I have lived her almost a month, and it's a nice community that's quiet. If you're a golfer it has an amazing course. Be mindful if you need high speed internet because it is not. The water pressure is a little low, but not terrible. So far overall its a good place to live. Ill update this review after the 6 month mark.

The staff is helpful, and attentive. I feel safe! I feel there could be more lighting at night, and the flower beds are well groomed but are missing plants in many areas. I love the location and amenities. There is always something going on amenities. I enjoy the extra activities the office organizes for neighbors to meet each other.

So it has been average i wish for better up keeping refurbishing the property lots needs to be done to the property lots of upgrade wish all of that is addressed in the future it could be a vreat property to live in

Timberlinks apt is still a good place to live in Denton tx. to be close to the center of town..Improvement need to be made overall, which I believe will and can be achieved. Would recommend still to stay.

Run as fast as you can from these apartments! No one is ever in the leasing office to answer the phone. The dog park is gross. Maintenence is ABYSMAL. Dog poop bags go unstocked for months. Dumpsters are always over flowing with garbage. They do not accept packages like they use to either. The app is absolutely useless except for paying your rent.

I was disappointed from day one. I moved in and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Then I noticed the filth on the carpets which included pet urine, old bandaids, layers of dust, and a toe nail. There’s been so many things that need repair, it’s not even funny. There are the window screens, washer, dishwasher, cabinet drawers, air filter, paint on the light switches and other fixtures, smoke detector, towel rack, etc. It was also very dusty when I moved in with cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. All these issues should have been resolved before move in. At this point, I’m counting down the days when my lease ends or at least hoping to get through the holidays so I can find something else.

The apartment was not ready on my move-in day, and I didn’t get clear answers about when I would receive my keys. They cleaned it the same day I moved in, but it was still dirty, the carpet was wet, and there was a horrible smell. Many things needed repairs. It was the worst and most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.

Have had multiple issues with my apartment that have never gotten a resolution. Especially with AC. Was told that my apartment had to be 75 degrees plus because I live on the second floor. You can find a much better place for 1500 a month

overall average/poor. The main concern is about lacking of maintenance and also about cleanliness. There is a lot of dog poop all around the premises. Also, the smell of weed and tobacco are unbearable.

Service got closed without any work being completed. Issues are still there and no one came so far to fix. It has been more than 1 month now. So frustrating to see maintenance team closed ticket without work.

Office staff are helpful, kind, and quick with answers. The maintenance team does the job for majority of work orders however still waiting on service for one order when they marked it as completed. Few screws were left after maintenance on other work orders submitted. Maintenance team was nice whenever I did see them.

I leased at Timberlinks Denton Apartments recently and was extremely disappointed with the experience. To begin with, the unit I was scheduled to tour was not ready at all. It was dirty and had several clear signs of needing repair. It was obvious that minimal effort had been made to prepare the space beforehand, which raised serious concerns about how they maintain the units for actual residents. Trying to get in contact with the leasing office was another major hassle. They were consistently unresponsive, as their phones were out of action. There was no clear guidance or follow-up, and it felt like they were either disorganized or just didn’t care. As for the carpets, I was told they would be cleaned before move-in, but even during the tour, they were stained and looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Timberlinks Denton unless you REALLY like their course and are fine with putting up with poor management practices. The lack of professionalism and poor condition of the property were huge red flags.

We have plenty of parking spots, dog trashes available for pet owners, a good gym, access to good course. The trash dumpsters never get too full. Just wish we could recieve our packages again from the office.

Overall community is nice. Sadly their maintenance team is horrible at actually getting stuff done. I don’t want to have to wait a month to have cold water and a working washer but that’s what I had to do.

Been here about 5 years. Was a great place to live but the last couple of years its has gone down hill. People in the office don't seem to care. Only when i talk to the manager things get done. Parking is horrible. I park out on the street most days. Still waiting on service orders on be completed.

I love the area. It's nice and quiet. I love the apartment set up and think the area is very pretty. Everyone has been kind and I've enjoyed settling into the space. It has a large living room qnd it has been fun having people over

My experience here has been good overall. The grounds are well-maintained and the safety measures in place are excellent, making me feel secure. The neighborhood is very accessible with plenty of amenities nearby. However, maintenance has been quite slow to resolve issues, which is a significant drawback. Despite this, the staff are professional and helpful, making for a generally positive living experience.

