Mediocre amenities and pricing. building services good and prompt. New smart rent is connected to the most useless lights in the apartment. Lots of dog crap around sidewalks. Pool open irregularly because of life guard issues

The community appears to be safe. The buildings are enclosed and nice. Three buildings have elevators and the grounds look like they are kept in good shape. The amenities seem nice as well. It provides a walkable neighborhood with easy access to grocery, banking, shopping, highways, and a hospital.

Post Fallsgrove has been nothing short of wonderful! Demi in the leasing office was so caring and helpful through my application process from beginning to end. The entire team is always a friendly and make you feel right at home. I am looking forward to the amenities for the summer!

Very nice overall. Post-Fallsgrove is good place to live. I would recommend it to colleagues or friends who are looking to rent in this area. It is convenient to stores, supermarkets and public transportation.

Safe, and quiet neighborhood. One good thing is that my neighbors have been a constant as well as the office staff with the exception of a few of the maintenance crew and the manager. Being able to rent the community center in weekends and holidays is also a plus.

In every phone call, the team took the time to answer all of my questions about individual units and their leasing plans, often having to repeat themselves. The appearance was very appealing. I am drawn by the amenities and the location. Mr. Jadotte was very nice, as were meeting residents during brief encounters. I really appreciate the time taken by Mr. Jadotte to answer all my questions. He was very patient, so I didn't feel rushed.

I have enjoyed working with my leasing agent. But once I got into my actual apartment I noticed the number of stains on the carpet. In the entry way, the living room, dinning room, primary bedroom etc. I have friends who live in the community and when they saw the carpet they said they were told every new tenant gets new carpet. Clearly that was not the case for me. I reached out but have not heard a word back about the issue. For what I am paying at this price point, new carpet should be standard, especially when it is as stained as mine.

The leasing consultant was pleasant, helpful, and patient. The layout of the community leaves something to be desired especially access to the parking lot from the main roads. Conveniently located near shopping. Unfortunately, the leasing process is not friendly to anyone who relys on housing programs.

we've had issues with our apartment from the start. we did not look closely enough at the apartment before moving in. there are a lot of stains on the carpet and the carpet is old, the outlet was smoking on the first day we used it. there was a fire drill and the office staff had no idea what was going on and told my husband they weren't sure and just to wait. office gave out our garage key by accident, but didn't mention anything to us. we found out from the honest neighbor who was using the garage next to us. dishwasher was making terrible noise and it took multiple visits in order to get a new one. the maintenance staff said they sprayed wd40 to fix the issue.. wd40 isn't a fix.

The front office staff is amazing to work with but the management constantly rotates. However, when it comes to appliances breaking this place is quick to just throw anything in your apartment to say it's done. I just had an old microwave replaced with a dirty one. This community advertises as being luxury but it's not. The walls in the common are are dirty and paint is peeling. The carpet in the hallway is filthy and barely gets cleaned or vacuumed. If it weren't for the inflation with housing market and my love for the local schools I would be gone. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My name is on the application. My son and his family are the occupants and have just moved into Post Fallsgrove. The office staff has been superbly helpful. The apartments are beautiful, clean and well maintained and residents seem very friendly. I have rated those services we've experienced at the highest level. Since we haven't needed maintenance yer, I am rating them a hopeful four stars.

It has been great and everyone is nice, I transferred to this community from another community in South Carolina and compared to them Post Fallsgrove just has better people and way better amenities, I would not change it

I like it here. It is green, people are friendly, there is a gym, there is a pool, there are public gas grills, Safeway and many other shops are one block away. The neighborhood feels safe, secure, and cozy.

Staff at leasing office are very kind and helpful. Environment is quiet and safe. Grocery store and some chain stores are close to the apartment, so I can get food or things that need for life easily.

The property management is great. The premises are usually clean. The trash place is far depending on where your apartment is. I don't recommend their first floor apartments because they've very bad condensation that cannot be fixed.

Nice location but apartment walls are too thin. I can even hear when my next door neighbor sneezes. Person living upstairs regularly stomps throughout the apartment and very audible as well. More noisy inside my apartment than going outside.

Management is very rude & unprofessional specially the "manager" ------. we had multiple issues with our apartment and she treated us like acts very professional through email but in person has an I hate my job & customer service attitude. I had to get permission from my job to come in late to talked to her so we can get this resolved since day before another employee told me to come around 9am so I can talk to ------ since he couldn't do anything for me. As soon as we walked in to talked to her she obviously was so bothered by our presence and her body language towards us was very nasty and all times she looked at me like I'm the crazy told me that my option was to take a vacation so they can go in my home and fix it.I moved in to a bigger apt after renting for 2 years and apt was not completely never coated kitchen countertops so it's just straight wood and will be damaged and stained easily.windows got mold & rust.I do not recommend

I absolutely love living at Post Fallsgrove! The maintenance staff has been nothing but friendly reliable and efficient. The grounds are kept extremely clean with beautiful landscaping. The leasing office agents are friendly, professional and polite.

The Washer in my unit was out of order . Due to the weekend and non-emergency , I had to wait for the maintenance technician to check on Monday . But when I talked to the leasing office and addressed my situation which I had 2 loads needed washing at the moment . The leasing office understood and tried to help me resolve washing. They letted me use an unoccupied unit in my building. So that at least I could resolving temporary laundry until maintenance on Monday. On Following Monday, the maintenance ppl came to my unit and very professionally checked and figured out the washer couldn't work probably . He explained it to me and told me to get a new washer replacement. I satisfied with it. After few days waiting , we got a new washer installed at my unit . They help us to resolve the laundry problem. Their customer service is flawless and I truly appreciate your staff how professionally serve our community and clients! I'have lived here for the third year. If the rent rate is affordable , I would love to stay here as longer as possible . Thank you Post Falls Grove team who is the fabulous team !!
