The area is peaceful and the residents are very nice. At first I was worried about the hospital across the street with emergency siren from the ambulance but you don't really hear them. I enjoyed my stay at the post and will continue to stay here great area to raise a family.

It has been both a positive and negative experience. It is a safe place, but noisy at times. Most of the neighbors are courteous. The management team strives hard to provide quality customer service. Thanks

I have moved into The Post August of 2018. Upon first staying here, the office staff were super polite. I met great neighbors. Can't ask for a better location to shopping and restaurants. Overall, Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Love the building it's so peaceful

The community is very well lite, and has several trash disposals for pet maintenance. The parking is a little challenging after a certain time of night. the maintenance team is amazing, they come and complete request within 24hrs and communicate completion.

Every experience has been pleasant, from the office/rental staff to the maintenance guys. Professional, helpful and courteous. I haven't rented an apartment in years; and, Post Fallsgrove made easy the hassle I remember from my prior experiences.

Good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great location. Great services and amenities. Quick and prompt services. Close to shopping centers and recreation. Great parking. Upkeep is great. Neighbors are young families and young professionals.

This apartment is a great find! The rent was a lot cheaper than most other apartments in that area and it is very accessible to the shopping center across the street. The amenities are also a plus... great pool and gym.

Nice neighbors. Buildings are poorly constructed with paper thin walls but the grounds are kept up. There should be bicycle storag available. There should be valet trash service. The tenants are being charged high renewal rates for all of the repairs needed for a poorly constructed building.

I just moved in to my apartment at Post Fallsgrove and so far I am very pleased with the experience. The leasing staff, especially Fred, were extremely helpful during the entire process and answered all of my many questions and gave me multiple tours of the property. When I moved in the apartment was in good condition and clearly recently cleaned. I have had a couple of maintenance issues but the maintenance staff has been pretty responsive thus far. The only challenge with the apartment is moving in to the top floor without an elevator but after the initial move in day that is not such a big deal. Overall I am happy with the apartment and the location! The complex is conveniently located next to a shopping center with a grocery store and parks with trails. Looking forward to living here longer!

This has been my most favorite place to live , I've been renting for the past 30 years , I have lived here for 3 years , this community, management team , grounds , are just amazing, I love my home , I would keep writing if there was more space

great! quiet, love the neighbors. had an issue with a lot of dog poop around the area. Maintenance staff is the best!! quick response, never delayed. Kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated, along with the tile

It's a nice place to live. It's a little more expensive and doesn't include utilities. I would have no complaints at all about this complex if the pest control was a little better. My apartment is surrounded by trees, I see quite a few spiders, centipedes, & other insects because of this. Pest control can come spray weekly, but I still don't see much results. I'm a pretty clean person, and I hate pests. Other than that, this is a great place to live.

My present rental apartment has been the best of my life in terms of needed maintainance and service.The only flaw was its location close to a busy highway and a big parking lot, stress factors for a ninety-year old like me.

Very nice, love the ease of having a dog and getting around the community as far as mail, gym, pool, walking. Feel very safe having a newborn since you have to have a key to enter each building. And love that parking is included.

The staff here is extremely friendly and really try to help you out with any situation that may arise. There's also lots of amenities to suit all your personal needs. The only downside is the lack of elevators at move in

I feel at home here. There's everything in reach of what I need ( grocery stores, daddy food restaurants, hospital, highway, parks for children, etc.) Maintenance works are usually completed within one business day.

Overall I am very pleased with the move in process. It would be nice to provide a quick run down of what is available and how to access those features. The staff was friendly and very quick to respond to my questions. The campus is dog friendly and clean.

I have had an enjoyable experience here at Post Fallsgrove. The pool is wonderful in the summer. The grounds are kept up nicely. The maintenance team is courteous, responsible and effective. The office staff is helpful and kind.

I like it so far, but it's time for an upgrade. The apartments are starting to look too old. The noise for the bathtubs is a problem. You step on it, and you can hear it, sometimes you think that the floor is going to break.
