Very nice community with many renovated apartments. The staff is usually helpful, and the maintenance comes fast if there is an emergency. Great gym and golf course. The community is pretty quiet. It would be nice to have some cameras around the common areas for safety.

Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Timberlinks apartments. The apartment I spacious and beautiful and I personally have not had any bug problems. I love the location, amenities, and maintenance team. Though there are a few things I would change, such as more recycling and Amazon lockers, this is the best apartment I have lived in.

Lots of service and amenities are provided which is nice. The location of this complex looks very safe and welcoming. I know this may be a seasonal thing that is out of your control but the pool area is filled with bugs in and around the pool, and the fitness center is still out of AC so I cannot visit it yet. One of the two main entrances to my apartment has two big pot holes which should be fixed as soon as possible. In terms of the community, this is all the complaints I have. Everything else seems to be great.

Great location, great amenities, professional staff. I just moved in and had 2 issues that maintenance handled very fast. Location is clean and nice. Highly recommended. Area is close to grocery shopping and etc. by car.

Great quiet community with awesome amenities. Golf course is in great shape, pool is well maintained, gym is up to date and machines work well. Sara in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful when touring as well as all of the paperwork to move in.

It could be better. Can't really blame the apartment place for the dog poop everywhere. Office staff is okay. Maintenance is okay. Bugs get in, poor insulation, and thin walls sums up the structure of the apartment.

The staff was friendly and the application process was easy. Grounds are well kept and the parking lot is in good condition. The apartment is very quiet. The gym is good size and the equipment is maintained. The pool stays clean.

We have been living here for less than a week and its already better than ANYWHERE my family has EVER lived. It was easy to get started and because of the ample parking, it was very easy moving in. My fur baby loves the park and has different playmates every morning. Living on the second floor, I was nervous about it getting too hot but the efficient thermostat and ceiling fans in every room really doesnt make it an issue. We werent initially informed that all second floor units had carpet, so that was a hamper on first arrival, but everything else has been great since then. I love the semi private balcony, open floor plan, good lighting, giant windows, IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER, and the huge pantry. All of the closet space has also been a god send. My boyfriend and I now fit to live in the same bedroom. My neighbors stick to themselves and I havent heard anything from below or the side leading me to believe the walls are thick enough. Overall, with a little more attention to detail, I think the management could do amazingly. Brittany has been a great agent every time we have questions and Angela is always ready to assist us. Its a great place to live and I love it already!

Timberlinks has great amenities and renovations in unit. Its definitely a great place to live for the price and quality of your apartment. Do be ware of loud neighbors to which the office cant change/control. Other than that, its great to live here.

I was nervous about moving into my first apartment and as a college student, I was worried about the price. Timberlinks was by far the best option when I was researching apartments in Denton. Its quiet, beautiful, has great amenities, and has a great price. As soon as I moved in, all my nerves were gone and it felt like home.

I lived here for three years. They hiked the rent every year and kept my entire deposit even though I left the apartment in perfect condition. Live anywhere else. They will be nice long enough to get you to move in.

My experience at the community is overall a pretty good one. I enjoy the aesthetic of the apartment complex and its usually pretty clean. I wish that people would pick up after themselves more often, however.

I have lived at Timberlinks since 2013 and have seen a couple of management companies come and go. The current company has been here almost a year and Krista is amazing! She is always willing to help no matter the issue. I like how I feel like I'm living in the country but still close to shopping areas. My only issue is my neighbors are extremely loud at all hours of the night and day, urging their kids to scream so loud you can hear them across the common area, through their closed door, and through my closed door.

Our experience has been wonderful. This is my favorite place I have lived so far! The only thing I hope is that the rent remains fairly static so we can remain here ;). Everyone is easy going and looks out for the safety and good of the community, and the scenery is the best I've seen. It's also very natural. I feel at home and the management is fair and balanced.

I have only moved into the complex last week but so far everything has been great. The application process was a breeze and the staff answered all of my questions and were in contact with me throughout the entire process. They were all very friendly and professional. I love the location of the complex and that it is away from the noise and traffic, but still a five minute drive to shopping and restaurants. The amenities are outstanding and the whole complex is clean and well kept. My apartment has upgraded features which are very nice. The online portal is easy to use and submitting a maintenance request is simple. I always find a parking spot near my apartment even on the weekends when non-residents are here to use the golf course. I have zero complaints so far and after living in a few nightmare complexes I can definitely say this is the nicest place I've ever lived. After years of searching it's nice to finally find a place that actually feels like home instead of just a place to stay until your lease is over.

The application process is easy likewise making payments. The staff are awesome and professionals. Getting a smile and warm welcome is definite anytime you walk into the leasing office. I recommended the apartment to someone and was surprised to know from the office that I will be getting $300 for doing so, isnt that so cool?

This is one of the Worst apartments I have ever lived at. For the amount you pay the office staff should do a better job and maintenance is the absolute worst. A new property management company bought it a year ago and it went to crap. The new maintenance is horrible and the office staff doesn't care. I had a maintenance emergency and called multiple times throughout the night and got NO response. When maintenance comes it is obvious they really don't know what they are doing.

Its not been the best ...had people getting to stay at pool after hours while locking others out asking us to leave and them staying until 11:30-12 ..then dog waste all along the sidewalks walking to your car ..smells and embarrassing if friends come ..trash all around and over flowing ..internet not very good at all ..

I really love this community, and there are only a few things that I really whos could be fixed. Also I am not a pet owner, but I do not have an issue with them. The one big thing I do have an issue with is how lazy the owners are about picking up after them.
