Do not, under any circumstances, move here. Read the reviews. All the 5 star ones that sound like infomercials are written by the office staff. For every fake 5 star infomercial review you write, I will write a 1 star review to balance it back out so please stop while you're ahead. I can tell the real from the fake - so if you get a real 5 star review, then more power to you.

Timberlinks is awesome! The staff is truly awesome. I had a bad personal/family issue at my apartment that could have turned out bad for me and my living situation. However, they went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I knew that I was welcomed here and appreciated as a resident! Paul and Tiffany are truly the best and saves me!!! They really do care :)

The apartments are great, the floor plans are very nice and the staff in the office is amazing! Any questions that I had, the staff was very informative and helped me find the floor plan that I was looking for. I move in soon and can't wait to call this place 'home'

The apartments are great, the floor plans are very nice and the staff in the office is awful. When they don't know something they just guess. They're misinformed and inconsistent. Signed a new lease on an apartment they ~thought~ was the correct one, but now I've come to find out they had no clue. Every single time I've gone into the office to talk to them, some more incorrect news is thrown my way. If I had the money to break this lease I would. It's painful to talk to these people, and impossible to get what you want from them.

Really wish I could give this place a positive review, but I can't. Unjustifiably priced for what you get. When I moved in, this place had gunk all behind the sinks and toilets, drawers that don't close properly, etc. The place is falling apart. Its getting old, and they are *trying* with the new appliances, but that only goes so far. They act like they are a luxurious apartment community when they are just average and run of the mill. You have a golf course!!!? Good for you!!... The apartments themselves are still old and average. All kinds of rodents, roaches, and spiders in and out of the apartments. The internet and DirecTV that you HAVE to use is terrible!!! Be prepared for lackluster internet service and outages... Not Timberlinks fault necessarily, BUT, it is the provider they have chosen for us, and that we are forced to use, so... The other users saying that the office staff is inept are spot on! They are completely useless. Call the Pinnacle corporate office if you need anything answered for you. The people in the leasing office have no clue what they are doing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I REPEAT, STAY AWAY!!

Just balancing out those obviously Fake, infomercial-esque reviews that are obviously written by the management teams. FOH Timberlinks. You're fooling no one. At least make the reviews seem real.

I've lived here for about 6 1/2 years in 4 different apartments and absolutely love it! It's quiet and extremely peaceful. But my favorite part is the huge pool and all the other amenities they have to offer. They even do events for residents to show appreciation. I've always believed you get what you pay for. And in my opinion Timberlinks is definitely the best bang for your buck in Denton.

My family and I moved in here a few months ago and we absolutely love it. It's quiet and clean and the office staff is very friendly. The maintenance crew is fantastic, especially Carroll. He was professional, fast and had a great attitude. I can honestly recommend this property, we've moved around quite a few times and this is by far the best place we've lived.

I have lived at Timberlinks since 2013 and just renewed my lease. I always look around when my lease comes up to see if there's a better option for me and I have been unable to find anything that compares in the area. While there has been some office turnover in the past, they seem to have found a solid and long-term team that truly cares about their residents. They are always helpful in answering questions and if they don't know the answer, they will work to find out an answer for you. They added a dog park last year that my puppy loves! Sometimes I can hear my neighbors but it's nothing that I wouldn't expect in an apartment complex. While I don't golf, I like the look of the course and the way it makes the complex feel more spread out and open. Overall, I would definitely recommend Timberlinks to anyone looking for a nice place in Denton!

