The area is super clean. The office and maintenance people are super nice whenever there's a problem. They're always here the day off or the day after. main office was very helpful since the beginning where we were applying they're super nice. I love the fact that they always maintain everything clean whenever you go to the office. Also every season of the year they always have some type of decoration or something fun for the kids to go look at or take pictures.

Love living here! The staff, including maintenance staff, are all very friendly and helpful. I love the outdoor grills. I love that I live in the same building as the gym. Close to many restaurants and stores.

Very clean. Pool is relaxing and well landscaped. Front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff responds quickly. Tenants are very friendly. Parking is abundant. Location is great with lots of food options close by.

Walking distance to shopping center . The school for the area have great ratings. There 2 parks and a walking trail. Amenities include clubhouse, cinema, gym and pool. Negatives are the very high prices, the pool is not cleaned in the summer, high utilities.

Post Fallsgrove has been a good place for me to live as a single person. I enjoy a few of the amenities, such as the pool and the gym. The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. In addition, services such as shopping and parks are nearby and easily accessed.

I was never offered a walk-through to my apartment and a cabinet door needs to be replaced and we're going on over a year and they still have not yet been replaced. And ironically, they knew they had to be replaced before I moved in. The trash bins are too small outside to accompany the amount of residents. It is absolutely disgusting.

I am very pleased with maintainance staff and office staff. I am very displeased with noise level from apartment above and the smell of marijuana in hallway and coming into my apartment. The location is excellent.

I am renting a two-bedroom apartment in Fallsgrove Blvd. The apartment has a good size and is in good condition. Large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The main house has an elevator which is very convenient.

The community is very clean, peaceful, and safe. The office staff are extremely wonderful and attentive. Any issues are fixed or at least responded to within an hour. The location is perfect, truly enjoy living here

I have had a great experience living at Postfalls Grove with minor exceptions. The one main thing that bothered me If you live in a MPDU there are no upgrades to appliances. However, service with fixing things is great!

Stephane was great. Maintenance is effective, quick and resolve issues efficiently. A little noise under our building (300) due to fire staff being present. Chatting in the garage area late at night. Otherwise good community.

The area is quiet and looks nice. I like the security feature of the apartment building and the management is very nice. The maintenance staff is very prompt in getting things done. I would recommend these apartments.

The community is great. The maintenance team keeps the grounds clean and respond within 24 hrs to requests. The downside is that they will raise rent 6% every year even over market value of the units.

No major complaints. The property management are very good and maintenance requests are addressed promptly and professionally. The property is kept clean and parking is ample. The location is convenient albeit noisy sometimes due to the fact that it is close to major thoroughfare and across from a firestation and a hospital. The apartment is not particularly luxurious but adequately comfortable.

Nice, calm and serene community, ideal for those who prefer as well as maintain a quiet environment. The leasing office team is great, not just when you sign/renew the lease but throughout your stay! However, the maintenance team is bad. I think there's just one maintenance guy for the entire community who's more into closing the ticket than fixing the problem. Every problem needs to be reported multiple times and needs the office intervention to get a proper fix but with considerable delays. They really need to hire more efficient and sensible maintenance guys.

Everything has been going well. It's a safe and quiet community. Office staff is great about communicating if there's questions or an issue. My particular unit had some maintenance issues in the past but that is the only concern I have living here.

The community is so grateful that we feel like home. Everything is great about this apartment. This being said I do have one reservations: their maintenance policy needs to be revised. I asked some issue that needs to be fixed; but not addressed. May be the management should seriously consider their maintenance policy !!

I like this apartment community everyone is friendly and helpful. The office manager is great and is always willing to help which I really appreciate. The maintenance staff is really nice and always completes non urgent requests within a day or 2. The community is clean and taken care of.

I moved into MAA in 2022 and so far I have had a great experience! The staff has always been very helpful. The front office is always willing to assist and maintenance requests are usually completed very quickly. The only disadvantage is the increase in rent could possibly be unsustainable. There are also additional fees (utilities fee, monthly community fee, yearly amenity fee) that really do add up.
