I live at The Falls for 2 have amazingly friendly and supportive office staff. the maintanance requests have been always completed on time, clean and proffesionally. briefly, here are the pros and cons from my perspective: pros: close vicinity to shoping centers. low rent. renovated apartments proffesional staff and perfect maintanace cons: noisy neighbors. depending on how lucky you are you might not have this issue. challeng to find parking space depending on which block you reside in roach problem only during summer time small apartment units

My time here has been wonderful wish they had a three bedroom apartment other then that I have no complaints the staff here are helpful and very nice compared to other apartments complex this is the best by far coming from new jersey

The apartment need whole lot of upgrades, especially for the amout you pay monthly. They are to small as well and they are not large enough to have washer and fries in the apartments bedrooms. Takes up space. The washer and dryers are extremely small.

It is a quit place! It is a very nice place to live as good service and comfortable. The package service is safe and reliable. The office personal is very kind. I liked living here because of the proximity to multiple stores and recreation sites.

I recently moved in December 2020. I live in a 1BR, 1 BT. I like the layout of it. Staff is friendly. Cleanliness is a huge factor in when moving in. Bathroom has adequate space. I wish the kitchen had more than one larger single drawer, but it will do. It has a bit of a modern touch which I appreciate. Be warned, it may be smaller than you expect but for a single occupant--it is more than enough. You can house a queen-sized bed, and even a king-sized bed easily. I also have a 65'' TV.

The Falls and their staff have been a welcome relief. After my previous complex that was plagued with roaches of various sizes; crumbling ceilings; and half completed maintenance requests I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the grounds and the staff at the Falls. I have not been here a full year to speak on annual renewal rent increases but I trust that will be as reasonable as everything else has been here at the Falls. I hope to stay for a while!

Absolutely the worst experience ever would never recommend to anyone the roaches should have been taken care of prior to my move in or o should be able to get another apartment with the same floor plan and minus the roaches with also something for the inconvenience

perfect area quiet, surrounding area very nice. Close to restaurants in the area, grocery stores, shopping.Can go any direction for 5 to 8 min. And get what you need. Movies ,shopping ,eating all close.

Nice place to live. Convenient to major highways. Staff provides good customer service. Rent can be pricey for the amount of space provided but I guess you pay for the area. Pool area is nice. Due to covid couldn't use amenities like I would have liked too but it looks nice.

I love living at The Falls. They are located in the convenience of everything.The staff is respectfully amazing, the amenities are outstanding and the community is very friendly. I haven't had many maintenance concerns,but when I do they always respond quickly and professional. If you are looking for a nice place, try The falls.

Nice community. Very clean pool. Friendly staff and easy to pay your bills and get packages. Great location. Close to movies, shopping, food, bowling, etc. a little loud at night, but not extremely bad.

maintenance team isnt to awesome and the parking sucks especially if you work third shift. but the leasing office is great with getting back to you and they upkeep the neighborhood quite often. overall a beautiful property.

My move in day was not ideal and since then I feel like I have to call the office because it has been one thing after another. I just gave up in calling because I feel like these are things that should have been taken care of prior to a resident calling and it seem like I was getting in touch with the same person who repeatedly did not care.

The apartments are pretty good, but these are the best management staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They're always courteous, friendly, and responsive. If you expect a nice neighborhood and not a luxury apartment, you'll have a great experience here. Highly recommend.

The Falls has a great location in Raleigh, and a great community. The Apartments are great quality and recently did a project to install brand new energy efficient windows in every apartment. This provided a great service as it helped with temperature/energy control, along with great new windows. Recently The Falls implemented a Package Locker system which works very well, However the lockers are located in the gym area which requires badge access is not handicap accessible. Otherwise, the facilities are great. The Maintenance team is amazing, quick to respond, and very helpful.
