II have had my car broken into 3 times. The grounds have too much pet waste and the pet waste containers are rarely full. The course and team are wonderful, and the pool is good. I appreciate the team in the office and the maintenance team is first class.

Super cute property

I came by for a tour last week and didn’t even know these apartments existed.. the girls in the office were very nice and i love how it feels like it is tucked away and quiet. Will be applying when my notice is given!!!

My expirience has overall been ok. My main 2 problems have been the amount of time it takes for maintenance and little communication on when it would be completed. As well as my car got towed as I am a resident and was never reimbursed for it. Definitely would not recommend moving here for convenience.

There’s bugs everywhere and maintenance has never fixed the things I’ve needed done. And every time they leave they never lock the damn door! If you want people to use the app to make service requests, y’all should read what is needed fixed rather than doing random stuff.

It’s an average apartment complex that has a alright 9 hole golf course as part of the amenities. The location is kinda difficult at the moment to get out of due to road construction. They do not take USPS packages anymore so you have to inconveniently go to the post office now to pick up packages now.

Do not live here. Management is constantly changing and no one knows what they are talking about and give you the runaround about anything and everything. When I first moved in 3 years ago it was great but now it is all about how much money can they squeeze out of you with all these new fees and rules

Living at Timberlinks has been nice, interesting, and quiet. This complex would be a much better fit for me if I enjoyed tennis, golf, or the swimming pool. I do enjoy the larger square footage, and the 9 foot ceilings.

It's a quiet community and the property is very clean compared to most apartments I've seen or have gone on property tours. The maintenance team seems to do a great job at responding as well as the office staff.

Maintenance request take too long to complete. Car security is a problem. Someone keeps deflating my tires. No security on site visible. Someone is stealing my mail no video equipment present at mailboxes.

While the community itself is quite nice, minimal noise issues and pleasant neighbors, the unit itself had countless flaws / broken parts upon move in. Many of these took multiple attempts to get remedied or simply remain broken. Primarily the dishwasher... if you intend on using the dishwasher for more than one person, that alone may be a reason not to move here. We have to handwash / scrub every dish so intensely because the dishwasher does nothing. You can literally feel grim to the touch even after numerous washes for basic dishes.

I really like the community. Hope to get on the golf course someday soon. The staff is friendly and maintenance gets things done when requested. My only gripe, overpaying for internet service that is supplied by the property and not getting the speeds advertised.

I moved here because it was an "upscale" apartment that was beautiful and was properly cared for. Since then my rent has risen at least 45%. This is unacceptable and totally unethical. I have not moved because my health is poor (cancer and open heart surgery). I keep my apartment clean. I respect the property of others and will always do so. My attorneys tell me there are Bills in Congress to address this despicable greed of overpricing by apartments owners. I can only say : You should be ashamed of yourself and your treatment of tenants.

The people in the community are lovely. The management, however, is unnecessarily rude, and the maintenance crew generally does not respond to issues, even when it threatens damage to their own property.

It’s good for the time being now I feel it’s been going down hill for me, WO not completed, neighbors are so loud and rude, used to be quiet and peaceful, walls are so thin people play loud music can hear it from my feet inside the apt, people on the left throw parties and so loud late at night, other neighbor stomps every where she goes but thankfully that stopped, had to buy surround sound speakers to have my own noise to counter all the other noise people make, can’t wait till my lease is over.

Timberlinks is my place to call home! With endless amenities, excellent open floorplans, green areas and friendly staff, my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. Our animals are welcome here and it gives us piece of mind we don't need to keep searching for a new place to live.

My review would be scathing in regards to this -------- and the staff is even worse. The golf course is managed by a totally different company and boy does it show. This place would get 0 stars if I could. Between having a neighbor that is clearly dealing drugs out of it and the constant fighting and drunken conduct you would think someone is getting beaten. The office staff is horrid and intentionally make things much more difficult than they need to be on the simplest of issues. None of the ammenities ever work and I have been waiting 2 months for my washer to be fixed

So far I love it here. Its quiet, common areas are clean and in good shape. Management is responsive. The people I have met so far have been very nice. I enjoy walking my dog on the nicely kept lawns. (They aren't perfect, but its winter, so about what would be expected.)

Overall, our experience hasn’t been bad, but there is certainly room for improvement. Renovated apartments should not be more expensive when they’re unfinished, parking should not be an issue and there should be limitations put into place and maintenance issues (such as windows not closing and locking) should be handled in a more timely manner.

Overall, I’ve had a mostly positive experience from living at timberlinks. Although, there are many problems that us residents deal with annually and unprofessionalism is one of those problems. Max was not one of those problems. He was very professional and very nice and was a shockingly positive change for me, who has had problems with the maintenance team and manager previously. Sometimes I get the impression that the property manager instructs staff to do the absolute bare minimum, which I’ve actually had verified by Timberlinks staff. Hence why my mulch has never been changed since living here or how I have to nag the office to come out for an emergency. I would be more likely to recommend Timberlinks if I keep seeing positive changes like this.
