From the beginning, the office staff were personable and attentive. The maintenance staff were timely and diligent, when needed. The apartment was clean and everything in working order. The apartment, and the overall experience, was just what I needed at the time.

Very quiet and pleasant place to live. It has good amenities for the price we pay. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Professionalism and knowledge over the phone and in person. Excellent service and assistance when I need it. When I move in had a welcome card personalized and sparkling water to drink. Well maintenance and cleanest. ??

I have lived here for twenty five years. They have been very good.I worked here for more than fifteen years as A maintenance personal. I worked as a plumber and most of the people where nice in the apartment complex.

Very quiet, clean & sociable. Staff is friendly & helpful. I came from a private dwelling into apartment living which is very different but everyone here, staff & neighbors, are very helpful & friendly. Many emenities, convenient to I-495, downtown & has a country atmosphere. .

My girlfriend and I have lived at Princeton Bradford apartments(Forest Acres) for 9 years now and have enjoyed living here. The community is fairly quiet and the office staff and maintenance are very helpful. I would recommend Princeton Bradford apartments to anyone. Scott Perkins

This is a fairly large rental community and I am amazed at how quiet, peaceful and congenial everyone is that we have encountered! My mother and I are old and older, and we are comfortable and quite happy in our new surroundings. I love the diversity of this community and all the richness it brings to our lives. Thank you.

Very happy with the apartment. Love my neighbors and community. Staff is friendly and quick. Amenities are great even though I work to much to use them. Lol. Overall berry happy with my stay here. Wish my job was a little closer though. Lol. Only been here for a year but have friends who have lived here for 5-10 years. They love it as well.

Very quiet. Machines to add money for laundry card should be in each unit where there are laundry rooms. Storage areas need to be cleaned up. You have to pay for storage now and most storage bins are wet and smell from water in the basement and are not suitable for storing anything.

It has bee wonderful, staff are helpful I like mixed housing loving seeing the kids and the turkeys! feels safe even the raccoons that that ate my outside door at night because the staff came right away. 10 out of 10

I think charging for things that weren't chqrged before is a bit outrageous. Apartments are small compared to rent being charged. Assigned parking wou?d be nice as well as laundry facilities in all buildings but of course that may unfortunately only add more to rent so nevermind ???????

My son and I are brand new tenants to the complex as well as brand new residents to the state. The management staff here have been absolutely amazing in getting everything set up and has gone above and beyond to help us adjust to our new surroundings.

Just content that I received a lower unit because I'm living here with my 95-yr-old mother in a two bedroom apartment. Quite quiet here which is a good thing. Even the 8 turkeys that walk by our window do so without any fear of the neighbors or of any other noises.

We live here for more than 4 years and we love that place and the office manager always helps everyone, when we have any problem we always contact them and they fix it right away. I recommend this place for everyone

I had a couple of issues at first but the staff worked with me. I now have my cute apartment. It is spacious and it was nicely cleaned before I moved in. The amenities are a great bonus. The playground is a good size where the kiddos can run around. We have enjoyed the pool this summer. The gym has good equipment for a nice sweat! It is a clean and quiet neighborhood and I am enjoying every second here!

I have been thoroughly satisfied. Everyone I have come into contact with has been extremely friendly / welcoming. The staff are also amazing. There are children / families everywhere and makes the neighborhood feel really safe. Maintenance helps solve issues on time and quickly.

The office and maintenance staff are always available. The are very kind and knowledgeable. The building and its surroundings are well maintained, as well as the common outdoor areas (including the pool and the gym).

This is a very quiet and clean community.Everone is courteous with each other and respectful of the property. I recommend this place to people where I work looking for a place to move to. I really enjoy the people and staff here and amenities that are here.

Caring community with great customer service. The amenities are wonderful for families. The pool and pool area are beautiful and also a full size basketball and tennis court with a nice playground right next to them
