The community is very quiet and very safe! Those were 2 major factors for my decision to live here. The golf, pool, and fitness are pretty good reasons as well. The staff in the office is awesome, always helpful and cheerful.

love to golf but even if I didn't the people in this community also the office staff and proshop staff are amazing and helpful, I would recommend to anyone looking for a super relaxed and comfortable place to live, this is my number 1 spot

I feel safe while living here although there is no front door gate etc. The property is quiet and beautiful. I took walks outside the apartment sidewalks in the evening. If you like jogging, it is a very nice layout here. Always parking spaces available no matter how late at night when I come back. I also realized many people own their pets here, but the sidewalk and grass are always clean and neat. I also like the fact that the front desk/office operates 7 days a week. I can reach them by calling them during office hours if it is non-urgent. They also have options for urgent calls for noises etc.

Quiet and safe. Maintenance is pretty good and office staff helpful. Wish the rent was a little cheaper but Denton is expensive. Weve been here for three years and the front office has helped a lot during our time here.

If youre looking for a nice apartment with a great community, timberlinks is the place for you! Not only are the apartments beautiful and spacious, you have amazing amenities along with living on a golf course.

Been a resident for a year and just signed a lease for another year. The apartment complex is fantastic! The staff is professional, responsive, and courteous. Common areas are well-kept. Quiet. Easy access to UNT. Excellent for family and young professionals. Highly recommended!

Great looking Apartments! Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Any issues Maintenance tends to in a very timely manner. Community is very clean and welcoming. Overall I'm am very satisfied with my stay at Timberlinks.

I have lived at Timberlinks At Denton for close to 4 years. I just signed a new lease for another year. It is usually very quiet, the staff is friendly, grounds are clean and I feel safe. The complex sits on a hill which allows me to overlook parts of Denton. My favorite thing to do is sit, relax and watch the sunset. I can see it from the pool, the cabana, hot tub or my porch. I call it my own personal resort.

I just renewed my lease with them and I couldn't be happier. When I first ever applied it was easy and any questions I had got answered. The time I've been here have been peaceful and amazing. The amenities are great and so are the people and staff. The staff has always been kind and very informative.

I have loved living at Timberlinks for the last year. Any time we have had a maintenance problem, the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Any time you call the main office, you will always be greeted by a very friendly employee. You can find a great/renovated apartment here with great square footage for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

A great place to live. Close to two universities, plenty of shopping, and public transit. Maintenance is fast and dependable, always ready to help. Most of the office staff are friendly and understanding.

My wife and I came from a 1 bd 1 ba apt across town and are SO PLEASED with the cleanliness of the grounds. It's a freakin' golf course so it's beautiful year round. Quiet Neighbors as well! Very pleased with our upgrade to an upgraded 2bed 2bath with a baby on the way. Golf is free for residents as well. Affordable, Clean and great family environment.

Awesome amenities, property staff were very helpful, the landscaping is very well maintained, the units are clean. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of lighting. All the buildings are spaced and not too clustered together; overall great place to live.

I have really enjoyed my time here. It's been a nice quiet community to live in. I have felt safe living here as well. The pool area is also nice. Just watch out for golf balls while people Are playing golf and you are walking your dogs.

I love living here at Timberlinks at Denton because it's the first apartment I found that was handicap accessible. The parking meets my needs. I don't have to hunt for parking when I come home. It's a nice quiet place to live.

I've lived at Timberlinks for about a year and a half now, and I've had good experiences with everything about the complex. At the beginning of 2020, I transferred to a larger apartment within the complex, and I was genuinely amazed at how seamless the process was. The staff has always been great, and maintenance has been quick every time I've had to call them. I've had multiple friends live here as well with the same experience. I'd easily recommend Timberlinks to anyone in Denton!

I think the community space is beautiful but the apartment itself I was not satisfied with. It was dirty upon move-in, does not look like the photos online, the grounds/patio of my space was dirty as well. There is also not enough storage in the apartment.

Best maintenance team I have encountered. When the washing machine flooded my apartment, maintenance arrived within five minutes of my call. He immediately cleaned up the spill and had the carpet repair team here right after. The next day he was back with a new washing machine. Im very appreciative of the staff.

Living at Timberlinks has been great! The neighbors are not noisy, the area is up kept very well and there are lots of active residents around the golf course which is nice to see. The staff is very punctual and had taken good care of me every step of the way.

The course is starting to get in good shape, and Aaron is always helpful in the pro shop. I like that we are getting more tournament play out here. The last club pro did not focus on members play very much.

Has been a good experience. Have made some good friends while living here. The present staff are very nice. Maintenance has been good. Everything is very near anything one would want to do. The grounds and golf course are nice

Very good experience here! Nice and friendly staff! My apartment was ready for me on move in day and looked great. I love taking my dog to the dog park in the mornings and the grounds here are beautiful.

A nice quiet safe place to live. Excellent golf! Great staff at the Golf Club House. First contract we signed was for 9 months. Second contract was for 12 months. The golf will be hard to leave. Would definitely recommend apartment complex on safety and cleanliness alone!

Its a fantastic community. I have really enjoyed my experience here. The facilities are very nice and the people seem nice. I enjoy the staff. Timber links has some of the best amenities I have seen compared to other apartments

Totally satisfied. This place is the best apartment for the people who don't wanna getting struggle with apartment issues. You don't have to worry about neighbors, insects, safety, amenities, and maintenance. This place provides almost everything you need in an acceptable manner.
