I have enjoyed living in the community.. The staff is beyond helpfully.. The grounds and trash always been nice and repairs from maintenance well kept..community have great activities include movies night's including Inside and outside.. nice clean pool beautiful peaceful upgrade community room. Walking areas for pets small doggie park..New residents have parking space for one month..free carpet cleaning after one year

Overall good experience living here . Still need to upgrade the plumbing syestems. But the aparment is very comfortable with all the other upgrades.Area is very safe i can walk out late without fear but needs additional ligthing for security. Grounds are kept clean always, place is quite eventhough there are families around. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Location is perfect. Alot of stores closed by which is the reason i took this apartment. Overal a de cent place to live at.

Roaches and other bugs coming into the apartment. I found bugs in the shower and in the kitchen. I keep a very clean apartment and I don't know where these bugs appear from. I've sprayed repeatedly and still the bug find there way into the apartment.

I’ve been here going on 5 years and each year, it’s getting better. I love this complex. I’ll be sad to go this year when my lease is up! For this area, and quietness, and mostly he price, you can’t beat the Falls!

So small, but very affordable. Nancy in the office is fantastic! Parking gets over crowded but over all it's an easy and decent place to live, especially if you're in a hurry to get moved in! The whole process tool about 48 hours.

great place to live, great location. maintenance comes very quickly. I really enjoy living here. The community amenities are great. There are always great community events happening all the time. The office sThe only problem is that parking get really scarce at times and sometime you have to park a little farther away from your building if you come home too late at night.

Looking for apartments at a reasonable price in a hot location is impossible, but The Falls seemed to good a deal to be true. The quality of service, the quality of the interiors and exteriors, and the quality of the community are unbeatable. Of all the places I’ve lived, The Falls blows them out of the water. I will be happy to live here long term.

Good value for the money. For someone living by themselves with a dog itâ s an ok fit. The downstairs neighbors used to be loud into the hours of the night and their kids always left toys scattered on the walkway but one evening the police came and I saw a dead squirrel hanging on their doorknob. They moved out a week or two later and the noise quieted down.

The Falls is a great location sitting among neighboring apartments. The landscape with the waterfall leading to the pool is unlike any other complex in the area. Any maintenance issue I've had has been taken care of either same day or next. My only complaint is that hours should be extended for rec room use because those who work full time during business hours are unable to use all of the amenities.

The property and amenities definitely meet the average renters expectations, but there was a little bit of confusion in the beginning that could have been smoothed over by simple acceptance of responsibility, but an apology was never given. You can have the most beautiful property, if those in place to sell it initially aren't pleasant it changes the entire experience. The quality of the property won't outweigh the quality of the people.

We love the location, clubhouse and pool. We have a great pool with covered area. We have responsive maintenance staff who do a great job! We have been happy here as residents. Staff and management also to a good job.

Love living at The Falls. I've lived in several apartment communities and this is the first one that feels like home. There's a real sense of community here. Everyone waves and is friendly with one another. Since PRG purchased the property it's like a new place the whole property has received a makeover. I live in a newly renovated apartment with the dark cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Office staff is super friendly and any problems you might have they take care of it right away. I'd recommend living here to anyone.

I liked it when I first moved in here, but I have become annoyed with the staff at the office. One woman is always rude to me when I come to pick up my packages and I have to wait a long time for anyone to acknowledge me. The community events and amenities seem nice but I have never been able to make it to anything.

I have been at The Falls, since May of 2011. This property is very close to everything that I need. To me, the most important, is that I am 10 minutes from my job. The office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and accommodating and will help in any way that they can. I feel safe on this property and have met quite a few people who are pretty good friends. The gym and pool areas are great. The only issue I really have, is with some of the other residents, may be not realizing that other people live either below them, beside them or over them. The noises that I hear the most of, are people slamming doors when they leave and some pre-teen children running across the floor.

The office staff and the maintenance crew are helpful and welcoming. I have enjoyed the community events ranging from Volleyball games, BBQ, Halloween parties, and more. The gym has been updated to include new features which I love. Overall, I feel safe and enjoy this convenient location. If I could change anything there would be a playground for children. The gym and theater would be open for more hours as well.

I really love the Falls. I feel safe and the love the central location to shopping, school, and work. It's mostly quiet except for the few neighbors that are at time noisy. The maintence is quick at responding. The office staff is wonderful and knows my face! I wish the club house was open longer than just the normal 9-6 because I don't get to use it as much due to work schedule.

I do love living at the falls apartments been here almost 2 years now. First year was flawless. Second year we do have problems with our neighbors but thats a problem the apartments are not at fault for. Grounds are pretty well kept except people who dont pick up pet waste. Really nice staff who try their best to work with you on all your requests. Maintanence has been very nice and most of the time respond very quickly and try to get out quietly without disturbing you, which I appreciate. If I could ask for something it would be a none fancy playground for my kids. That is something we really wish we had instead of a volleyball court.