Great complex with many amenities. The apartments themselves are very clean and in great condition. Maintenence stays on top of any and all issues and are quick to reapond. We had a door issue upon move in and it was taken care of right away, no other issues have occured since. The layout of the complex is very spread out which allows for plenty of parking and little to no congestion. The staff was very polite and professional and made moving in (and any other encounter) easy and simple. Paul was very helpful in getting us set up and catering to any questions or concerns we have had. Would reccomend to anyone from retirees to students who don't want to live in the congested campus area of town. The golf course on site is also a great course in good shape and offers golf at low prices. Couldn't be happier

After having some horrible issues with another apartment complex, my roommate and I decided to check out Timberlinks. I must say, I absolutely love it. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. Upon moving in, we had an issue with the key lock on our door and couldn't get in the apartment. Paul (who is super awesome and works in the office) came back to the apartment complex to help us after hours even though he didn't have to. The maintenance is really fast. The complex is clean (which is rare these days). We have had a stress free experience because they are so prompt and thorough. My roommate already recommended a friend to move here as well. That's how much we like it. A++

After recently relocating to Denton, we needed a short-term lease until our house closed escrow. The staff at Timberlink were so helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over our different rental options with us and after exploring their beautiful apartment complex we rented their executive suite. We could not have been happier and was actually a little sad when our house closed and we had to leave. The apartments are in a great, convenient location. The pool was always clean and clear, the weight room had everything we needed and my husband loved having the golf course right at our back yard. Everything about this complex and it's staff deserve five stars!

The reality is that people only post ratings and reviews when they are upset with a situation...and there are always two sides to every story! In Denton you have few choices as to where you can live if you are looking to live in an apartment-college housing, the ------ and then a small amount of normal luxury apartment complexes. For what you pay Timberlinks gets you the most "bang for your buck". It is generally very quiet as it is mostly young adults, serious students and/or young families living here. The maintenance guy (Cedric) works extremely hard to keep the property up and the facilities are all bigger and better than any of the other competing apartment complexes. Everything was recently renovated, so it is easily comparable to living at The Preserve (but not quite as pricey!) I can't deny that changing management was challenging, however; the new management and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If you are a young professional looking to get an apartment in Denton then Timberlinks is definitely the way to go!

DO NOT MOVE HERE: Incompetent staff and management - Staff only cares about you when your are signing the contract and even then because of their inept you have to go in about 3 times to sign the paperwork. Watch out for the small print in the agreement; they will slam you with all additional costs. Staff will strategically leave these things out of the initial conversation until you are ready to vacate... staff is very deceiving considering they will waste your time in trying to get answers and hides behind the contract. DIRTY property - buildings are not maintained and no one picks up after their animals. All new items are ONLY cosmetic. Everything else is 10+ years old and needs LOTS of help! Insect and rodent infested. Enough said... spiders, rats, roaches... inside and out.

Office staff is under-trained. Any questions you ask, you will receive a different answer from each person. All four will think their answer is the law. Get things in writing. Answers to questions you had when singing the lease are no longer true once that paper gets wet with ink. There are cock-roaches. And yes, my apartment is clean. This place is getting older, and they tried to "renovate" to make it look new, but it still looks old inside and out. I noticed that rent has gone up significantly for new applicants. Criminally overpriced for what you get. Who do they think they are? I guess if you find enough suckers to pay that much, then more power to you. I'm guessing this may be the beginning of the end for good ol' Timberlinks, because where they've put the prices right now, there's no justifiable way to ever raise them again. I mean, no one would ever pay $1,400 or $1,500 to live here. Overall, this is a decent place to live, but I would not recommend this place. ESPECIALLY for the new/current price.

Timberlinks is a great place to live!! I've loved my first year here and definitely plan to renew my lease when its up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance staff has always been quick to respond. The gym is nice, never too crowded. They have a Galaga game that plays all the old fashioned video games such as pac-man, dig dug, centipede, and of course galaga! I have way more fun on this machine than a 32 year old should be having. I love having access to such a nice golf course as well!! I played in high school so it was nice to be so close to one, allowing me to easily get back out there after work or on my days off. The pool is finally open, it just got renovated, and looks AMAZING! As does the rest of the complex which was also newly renovated. Cant wait to spend another year (probably more) here!

Timberlinks apartments have a wonderful golf course and swimming pool and work out room. The floor plans are great. The grounds are nice and clean and they have a great maintenance team. Cedric goes above and beyond his duties you could not ask for a better maintenance man. The office staff are great also.

