the access to outdoor spaces, and the resident parking lots. Staff is very easy to access? someone always picks up when I call. As a single female living alone, I feel very safe.

I have not had a issue with the community. Everyone has been very helpful. Just hoping I'm able to continue to live here another couple of years. As I said at the beginning it would be a lot cheaper and helpful to have washer and dryer in the actual unit. Back issues health issues constantly bringing laundry to have it washed and dry.

Nice area. Good people. Good location Rent is too high. I have lived here since 2008. I wish I could afford to stay, but they keep raising their rent to the point where I don't feel that's going to be possible.

Not worth it for the money that you spend on rent, best used to be included but is no longer, drafty old windows and sliding doors. Have had a nice problem since we moved in and even with trying to rid the problem ourselves and with the maintenance having pest company come in we still deal with the problem.

The maintenance team is the best! We are very happy living here. We feel safe and it's quiet. We can always find a parking space. The amenities are awesome. We are using the gym and saving money. Pool is great! The tennis and basketball court and playground are awesome.

Community is good and safe. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Just needs assigned parking and washers and dryers in every building. Parking restrictions is not enforced therefore visitors take up parking.

Members of The staff are incredibly friendly and on top of problems that may arise, Gym facilities, pool and laundry are always available and clean. Before we moved in maintenance, did a thorough cleaning and replace the carpet, Neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

A decent community with some nice amenities like a pool and a fitness center. But expensive for what it is. There has been water trouble and bathroom needs new fixtures. The staff is helpful though the maintenance is not always competent.
