This is a very nice community with an excelente location. The staff is very kind and they have resolved my request in a timely and efficiently manner. During the pandemic, they have been taking all the precautions to keep everybody safe.

Very clean and well kept. All of the employees are very nice, organized and when they make a mistake, they quickly apologize and own up to it. Outside of the community is very nice too. Even the trash area doesn't smell. There is always parking available and residents are nice and aware of their surroundings.

great are, great environment. well maintained and great neighborhood thus far. everything is accessible, shopping center is walking distance and the shady grove hospital is accross the road. very happy with the conditions of the apartments

Good move in experience. We had issues with the AC when we moved in, but maintenance handled it very quickly. They were flexible about our inspection sheet and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Love the neighborhood and the atmosphere.

Very friendly, diverse and pet-friendly community with a helpful and efficient management team in a convenient location (near a good quality shopping center). Community vegetable garden and nearby running trails are particular assets for me.

I have been here for four years. The property is well maintained; the staff cooperative and helpful. The maintenance crew, especially, has been very responsive (not often, but "stuff" happens.) Convenient access by car to I70. Small shopping center across the street is helpful. All-in-all a pretty good place to be.

I have just moved in with my wife, 2-year-old daughter and dog. The apartment complex looks very nice and is very well located w.r.t. school district. It is never fun to relocate from a different state but so far, the team (from the leasing office to the maintenance guys) has been very pleasant, responsive and always smiling...helping us to feel like home here. Thumbs up!

Its been nice and quiet, I love my experience living here! Ammenities are good but I wish there was a more neighborhood social events/shows etch like Comedy nights, pool parties , cook outs etc etc etc

The overall area (which consists of several residential buildings and little stores) is absolutely beautiful. There is usually plenty of parking (the lots are definitely full as night drops in). The complex also has a pool, club room, and mini gym. The leasing office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

It looks nice and my apartment is a nice size. The area is safe, access to stores, restaurants, etc. Close to 270. Great school zone. Things to consider: it is right across the street from a hospital and down the street from the fire department. IT IS LOUD! Maintenance staff is responsive but not always helpful unless you push them to go beyond the bare minimum. It's my first rental at this property and I have been offered an astronomical rental increase for renewal, 9%. A neighbor was offered 13%. She was able to negotiate down a little. I have not yet been successful in my attempt. Just know that the leasing office may offer an attractive initial rate but expect significant increases with little room for negotiation.

Love the location and the office staff. While maintenance is quick to respond, nothing seems to have been fixed or, if fixed, is only half fixed. When I moved in, the stairwells and common building areas were cleaned. They are now dirty and continuously have garbage in the halls and entryway. The residents are quiet and friendly and the amenities and pool are great.

This is my 7th year renting in Fallsgrove. Last year I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. The rental office has been generally gracious and responsive. Although, I have had on-going problems with plumbing (in new apartment) and air-conditioning (in my 6-year apartment) which took two weeks to repair and four visits from maintenance and installation of a stand-alone unit). On a positive note, the pool and exercise room are well-maintained and pleasant experiences.

Great location need more parking. Tags are not effective because cars are in lot without tags and have not been towed. Pool should be opened at least one to two weeks longer since lifeguards are not enrolled in our school system.

The apartment complex is nice. The buildings are built a little close together, so sometimes there is a difficulty in finding parking close to your particular building. Typically if I'm out after 8 pm, I have to walk a little towards my building. Access to the building requires a key FOB but sometimes the FOB doesn't work and it seems like the door stays unlocked. The problem seems to quickly resolve itself within a day. But generally I feel safe in the apartment complex at night. The amenities in the complex are nice and kept up well. I have no complaints with the management staff. Everyone I have come into contact with is very polite and most of them know me by name. Some parts of the construction are not that great. I did notice once I moved in that there are some floor boards that are pretty loud when I walk on them, and I can hear them in the apartment above me as well. The walls appear to be pretty thin, I can hear people in the hallways and in the apartment above me. But generally a fairly quiet neighborhood.

Great place to live! Love the apartment (especially having washer/dryer in-unit!). Great community & amenities. Excellent location. Multiple grocery stores & restaurants nearby. Management/maintenance is great too

Wonderful complex, wonderful staff that made our moving experience seamless. Great location as well near everything. I enjoy being close to amenities that i use. Their are multiple subway stations nearby.

Good service and friendly people. It would be great to spend more time using the amenities and ability to meet socially with more neighbors would be nice. I moved here from the midwest 3 years ago and very happy overall with the complex and individuals who manage the establishment.

I moved in on New Years Day, seamless move in process. I have been super pleased with the communication, maintenance follow-ups, cleanliness of facilities/grounds, and the amenities included. Overall a wonderful place to live! Have already recommended it to my friends.

Upgraded apartments are nice. Utilities are low and it's in a nice neighborhood with good schools. However, the rent is extremely high and before you can get settled, it is raised when you renew your lease. Parking is horrible and the price for a garage is high.. and that's once you get off of a waiting list. Maintenance seem to be handled in a timely manner.