I have lived at the Timberlinks for four years. I was a little concerned about moving back into an apartment after having had a house, but Paul McColley did a wonderful job of showing me the benefits of downsizing. No property taxes, a wonderful maintenance staff, 24 hour gym, gorgeous pool, and a very entertaining golf course. You can pick your own reserved parking space for a small monthly fee if you like as well. I can always count on Cedric to get any repairs or issues handled very quickly! Best apartment community in Denton!

I really wish I could give this complex a high rating but honestly this has been one of the worst complexes I've ever rented from. First and foremost, the internet provider that you HAVE to use absolutely SUCKS. I lived here for only 6 months but the internet has been out at least 5 times, and the longest it has been out was for 2 weeks!! Another complaint with this complex is its location -- the Mayhill landfill is only a few miles away and you will definitely be able to smell it early mornings and late evenings. The office staff is a joke, they'll help you whenever they feel like it. But other than these few drawbacks, the landscape is nice, the apartment is nice, and parking isn't terrible. If internet, living next to a landfill, and rude management doesn't bother you, then you will love these.

If you like using the Internet for things like school or work or Netflix or your special private time, then don't come to the Timberlinks. Ive talked to alot of people including the front office and they all tell you the same thing. It sucksss. Always cutting out for hours on end. Why would anyone pay 1000 a month to live somewhere with the freaking internet?

I would have to agree that the new management is terrible to say the least. They are impossible to contact. When we wanted to put in our 60 day notice, we couldn't get ahold of anyone. When we needed a rent verification form for our new apartment, they wouldn't send the necessary items, wouldn't answer our phone calls and wouldn't return phone calls from our new apartment complex. We moved on June 16th and I got a letter in the mail from a collection company saying I owe Timberlinks $1337.00! There were ZERO attempts made by Timberlinks to contact me, they have all of my contact information as well as my forwarding address, which we left when we turned in the keys. This is not the way an apartment complex should be run, very poor communication and people skills. I will never refer another person to this complex

TBH it's the worst leasing office I have ever encountered in all my life. Rude, unprofessional, keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes, shout on you. Avoid if you can.

I really loved Timberlinks until it was no longer managed by the Lind Company. Once the new company took over, things started changing drastically. It seemed like the new company was not concerned about connecting with their residents and ensuring high standards of customer service/satisfaction. I actually liked Jackie, the old manager. He was personable and came out and hung out with the residents often at residential events. If I needed access to him, he would return calls or reach out in a timely manner given the huge responsibility he has. These apartments are not cheap, having resident events and friendly staff made it worthwhile. The new management... not so much. The new manager is never available. I have called several times to speak with her and her staff continually apologizes on her behalf and states she will get back to me. That never happens. I can tell her staff is humiliated at having to constantly say "I'm so sorry". I will say that while I was there maintenance was amazing. I could get the smallest things fixed usually on the same day. Cedric is very friendly to residents, he appears to love his job. I will also say I felt safe knowing there were a few police officers that lived in the community.

These building are falling apart .... The list of thing that broke in my apart is huge is goes from my toilet pip busting in the middle of the night , to the garbage disposal leaking everywhere twice , to the washed breaking down all the time , the ac unit having to be replace , by the time I moved out the ceiling fans were not working and my lights would turn off and on by themselves ... This place is a death trap !

So, the timberlinks is under new management. The new Manager isn't friendly. She lacks all the characteristics of a person that should be managing an apartment complex. I've lived here for six years and I love it here, but the previous manager, Jackie, was such a friendly guy that would listen to you and would look for solutions to issues. It was nice to know you had a manager that would get to know the residents. I've asked to meet the manager several times, but she refuses to come out of the back room of the office. She just has her poor leasing agents walk back and forth as the messenger of our conversation. It is very strange. I liked the peace of mind of having a manager that I could count on. I think she should host an event and introduce herself very soon or I'm sure a lot of people will be moving. The rent is going up, but I like my apartment and Cedric the maintenance guy is great, and there are a couple of friendly leasing agents including Taye and a lady who has been here a few years. I can't remember her name.
