Potentially good value given long enough lease term, though short term renters may not get a low enough price to really get a truly reasonable deal. Close to just about anything you need, and plently of entertainment/dining options nearby. Safe, quiet, nice neighbors.

Staff does not care about residents, maintenance staff fix one problem but cause another, neighbors are extremely loud, rude, and sketchy. Not worth the money for the little space it provides. There are roaches everywhere and very low quality amenities.

The falls apartment is convenient to my work place, the grounds are always neat and clean, maintenance request are usually done in a timely manner. I nothing else to add. You probably want to consider making sure survey a little shorter.

The Falls Apartments is very nice especially the two new leasing agents. They seem to be very, friendly, helpful and seem to love the jobs. The Property Manager is extremely nice and seems to care deeply about the tenants.

I've lived here for about 8 months now, and I could not be happier. The amenities are the nicest I have ever experienced, and the staff is kind and professional. I only had problems when I first moved in, and both the office staff and maintenance staff were extremely helpful in quickly resolving them and keeping me posted at every step of the way. Since then everything has been perfect. As a graduate student, my budget is pretty tight, but the cost of living fits within my budget so I can still be comfortable and have everything I need. The location is great too, only a couple miles from NC State and downtown, with bus stops and convenience stores within a few minute walk. The grounds are always clean and well maintained, and I have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable.

Loved living here for the past couple of months. Maintenance is quick, location is amazing with everything being conveniently close. The amenities are great too! Everything is clean and the gym is great, as well as the dog park.

It's nice. It beats the 500 a month shacks I've seen around town, horrible smells as soon as you walk in. I wish they let you see the unit you want, because the cabinet space is very different than the model. There is one tiny drawer that doesn't even open because the oven is in the way, wtf.

Great community and location. However I was moved into a previous smokers apartment, which was not mentioned to me, and have a lot of issues getting it resolved. Because of this mistake on The Falls, I have lost my job, have had health issues, and everything I own smells like cigaretts.

This place is really great. A salad I just ate. Before I go to the gym with Bill. Show him the beautiful clubhouse I will. After that we will lay by the pool. He will think its really cool. I hope he thinks it is a date. I better go or ill be late.

I have been living here 1.5 years the staff is excellent at the falls and maintainence is here fast and excellent work this is a great location to live the prices are excellent with up to date remodels i have lived here twice now and if it had to rent an apartment again in would come back to the falls Thanks team falls

This place is overall the absolute worst place I ever lived. From violence to roaches. I would never ever come back. I pay way to much to walk out to trash and beer cans all over the sidewalks and not even able to walk threw the grass without stepping into at least three piles of dog crap. Worst part is the whole entire complex smells like marijuana but apparently no body cares. Also the fights that take place almost every weekend in the middle of the street. How is this possible if there’s a cop living in this complex. And then the gun shots. About twice a month your liable to hear someone shooting guns in the night hours. But yet it has never been fixed. No one is doing anything to make this a more safe and much better community.

I regret signing a lease here and if I was not in a predicament I would have waited and moved elsewhere. My first 2 weeks living here consisted of a maintenance worker entering my apartment without prior written notice to me and cigarette smokers (hired "vendors" and neighbors) smoking near my apartment making it impossible to enjoy my time here. I have a child and I'm pregnant and I would not recommend this complex to families. Dog poop everywhere including the staircase and has been there for 3 weeks. This place is an actual joke.

The Falls is a great place to live. I have throughly enjoyed living here. It’s quiet and nice and has great amenities as well as being close to things. I like the waterfall at the office, that’s pretty cool and the pool is big and nice. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves but are nice. It’s a pretty good deal for North Raleigh. I love the Falls.

The Falls is a excellent place to live, i still live here. Office staff is always helpful, maintenance requests are completely right away, the apartments are beautiful, big and up to date fixtures and appliances, community has wonderful pool, movie theater and landscaping is awesome, all at great prices, i would recommend The Falls.
