For the most part this complex is very quiet. The office/ maintenance workers are prompt to address any problems. When it starts snowing, your neighbors will actually help you dig out. The office is big on community activism. At Thanksgiving and Christmas there is a food drive, and in the summer there is a barbecue. If you can look past the construction going on, this is a great place to live.

Th he apartment are great except broken floor boards and lack of enough non noise filling proof material before carpet is placed so when you walk on the floor the downstairs neighbor constantly complaining of noise from the foot steps . Non children friendly smoking is too much on the balconies and inside the houses not only cigarettes but some weird smell too . I can never open my window of balcony doors all I smell is cigarettes which is safety issue too toward causing fire. I have requested for downstairs apartment for my children who are emotionally tired due to constant complaint of noise but no reply but instead Constance harassment and warnings letters of throwing me out of the house while there is constant use of in appropriate language and basketball playing in the apartment and nobody complains about it . Neighbors who claim to have recordings of my children naked , check when and what time I leave and get in my house with my children and who comes and sleep in my house. I feel like I have been stripped out of my privacy and my dignity and my children and I ere emotionally being harassed

So far my experience living at Princeton bradford has been nothing short of great for my unit. However, there seems to be an issue with other people living in the area regarding parking and cleaning up their trash.

Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned monies somewhere else. These apartments are way too expensive for the return. Maintenance here is terrible. The apartments are lacking what you would expect to be a decent 'standard of living'. I would suggest that $800 is too much for monthly rent here. The management is not honest and each person working there will give you a different story when something is going on with the space. Apartments are misrepresented during the initial walk-through and in reality are overrun with loud people that smoke on the balconies and let their children run in the hallways and make a lot of noise during the night hours. Neighbors screaming and yelling in the parking lots as well during the night not to mention the safety factor of using the trash dumpsters in the evening hours and having to walk through cars full of people doing drugs in the parking lot which continues to deep hours of the night. There is no security and residents prop open the doors of the apartment buildings effectively overriding the safety doors allowing for random people to wander the buildings. Laundry is in the basement of some of the buildings and the machines leak and water and grunge is all over the floor and other residents will remove your clothes from the washer/dryers as you cannot have one in your apartment. The balconies are old and rotting and have bees living in the roofs effectively making the use of the balcony nonviable. They painted over it so you can't see it but its still rotting and bug ridden. The flooring of the apartments is not level and they complex simply covered them with carpet without repairing it. Larger animals live under the patios on the buildings and skunks and groundhogs are often scampering away when you leave a building. Handicap spaces are used by non-handicapped residents (including the resident police officers). Parking lots in the winter are a nightmare. The ice buildup is dangerous and not cleaned effectively. Residents do not move their cars during plowing. The staff is uncaring and not responsive to issues. Once you have signed the lease, you find out the company is uncaring and only out to make a dollar off the residents. (rent*units/building*buildings) $1629 * 16 * 15 = 390,960.00/month that this company makes (at a minimum) for the apartments ($4,691,520.00/yr) - I will tell you when you live here, you will immediately realize that you DO NOT live in a 4 million/year property. The management does not care about the condition of the apartment, only that you adhere to their strict policies. The amenities are minimal for the cost.

I was originally in building 4, Apt A, and requested to move because the people above me were very loud and disrespectful but ever since moving to Building 3 Apt F it's been great. No issues with noises and any problems with the apartment are handled quickly

Prompt attention given by the maintenance staff is a huge plus!! The pool is warm and clean and lots of fun! Playground is kept clean. Ease of moving in was a 9/10. Noise from the outside is minimal when you're inside, the noise from tenants above is not bad at all, and I can rarely hear noise outside my door. Laundry in building is great and a huge bonus for me as a mom to 3!

Beautiful safe complex. Close to schools, shopping, and highway. I grew up at Presidential Gardens 2 streets over and spent quite a bit of time and forest acres as a kid so i knew what to expect. Its only gotten better since Princeton bought the property.

Overall it's been wonderful here so far. Apartment was clean with only minor issues with appliances when we moved in. Parking isn't bad. Community feels safe and buildings/property seem well cared for.

Maintenance orders get addressed promptly. I am very satisfied with this community. The management staff is great. Parking has never been an issue. Snow removal during winter is done timely. The small gym is adequate for workouts

This is mostly a great place to live. There are sometimes neighbors who leave trash around or have parties late but it's usually peaceful. I do think that when community-wide work is being done, residents should be notified prior every time. Last year I once woke up to a man outside my window and two others on my balcony doing work. Nothing was posted about it until day 3 of the work on my building. They also left broken pieces of wood, nails, screws and such on my balcony and my toddler hurt her foot. I then asked multiple times for someone from maintenance to come do a safety check of the balcony and no one ever came. More recently, I had someone banging on my door to put up a new door sign but hadn't been notified of any work so I thought someone was trying to break in. Additionally, the pool didn't open last year which was disappointing but hopefully it gets opened up soon. It is a bit on the expensive side but the pros are that it's a generally safe place to live, the office and maintenance staff are nice, we love the playground and picnic benches, and they do fun things like Facebook bingo and ice cream socials. They also didn't increase our rent by too much when we renewed our lease which I was very pleased with. Aside from a few snafus, it has been a really nice place to live and we hope to stay for at least a few more years.

Great living space and wonderful community. It's quiet, peaceful and when my girlfriend and I moved in, the apartment was spotless. Would highly recommend living here. The bathroom and kitchens are a bit small but it's worth it for the rest of the pros.

That is very nice place to live,calm and peaceful. Well located near by the school , market , plaza and just a few minutes from the downtown Haverhill. Also we have access to a pool , sports court , playground and a nice pic nic area with BBQ area.

Nice quite place to live , lots of permitted parking and visitor parking . Maintenance and office staff are really face on getting information and also very fast at handling and fixing problems with the apartments. Wish they allowed dogs though
