      The location is great, leasing office people are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are well designed. Bathrooms are really big. Kitchen storage is good. Walls could have been thicker. Overall happy with the move.

        People in Leasing office is very kind. If there is something wrong in the apartment, they fix it very quickly. Fallsgrove Blvd. area is pretty quiet and nice. The only problem is like the other wooden building, you can hear noise from upstairs easily.

          Good place to live, commute, safe. Nearby restauranets and shopping area. Very convenient. Pet friendly. Apartments are big and good celing height giving ample space feeling overall. Very satisfactory overall !!

                FallsPost Grove is warm commmunity that provides beautiful apartment homes and lots of amenities which offers opportunity to meet your neighbors. EVerything is accessible with stores,banks, restaurants,medical centers and hospital,and transportation is right outside your door. Staff is warm, appropriachable,friendly, and professional.

                  Post Fallsgrove has been a wonderful home for me and my family. I love the community, and the staff. The amenities are amazing. The gym has some key equipment that helps contribute to a great work out.

                    Quiet neighborhood, usually clean. Nice pool and common areas. A nice place to walk your dog. Would be nice if they had elevators in all buildings. Parking is always available. Maintenance usually responds within a day.

                      It's been great. The office is very receptive to any requests. And always Follows up. current management is fantastic. Noise level between apartments is really awful. Trash is a huge problem. People leave their bags by the compactor do not put it inside compactor. Extremely rude, I have complained many times and quit signs up. Wish that they would frequently send around notification about that issue. Food trucks that come now--really convenient, a great service

                          overall it's ok. The major drawback is how loudly you can hear your neighbors. Also, the fixtures aren't as new as first claimed. The Carpet wasn't replaced just washed. All the windows, including balcony doors are not sealed properly. The windows fog up regularly and let cold/hot air in.

                              I'm just filling this out to say that I understand these surveys about how the maintenance team are doing are important. I get that. You all strive to get better. But I'm sorry, They only changed a light bulb. It wasn't brain surgery. They didn't fix anything major (like my dishwasher! lol) The maintenance guys all work hard. they are busy and good people, but perhaps limit these surveys to the big jobs. That is what you all want to know, right? But thank you so much for changing my light bulb so quickly.

                                      Complex is above average as it relates to cleanliness, generally. More attention could be paid to common, interior, space. Pet droppings are sometimes a problem. Exterior(building) door locks should be more robust.

                                        I hear the people walking above my unit anytime they walk. Very poor insulation between floors. There is good insulation between the walls. But I must say that I have very quiet neighbors. It helps being in a corner unit.

                                            I joined this community because of its relatively cheap rate, proximity to Rockville Town Center, gas range, and large size. I am happy to have so much room! However, I am crazy disappointed that my rent is being increased by %26.2. That is absolutely outrageous! I can easily spend that much at a nicer apartment, closer to fun things. If I wanted an apartment over $1600, I would rent one in Rockville Town Center or Downtown Crown. They are actually the same price. I am truly upset that you are forcing me to move because of an outrageous price increase. I was so happy here, and ignored small issues regarding maintenance issues in my apartment, but now I will gladly be vocal about my disdain for this insane price increase. I have even read that it is illegal to increase rent more than %10, so I am not only furious but also confused. Fix this issue.
