The apartment complex "FAILS HORRIBLY" WITH IT'S APPLICATION PROCESS! I allows a large percentage of people rent their apartments that are very, very ""INCONSIDERATE" and create lots of noise at all times during the day and night! The "main office" with do nothing to support you...! Absolutely...nothing to help stop the noise and will tell you "you can move if you don't like it" disrespectful and down-right ignorant! I am a "professional" and "educated" and this is not the place for you if you are the same! Stay away! PS. Do not let the beautiful club house and pool fool you into making the biggest mistake in your life!

This a nice place and conveniently located. Outside grounds are well kept and cleanliness is taken seriously. Only complaint was lack of de-icing of parking area following ice storm earlier this year. It was tricky and hazardous just trying to walk.

This apartment complex is centrally located near many shopping malls, outlets, stores (e.g., Crabtree Mall, Target, Wal-Mart). The neighborhood appears safe even at night; The apartment had minor unresolved maintenance issues upon move-in that were quickly addressed; Although the rent rate is reasonable for the size and conditions of the unit, I found the amenities lacking since certain utilities were not included (trash/sewage and water utilities separate).

Weve had a great experience living here across the board. Prices are reasonable and staff have been both responsive and easy to work with. The complex is close enough to everything you might need. I would definitely recommend living here.

I've been living here for over a year now and I have enjoyed my apartment! They have always answered my maintenance calls and I do enjoy the gym & swimming pool as well! I would recommend these apartments as a starter apartment. Close to the mall, Ross, Marshals, and dollar tree, not to mention the restaurants! Great Place to live! ADD-M

I would never recommend this -------- to anyone else. It looks wonderful on the website, and the amenities are great and then you get to the apartment and it's a total crap fest. Not too long ago, the police removed me from my apartment because the situation in the apartment next door was a threat to my safety. The night after that, I was woken up by the policed shouting at a resident outside of my apartment. So needless to say, I am displeased with the entire facility.

Please save your money! This apartment complex is the worst in Raleigh! We have maintenance issues almost weekly from mold in our ceiling to water leaking from the ceiling and front door losing a knob. They are quick to put a note on your door about the appearance of the apartment complex but you have tenants working on their car engines in the parking lot daily and trash on people's porches that can visibly be seen. Why does the apartment manager have a lawn mower on her back porch but you are concerned about the appearance? You pay over $900 for two bedrooms but have little to no square footage. The water gets cut off at least once a month with little to no notice. Terminix comes to spray the apartment but only spray the kitchen and bathrooms when there are bugs in your living room. You gets bugs no matter how clean your apartment is due to cracks in the windows and doors. The windows and doors are horrible and the new upgrades only consist of them covering the walls in paint and putting in faux stainless steel appliances that rust. The washer and dryer is small and our knob has come off multiple times. When you complain about something in your apartment to the office they act as though you are a bother, so we just submit claims online to avoid them. I feel sorry for the maintenance guys because they really try hard to fix these apartments but they have horrible tools and at this point these apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt. You can visibly see your ceiling caving in from poor structure. I refuse to complain anymore, we will be moving very soon! I just wanted to save other people from making the same mistake we did. There are several other apartments to consider and unfortunately moving here from another state we did not have time to look for something else and the price helped us to save for a house but with rent well over $900 we refuse to pay for trash anymore. Since management wants to have a conversation but offer no solution, I decided to write a review. Once you hit a company in their pockets they seem to pay more attention. Again, save your money and do your research.

We have lived at The Falls for a few years. PRG is definitely going in the right direction with this community. We live in a fully renovated unit and we have to say this the best bang for your buck! The rental office (specifically Giselle,Nancy, and Courtney) went above and beyond to meet our needs when renewing our lease. They are always pleasant and professional. Keep up the good work!

The complex is nice and they try to work with you to make your stay nice. It's a older complex being superficially renovated so it looks great but has its issues. Piping and floor plans need work. None of my light switches have any utility to them because the plugs are in terrible locations or don't work. All in all the location is great and it's better then the surrounding complexes. It's not perfect but no place is at the rates they offer. It's worth checking out.

So far I have nothing negative to say about the Falls Community. I love the interaction that is giving. This community is like family. It's always something to do. They are always doing something special for the community at no additional charge. The only minus is the Business center closes at 6:00 pm. I never get the opportunity visit with my work schedule. Besides that I am very happy with the services.

These are the worst apartments ever ...Not only they are full of pesticides and always want to be charging for every single thing! .I honestly can't wait till our contract is over .Never in my life will i rent here again ! I also had an expierence where one of the staff members was giving me an attitude because i was -------- . I do like that they are peaceful but i can't stay here any longer .

The Falls is an excellent place to live. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The surrounding stores are unbeatable and very diverse. The property itself is kept very clean and all the neighbors are very respectful of everyone around. I HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for the perfect apartment between Raleigh, Durham, and Cary!.

Stayed at the falls for about two years. Front office staff was always helpful and polite. The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond and they do good work. They do a good job of keeping the complex clean. All in all I enjoyed myself while I was there. And the location was great for me.

The falls is a great place to live! Its location is close to a lot of retail stores and restaurants(i.e. Walmart, Big Lots, and Golden Corral). Great Staff and Great Comunity! There are alot of activities offered for the community and nearby attractions.

The best part of living at The Falls is the location. I'm in the heart of Raleigh and for my rent rate, it's not bad at all. It's quiet in the evenings and even on the weekends. I feel safe, even walking outside at night. The management is friendly and always courteous. If they're busy when you arrive in the office, you'll be acknowledged. The only thing I wish they allow is to open the pool area when it starts to be warm outside so people can sun bathe there if they want to. The pool area is closed until Memorial Day.

The absolute worst decision we have ever made was living here. The management is so shady and the office staff is unorganized. Before deciding to live here, we read several terrible reviews but we decided to disregard them and try it out. Please, take it from me and DO NOT live here. You don't want to live in an apartment complex that doesn't care about its tenants.
