Clean, safe, great location, wonderful staff, Exactly what is needed from a living community. I’ve been living at the Falls at Duraleigh for less than a month and I’m already impressed with my experience here. The one issue is that the washing and drying machines in the laundry room in my particular building are not taking my cards. Otherwise, I’m glad to be here.

I have enjoyed living at the Falls community thus far. My only complaints would be the lack of non-bedroom closets (linens closet, storage rooms, etc.) in our current floorplan, along with the dated electrical sockets/switches. Some outlets do not function well due to the tension springs having worn out in the fixtures. Aside from that, the falls has been great!

The community is very peaceful, the grounds are well cared for. The gym and pool areas are kept clean and operational. Parking is a little tight and limited in the area that I stay in. My actual unit feels like a home, not "apartmenty". Overall my experience has been very good.

Since I moved in I had nothing but issues with the fog not working not beanie to log on client portal constantly having issues with portal , paying for trash and they don’t tell u ,it’s not ballet trash. Pick up . Unhappy with my place can’t wait to move .

I love my apartment, my neighbors are kind and quiet, the complex is lovely and serene, and always kept clean. The staff have been phenomenal… never had one unpleasant interaction in my years of residency. I do love it here! Oh best part is that rent to affordable.

Everything is quiet which I love! Everything is clean and tidy. Maintenance is amazing how fast they come by and repair what is needed. The pool closing and opening is the only downside to me but I don't know what it takes to maintain one and don't go that often anyways. The gym is a plus til I needed one that was a 24 hours gym. Overall amazing experience!

I was in a crunch to find a place to live last year when I moved back to North Carolina and I looked at about 20 places overall and I fell in love with the falls right away. I love my one bedroom and it suits me well and is an easy commute to my job.

Great service, friendly and responsive staff. Glad to live here. The maintenence staff is always responsive and quick and works around my hectic schedule. The ameneties like the gym, pool, and hammocks are nice too.

We have beeen here over 7yrs now and we have enjoyed the falls!! They have done so many upgrades and the best thing I like the most is when spring comes and all of the pollen falls over everything, the property does this sweep were they come around and spray the entire buildings getting rid of most of it!! Pool and Guest room have been renovated and trust me i've seen all the changes and i'm quite there is more to come. Come stay at the Falls

So far I can say The Falls is an excellent community. This was my first time renting an apartment, and they made my first experience welcoming and comfortable. They made sure everything was up to par when I first moved in and if anything was wrong they made sure it got fixed immediately. Every once in a while they will check up on me to make sure I am ok and if I need anything. I’m giving this community 100/10!

Shanty styled apartment with a firm homey feel and a dearth of storage. Great location with food, shopping and storage nearby. Tour your apt prior to move in. Maintenance is fast but not clean. The office staff A+ is great and kind and diverse.

The Falls is an average apartment complex in a great location. It's not the safest or quietest area, but everything I need is very close if not within walking distance. Staff is friendly, courteous, and I don't get the sense I'm being scammed like I have at other apartments in the past.

I loved The Falls from the day I came in for a tour. Chase assisted me and was able to go over all the details about the leasing and apartment unit. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He also was very patient during my application process. I had to call and email him a couple of times with questions and he was very quick to answer. On my move in day I was well received by a lady that I unfortunately don't remember her name. She explained everything I needed to know about the apartment and answered to all my questions. The complex has a nice gym, which I was able to use a couple of times within my first week living here. It's small but convenient. The pool looks very nice, too. My building is quiet, which I love. My apartment is small and cozy, and I'm loving everything about it.

The Falls is a peaceful and friendly community. The apartment complex maintains cleanliness and residents mind their business. Maintenance addressed my requests within the first week of me moving-in after I submitted my move-in checklist. I love the variety and quality of the amenities (playground, tennis court, gym, pool, grills, business center, clubhouse). Things I would change: office hours, clubhouse hours & add an aesthetically appealing gate around the tennis court to keep the geese from pooping on the court.

The Falls is a nice place to live. I’ve lived here 12 and a half years and it’s only gotten better. It’s centrally located to Restaurants, Transportation, Malls, Grocery Stores and Movie Theatres. You’ll love living here as much as I do.
