Overall experience in this community is good. There are few thing that needs to change like charges for common room is $150 if you intend to reserve this room for night parties, same with theatre room.

I really enjoy living here. The community is peaceful and everyone seems friendly. It never feels crowded in any of the facilities and the property is well maintained. I feel safe, and I love the convenience of being so close to a shopping center and other locations for dining and entertainment. The community is very diverse and inclusive of all cultural differences. The only thing I dislike are the unpredictable costs of electricity, but that isn't something the property has anything to do with.

Leased this apartment in November. Found it really easy to apply and move in. Fred my leasing consultant/manager was very helpful with any questions and has always gone above and beyond. With my very busy schedule it's sometimes hard to reach the office or even go in but Fred has always accommodated me. Happy I found this place and thankful for the leasing staff and maintenance team

Very nice apartment and convenient for shopping and travel. Community Manager and staff are very helpful. Easy access to everything. Most of the maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. Problems are Noisy upstair residents and apartment is little expensive.

So far so good, I appreciate the whole Postfalls grove team but Demi P is an exceptional leader. She is full of compassion in her service and guidance to everyone she encounters. I am a foreigner and I know she is always there for my family and I.

My experience has been great since I moved here. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful in the office. Krystal, Fred and Demi are great and very supportive/ responsive to all my concerns. I like that the management team has been here for as long as I have been here. There isn't a lot of turnover which is reassuring that this is a great community to be part of and to work at. Maintenance crew is great and is very attentive to all maintenance requests. I wouldn't leave this community unless when I am ready to purchase a home.

I like all the amenities and that it is pretty quiet around here. One thing I wish you would fix is the carpet in the halls since pets are aloud. The smell is super bad, please replace with hard wood or tile. Plus my allergies are bad.

Cons: Large rent increase, no hot water, barking dogs, creaking tubs

Cons: 1) Ridiculous 12% rent increase, probably due to wasting money on all the "upgrades" that don't affect me (replacing flooring on stairs, painting hallways, and installing smart lights/locks/thermostats). 2) Very little hot water in autumn/winter - prepare to enjoy cold showers. 3) In autumn/winter, when the heater turns on in the apartment above me (~every 15 minutes), it sounds like water leaking on my ceiling. 4) Improperly installed tubs that creak loudly when you stand in them. I can hear when my upstairs neighbor gets in the shower because theirs creaks loudly too so I assume they are all like that. 5) Inconsiderate neighbors who get dogs that whine and bark all day when they are not there. 6) People leave piles of trash in front of the dumpster instead of throwing it in the dumpster. Pros: Good location, safe (buildings have keyfob entry), and I like my apartment other than the issues noted above.

The complex is nice overall, it is mostly just optically. There are no cameras- theft is common and the response we got from management was insulting. The front door to our building remains unlocked at all times, despite a call box and key fobs given to residents. Package holding is only during the week's office hours, so if you have a job you will have to take a day off. The garbage and recycling often overflows around the dumpster, and the car wash "poorly pressured hose and vacuum" is not worth using. There are no elevators in our building, so moving or having older family visit is difficult. We had several trees in front of our building as well but rather than trimming branches, they cut the trees down. The building is not smoke free and the smell does not go away quickly. Beware of noise- being next to the hospital welcomes sirens at all hours

I moved in to Post Fallsgrove Apartments in April 2023 and I have had a great experience so far. It's wonderful to have full size washer and dryer right in my apartment. There's a gym to which there is 24 hour access. I was grateful for the 24 hour business room with computers, when I didn't have my internet service yet. Whenever I went to the pool there was always plenty of room to swim. The staff is wonderful! I can be high maintenance and they have always treated me with respect and done what they can to meet my request. The maintenance person has also been very responsive. It's super close (4 min walk) to the Fallsgrove shopping center. And it's close to other shopping centers, too. Trade Joe's is 5 minutes away. I can almost always find a parking space close to my building. It's a quiet community and the walls keep out noise from the neighbors. I appreciate that the buildings are locked. I highly recommend the Post Fallsgrove Apartments.

I moved to this community several years ago, my experience has been pleasant. The staff is responsive, all minor events have been addressed promptly. The location is superb and the price is fair for Montgomery County. As the apartments are old, some upgrade might be needed, but I am sure that will be resolved at due time.

Pls take care of issues that is my only consern. There is no carpet on the apartment right above me , I could hear every step they made and noises of moving. My lease soon be finish, don't know if I would consider renew for loud noises at all different hours. If anything could be taken care of this matter, much appreciated. Awaiting for the outcome of this matter.

Fast, efficient services. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance team always responds in a very timely fashion. However, the rent increases have been a bit steep over the past couple of years. Overall, I've been happy with my experience.

All I can say is that, I'm home ??. My kids and wife absolutely love it here. Ample parking and the location in Falls grove is to die for. We walk everywhere and enjoy all the nearby stores. 100% a winner

Encouraging about the upkeep over the years, however I am dismayed at how people do not take care when taking trash out leaving trails of coffee grounds etc. etc.; concerned about some of the types of dogs,I think people need to be encouraged to use doggy bags to pick up doggy Doo.

The team is amazing. The apartment is very nice and the gym on the property is super nice. It is always quiet and clean. The residents have the opportunity to plant a garden which is great. There is a limited amount of space for the garden - you may have to wait a bit to get one (they are assigned first come first served)

I am having a good experience at this community. I like the size of the apartments and how they are good cared! I have recommended this place for other people that are moving in as well! Also, it is good that we have everything we need around us!