Since the day I moved into this apartment I have struggled with a roach problem. I have brought it to management attention several times, pest control came to stray several times but the problem still persist. I even asked to move to another unit with no response from management

WASTE OF MONEY
UPDATE SINCE FIRST REVIEW: I’ve since lowered my review from two to one star. I am writing this drenched in sweat at gym about 10 minutes into attempting to workout. The reason is that the gym has been without A/C for months. Some residents I’ve talked to about it say the gym has NEVER had A/C. In Texas summer heat, I’ve heard my fiancée constantly worry about passing out in here due to the heat while she runs. During the recent tornado scare and subsequent storm, our ceiling began to leak. We submitted the maintenance request TWO WEEKS AGO, and have been sleeping on the floor since then due to the leak being directly above our bed. Management has not reached out. Last week, we were unable to have access to the main clubhouse and police were here for a few days. I love still having to pay rent and amenities for a gym with no A/C that isn’t even open sometimes! Also, a car caught on fire that same week and has still been on the premises since. I had a friend of mine seriously consider renting from here, but I just texted her not to. Was incredibly excited to live here, and the first month was great. As months go by however, I am more and more disappointed with the complex. Our dryer is cracked, catching and ripping up my clothes. I’ve had to throw away 3 shirts since moving in 2 months ago. I’ve submitted an inquiry and management has not even reached out. My girlfriend’s towel bar in the bathroom also fell off and no repair. I was not told we would have carpet in our apartment before moving in. Bought a whole carpet for nothing before realizing we had carpet installed. I’m currently sweating in the gym because the A/C doesn’t seem to work and hasn’t for the past week or two. Residents have been opening the door to the building patio to get air. The roof leaks, and the gym overall doesn’t seemed to be taken care of. There is currently a random guy that has been watching the football game for the past hour and not working out/loitering in jeans and a button up. I’ve seen two women enter and immediately leave the gym after seeing this, and overall I personally don’t feel comfortable using the facilities I paid for. I’m staying here to make my girlfriend feel safe. sad and disappointed, because I was excited to live here for years but will most likely find somewhere else to move once my lease is up.

I love living in these apartments! So much stuff to do around here while also being a nice, safe and quiet place for the family The gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi are always so well cleaned! The staff is great and easy to talk to about anything.

Untrustworthy
I lived here for years without issue until the change of management. I chose to leave after multiple incidents of certain leasing office staff, especially Faith, failing to do their job. Some of the biggest failures which stand out was the inability to communicate service requests which forced my pregnant wife and baby to suffer extreme heat during the summer. Even with multiple followups, leasing office staff ignored all conversations once phone calls were over. Even worse was going into the office to see Faith's angry face every time I requested the same basic services. Upon moving out of a spotless unit, my security deposit was not returned and my remaining balance disappeared without a trace. It took me 6 months and contact at the top of Greystar communities to have the office investigated and finally have some of my balance returned. No matter where you live, if you can't trust the people you are supposed to work with the situation becomes unlivable. I would not recommend getting involved with Timberlinks at Denton because of the sorry "efforts" of the leasing staff. This being said, Joe and the maintenance team always did a great job and work tirelessly to support the community, and are a shining example compared to those who will handle your money.

Frustrating to say the least. A year of having to yell at them each month to not over charge me. Unresolved noise issues. Being lied too that service requests must go though the app when that is not the case.

Moving in, we were so excited! Once we got here, we were not satisfied. There apartment is infested with roaches, the shower head leaks, the air conditioning does not work, the dishwasher needs to be ran twice (sometimes three) to actually wash my dishes. The apartments have SOME updates, but the truly need to look into updating more. There’s not a lot of cabinet space which really sucks from someone that moved here from a large kitchen, we pay a trash fee and they don’t pick up from the door (everywhere else we have lived does when they charge a fee), etc.

It sucks to many roaches even if you clean and spray everyone next to you are dirty people. And they smoke too much weed parking is a joke as well . No bueno ...... No bueno....... For the price........................ Internet is also 60 for low speed even worse than cable 6 to ten mega bits.............
