The apartment is located at perfect community! Walking distance to grocery, restaurant, park, playground and so on~ The apartment itself is very cozy and spacious. If you don't mind walking up the stair(no elevator), it is perfect place to live.

I moved in back in October. Lovely Community with great amenities. Leasing office staff is superb and always resourceful. Maintainance is quick and reliable. I would recommend this community to family and friends. I love how close all the necessary stores are within walking distance. Verizon wireless, Safeway, liquor store, pet store, banks, and plenty of restaurants to order from.

I enjoy the care of the property and availability of fitness center, pool, and other areas. I appreciate the speedy response to any requests/maintenance needs and the pleasantness of a helpful office staff. The location across from a shopping center is wonderful. My apartment is spacious and I love being able to sit outside on my terrace when the weather is nice. The location to major highways, doctors, and other medical facilities is also great. I hope to be here for a long time.

They need more parking. Better pool hours. Regulate the parking lot and who doesn't have a permit. Longer office hours or allow residents to enter the package room after office hours by using their key.

Mostly awesome experience. Nice community. Clean. However, AC repeatedly broke and only one of the technicians could fix it, so if he wasnt around, we were out of luck. Also, our pepco and gas bills are higher here than anywhere else we've lived-bad draft in windows etc. we pay over $150 sometimes for one month with pepco, and about $80-$100 for gas.

Beautiful community and with friendly environment. I have been here for 3 years+. Maintenance team is great most of the time always on top of every request. Leasing office team changed a few times but recently has been been good. I only wish they had more 2 bedroom with a den or 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

The experience started great. However the noise is unbearable. We can hear noise from our next doors neighbors when they speak. Also the noise from the neighbors above is also unbearable. The floor squeaks and the we are unable to enjoy our evenings.

Overall, everything is good, we like here, it's quiet and safe. The staffs in the leasing office are always kind and helpful, all the maintenance was fixed in time. it would be better if we have elevator in the building.

We like it. But we would like to be exempt from filling out surveys each time after a repair ticket is opened. Once should be enough. And the fact that we have to type a certain number of characters to get off this page is rather annoying.

Lost water pressure recently and trying to aee if the maintenance can restore it. We love the pool, neighborhood & park nearby and proximity to 270! We decided to live here for convenience to nearby stores and parks and free parking.

The apartment is great. Maintenance is great. Some neighbors are rude and disgusting. The apartments are clean and across the street from a nice shopping center and food. The hospital is in walking distance.

Post Fallsgrove is a great place to live. Commuing to Rockville and Bethesda is easy. The complex has all the amenities, the grounds are kept clean and well maintained, and there are restaurants, shops, parks, and a grocery store within walking distance.

It used to be a well kept community, but recently the appreance of the community is bad! The fitness center is dirty and equipment doesn't work! There's no wipes to clean up after each use of the equipment! The community does not look prestige like it did in the past.

This is a very quiet, clean and peaceful community. The leasing office staff members are all very courteous and caring. They respond promptly to inquiries and always call back to inquire feedback. The maintenance team is GREAT.

Nice and clean place. Good for families since it is not noisy and placed far away from highway. Easy to get to safeway, gian, cafes, hospital or number or clinics in that area and many many other. The only disadvantage is an elevator. There is not elevator in buildings.

I chose Post Fallsgrove because it looked beautiful online and offered important amenities (onsite gym, pet-friendly, pool, close to shopping). So far, I'm really pleased with the complex! The outside is pretty and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff responds extremely quickly when you need them. My only slight inconvenience has been parking: if you get home too late, you'll likely have to park far from your building because the lots fill to capacity. Kind of a pain if the weather's bad or you have things to carry inside, but ultimately not the end of the world. Also, be aware that you'll hear a lot of sirens if you live here--we're right beside a hospital. Again, not the end of the world, and I suppose it makes me feel safe to know that I'm right beside an ER.

This is a friendly neighborhood. It's quiet and very clean . The staff here are very responsive to any and all your needs. The staff keep the hallways nice and clean as well as the sidewalks. I love this place because it is convenient to stores and restaurants. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place that this is the place to move.

Overall experience: good. However more attention is needed in regards to common area cleaning. Weeks go by with the same trash or spill or dog poo not addressed. The hallways need vacuuming and walls wiped down. Tenants who don't clean up their dog mess should be fined.
