There has been issues with the roof of my apartment, causing water to leak into my kids bedroom. My complaints and maintenance requests go back to 2018. Management promises to have their roofing company out to check the roof, they stick a fan in the room to dry the surface of the carpet and they patch up their ceiling where it cracks from the pressure of the water each time. It has gotten progressively worse and each time the carpet gets saturated with water and they do is stick a fan in the room, blowing air in one direction, even though the water poured down on multiple locations of the room. Currently the smell of mildew has taken over our entire apartment, yet management expects me to live in it for the next 30 days before I can move into another unit like mine, or if it's more than what I'm paying now, ( $100- $200 difference) I would have to go through the process of applying for that apartment all over again. Each time this situation happens my kids and I deal with the inconvenience. Their books , clothes, shoes and mattress get soaked and I have to deal with cleaning and replacing and the icing on the cake is, we're in a hotel and on top of owning 30 days rent for a smelly apartment, I also have to come out of pocket for the Insurance Deductible.

Enjoy liviing here. Leasing office is v helpful and prompt with requests. Maintainence is good. Cleaning of corridors is regularly maintained specially with the recent replacement with higher powered bulbs

I like this area. I like you can walk to shops across the street. I like when you call for service and you will get service. I like that the rental office is open daily. Here have a pool, gym and a community room. It is really a nice place to live. I feel safe home alone.

We have been living at Post Fallspostgrove for about ten years. This is a very convenient community, quite and safe and clean. Excellent location, quick access to I-270 Highway, shopping centers, hospitals, schools and medical offices.

I have lived here for about a year and a half. I moved back to this area from SC, sight unseen. I am very happy with my decision. Work orders are always completed within a couple hours of submitting them and I've only had to submit a few small ones. The units themselves are very very spacious. My son loves it here also and says he never wants to move.

I am overall pleased with my stay at Post Fallsgrove. The common areas have always been clean and open for use. If I ever had an issue in my apartment, maintenance response was very quick. They are professional when in my unit.

I had a job interview in Rockville, MD back in February 2020. Before I left Maryland, I visited this apartment complex with Mr. Fred. I didn't get the job in 2020, but another opportunity arose in September 2021 near the same location. I remembered how informative Mr. Fred was the previous year, so I decided to check out the prices for this complex. Surprisingly, they had a unit available in the exact building I wanted (with the elevator) and for a cheaper price than what's usually posted! I hopped on it quick before even talking with anyone at the location. The crew (Mr. Fred and Mrs. Ashley) actually remembered me from the tour last year and was super helpful. The only thing I didn't know is that this particular unit does not have an outdoor patio - which I REALLY wanted. That was totally my fault because I could have called or drove to Maryland to view it before signing the lease, but I didn't want to miss out on the cheaper-than-normal rent. Therefore, the positives outweigh the negatives. Very diverse community with beautiful houses and townhomes surrounding the property and a grocery store literally across the street. I was very lucky (or should I say blessed) that I found this apartment.

This is a very nice place to live. The neighbors are nice. I love living here because it so close to everything. I could actually walk out if my apartment and the grocery store is right there. The only thing I don't like is people do not pick up there dog poop.

It will be 2 years come this October that I have resided at Post Fallsgrove. The staff is great! Very responsive to any concerns and request and extremely approachable. They also do a great job of personalizing your experience living here. Fred and Ashley are the best! The few maintenance issues I've had are always promptly handled. This is a great, quiet, community with a plethora of food choices within walking distance.

Post Fallsgrove gives the appearance of a quality property, however, one only needs to step into a unit to realize it is a slapstick, poor quality, community. Apartments can be unfinished with bare composite board showing and hinges that are crooked. Would not recommend.

Overall very positive. Safe and private. Spacious living area. Repairs initially were an issue but that resolved itself. Parking area secure. Gardens are well maintained. Neighbors are quiet- people respect yourself privacy.

Not satisfied with maintenance of my apartment, the building or trash area. Trash needs picking up more frequently. The back staircase looks bad, painting would help and more frequent cleaning. My ceiling had dirt from the fireplace upon moving in on it.

so far my experience has been excellent, with leasing staff, maintenance team, neighbors - all great! close to grocery store and restaurants, great clubroom w/Foosball table! Nice gym, pool, great community/neighborhood and there is even garden space to acquire in the community garden! Spacious, clean, reasonable rent.
