I have had a great time living at Timberlinks. I moved in around August 2018 and have been welcomed with open arms into the community. The staff is incredibly nice and efficient. I can't wait to see where my life goes while living at Timberlinks!

It's been great! We've had about 3-4 maintenance requests in the first 3 months though. It seems like all of our appliances are breaking down at the same time. Ice Machine, drier, washing machine, and microwave have all gone out since 9/1/18

Maintenance is great at fixing issues right away. Office staff can improve in communicating with each other and the residence. Since new management, the professionalism of the office workers has gone way down.

We have been here since May and love it. We are in the middle down stairs apartment- so we are surrounded. We never hear anyone. The office staff are friendly and maintenance has been fast and courteous. The folks who gave low ratings seem to be complaining about things that apartment management isn't responsible for. If someone's breaking the law call the police. Use the bulletin board at mail boxes.

There were some issues with past companies that managed the apartments . The workers were rude and privileged. That has changed and I see a great effort to make the residents happy. I appreciate their efforts and the new employees are efficient, helpful, kind, and hard working. Thanks!

Neighbors smoke marijuana and smell comes in through vents. Walls are thin and can hear everything even a cough or sneeze as well as talking. Stressful to live there. Maintenance are rude and condescending.

This apartment is about average. Nothing special. Needed to submit work orders to get the washer and dryer working. Showerhead needed caulk, paint needed to be touched up in several areas. The upgraded kitchen is nice, but I wasn't told my unit would have tile in the kitchen and bathroom and the tile in both of these rooms were cracked.

I'm not one to complain but please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. My wife and I were extremely pleasant residents and never caused any problems (no noise, paid rent on time..). From the first month moving in until the last month moving out was a horrendous experience with the front office. My wife and I were on the second floor and smelled marijuana nightly (no exaggeration). The front desk failed to take care of this stating "sorry, there is nothing we can do about this." Funny since this is illegal activity on their property that they failed to address. We were finally exhausted from trying to get this resolved that we simply gave up, very sad. Cooking dinner in this particular environment became the norm. The experience gets better. If you decide on moving in, be aware that you will not receive your securty deposit back. My wife and I ended up oweing money upon move-out. One of the charges was "carpet cleaning (wear and tear from walking on it). I'm assuming all tenants are stuck with this charge unless they somehow don't walk on the carpet for a year. Again, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere where you can find a pleasant front desk to deal with who isn't a complete disaster.

Front office staff is rude and isnt responsive, as well as matinees! There are no upkeep when you call for maintenance. Front office staff is not educated on policies and what is written in our leases. BAD ANT PROBLEMS! NO RECYCLING! No upkeep on the outside of the buildings. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH COSTUMER SERVICE

So far so good. Just moved in on 09/02/18 and enjoying the location and quiet neighborhood. The apartment buildings are well spaced out. The amenities here are excellent, too! We have a pool and fitness and business centers. The staff has been great to work with so far. I have a couple minor repairs needed, but havent submitted the maint requests yet, just my move in checklist. So, I dont know if maint is spot on, yet. However, I bet they will be based on my other experiences.

Community is great, They just added cover parking, hot tub still does not work, treadmills in the gym only half work, and if you need to get a work order accomplished unless it's an air conditioning unit it may take you up to 2 months before it may go complete due to low Staffing

Pest issues were NEVER addressed. Timberlinks was contacted through the online form, in office and through phone. Voicemails were never returned. No one here works or cares about their tenants. Ive had negative experiences with both --------------- (via email). they are both incredibly lazy and clueless. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Ive lived in several apartments and states over the last several years throughout college, professional school and work, and this is the first time Ive ever had any issues with management. This is the WORST place to live and a complete rip off. As Ive stated before, its no coincidence that this complex is right next to a landfill.

--------- was the associate we sat down with to complete our lease. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for two hours. From the moment we walked in, she gave a short, snappy tone and responses to all of our questions. I walked in hopeful and excited, and I left crying— even though we got our keys. With no direction to fix the problems and no apologies for the mistakes made on their part, ------ was rude to me at every step and offered no help to the situation. I was floored. I wanted to reach out to the other employee at the desk across from her, but he was busy with a potential renter. Finally, after sitting in the computer room for over half an hour trying to figure out an issue that wasn’t ours, I ran into another woman who, after I explained our situation, gave us a physical copy to sign. I was astonished because --------- continued to say, over and over and over again, that Timberlinks only ever does things electronically and that she couldn’t help us with the technical issues. Again, I was floored. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an apartment complex. It made me question whether or not I wanted to even live here. Even when she saw me crying from her sharp remarks implying that I was dumb for not following her lack of directions, she made no move to comfort or improve the situation. She yelled for her coworker to lock the door and gave us exhasperated looks when we remained after closing, even though we were waiting for her to finish up. Before we left, I took one of her cards and was SHOCKED to see she was the leasing manager and that she acted like that. I will be copy and pasting this into a review for Timberlinks as well. This interaction tainted the move-in day experience in ways that I can’t even express.

TImberlinks at Denton has been such a great place to live thus far! I am a graduate student at TWU. My neighbors are wonderful, the staff is helpful and kind, and it is located right off of 35E, so it is easy to get to work and school.

This is a great place to live! I just renewed my lease for another year and am quite happy in doing so. Paul and Alaina at the front desk are always helpful and go above and beyond to make me feel at home. They upgraded the internet (which was really the only thing I didn't like about this complex) and are quick with their maintenance. While no apartment community is perfect I lived in several over the years and this one takes the cake by far.

I moved here towards the end of 2017. The staff Seldomly if that answer the office phones. They lady that works in the front is rude...Greystar just took over so I'm hoping for some changes...there are random people that use the community gym that don't live there. I also had someone break into my husbands truck and steal his ipad and money (both were hidden). Maintenance is horrible, I moved in, the tile was cracked, the foundation is slanted so if I spill water it runs down to the wall..maintenance came to fix my window since a golf ball shattered it and upon his installation he cracked the new one and told me someone will come another day who knows what they're doing...it's a beautiful community but I do believe security practices and staff should be worked on.. ??

I lived here 2013-2014 and I’m still bitter about it . I had to open so many maintance tickets... they refused to fix my ac for months. They would come out check it tell me it was fine. Tell me to get curtains or this is as good as it’s going to get. Make me feel like a complete incovience. ( I have picture of it being midnight and 85 degrees in my apartment . Their idea of working fine) I had pipes leak water every where on 2 occasions and flood stuff . Horrible electrical issues , all the fans stopped working, lights would flicker all the time , the garabage disposal switch worked half the time, and the tv box fried like 5 times and had to be replaced . The city needs to send out a safety inspector and shut that place down. Plus we had scorpions ....

I have lived at Timberlinks for almost two years & this is by far the best apartments I have ever lived at. Management is great, maintenance staff is nice & quick to get the job done. The amenities, such as the golf course, dog park, pool, sauna, and gym are all awesome! I would definitely recommend living here

These apartments offer a truly refreshing experience. These days it's very hard to find an apartment that truly feels like home, but that is exactly the feeling my family and I get at Timberlinks. From the friendly office staff that treats you like family to the dedicated maintenance team that go above and beyond to keep this community looking like new. Everyone works so hard. We truly appreciate all of you!
