Nice apartment complex, friendly staff, great maintenance staff, great location. Rent for a 1 br is a little steep, with slight rent increases each year. The amenity fee of $300 per year should have been relaxed during Covid. However, overall, my living experience has been excellent.

So far I am happy with the building. The noise level is appropriate. Residents seem to treat their apartments like a home rather than some college dorm room. The community is clean, well maintained. People that work here have been respectful and helpful.

It is pretty good. Most people are friendly. I do not care for the $300 fee, which seems to be just profit. It was not something I had to pay when I moved in. Otherwise, facilities are pretty good. Rent increases are typically more than my salary increases

I feel safe and the community is very quiet. I rarely hear other neighbors and when I do it is only them leaving or coming, which doesn't bother me. Overall friendly environment, management is super sweet and helpful. I met one of my best freinds here! :)

Nice place. Friendly staff and maintenance crew. Post Fallsgrove is a dog friendly complex, which is one of the reasons I chose to live here. However, despite dog poop bag stations provided around the property there is A LOT of dog poop on the property.

While this property is affordable, you are giving up a lot by living here. The community does not have sufficient trash services for all residents, and trash begins to pile up regularly. The floors are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors do. Additionally, the office staff are not very easy to get ahold of, so you are basically on your own. One bright spot is the maintenance staff, who are incredibly timely and efficient with any repair requests. Overall, it was not the best experience living here and I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Raising rent the max allowed during a pandemic is just blatant disrespect and shows lack of morality. I will be forced to re-sign my lease because I can not afford to move and the only positive is they don't have breed restrictions which is the only reason some people choose to live here.

I've been here for a little over a week now but I already feel at home. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and the move in process was extremely simple. So far, this is my favorite place that I have lived at.

lip service. My 2nd unit at this property. The apartments have changed but the response to issues has not. RARELY, unless it's related to maintenance and/or repair, have any of my concerns been addressed with a resolution. I literally MOVED to a new apt. here to escape the situation in my original apartment. LIP SERVICE. FURTHERMORE - if I were aware of the fact that there are NO BREED restrictions, I would have never moved here to begin with. My next few months here can't pass soon enough. As a matter of fact, I thought being in a different unit would put me in a more tolerable position.

The Office Team is incredibly courteous and pleasant to do business with. The large windows, fireplace, and giant bathtub are everything I've ever wanted. The apartments are designed with plenty of storage space and the layout fits me and my things perfectly. The other residents are very kind and enjoyable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community.

This community has very Friendly staff and quite warm community atmosphere. We are quite like this place and enjoy the daily life here. It's a great place for residential purpose. The nearby Fallsgrove center is also very convenient.

This a wonderfully maintained community that is conveniently located. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I enjoy being here and have no complaints. If there ever is an issue, it is quickly resolved.

Move-in was a little rocky with things not being as expected, HOWEVER the management team is amazing and working hard to correct everything. Things may not always go as planned or be perfect, but good customer service goes a long way!

The staff here are exceptional; Ashley(black girl), Israel and Fred. They are helpful and attentive. The staff are truly exceptional. They exercise great level of professionalism and always go the extra mile.

The apartment and grounds are beautiful for the price. It is located at an ideal location, being near a bike trail, grocery store, 270, and many other useful shops. The pool, car wash station, public grills, and updated appliances all are very nice. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who asks.

I really love my apartment and apartment community. The people who work here are friendly and nice. Whenever maintenance problems arise, they are often fixed within a day. I am very happy that I moved here.

So far all is well. Currently Covid 19 virus is limiting interactions with the community. Rockville ShadyGrove has many restaurants and shopping in the area. You can walk over from Post Fallsgrove to enjoys these amenities.

This place is nice and quiet community. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is convenient to walk to eat at different places nearby , or go to the park or go to the bank or go for food shopping. It is close to the hospital.

The overall community is in a great area. The apartment complex itself has a pool, a community garden, and is close to several walking paths. There is a small group of stores across the street for quick groceries and easy access to the freeway. It's also close to the hospital as well, which can make it noisy at times but is super handy in a pinch. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful in the spring through fall as all the trees and plants bloom and change colors.

Good location. Thus is a well managed property. The staff is attentive and very customer focused. The property is near many amenities, including; hospital, medical offices, banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, liquor stores and other retailers.

Very responsive staff to calls on issues. Regularly conducted cleaning satisfactory. Access to amenities is easy. Very good and frequent communications portal to tenants. Staff is receptive to suggestions for improving quality of life.

Units are nice but the monthly charges are SHOCKINGLY unpredictable. You cannot budget. Your lease may say $1800, but your monthly bill will NEVER be $1800. Some months it will be $1850, some $1950. Some months you are billed $100 more for random "fees" that the office just feels like tacking on. Literally every single thing you need requires a fee. I have never been charged fees for setting up utilities, but this complex tacks on $55+ fees for each one. Also, a huge parking garage/building is being built right across the street, so not only are we woken up by construction noise around 7am, 7 days a week, but there are flood lights on at night. Unbearable. We cannot wait to move out.

I've just moved in from out of state and have enjoyed my move thus far. Everything is a quick drive away. If there were Any issues, management has addressed them it right away. They have been very helpful and prompt with my move.
