I have lived in this community since 2005, I don’t have any complaints or problems with my neighbors. We basically stick to ourselves and don’t bother each other. The community as a whole is relaxed and quiet. I work a lot and have strange hours and being able to sleep during the is very important to me and I’ve had no issues with my neighbors.

    Entering work order requests over a month ago and nothing been done and some of them have been closed out saying completed when they have not been addressed. Having stairs that are very dangerous still not fixed (waiting on the vendor to put the job on their schedule) Lawsuit waiting to happen if my child or myself hurt ourselves.

      I’ve enjoyed living here the entire time. The team is gracious and fast acting. My apartment is spacious and they are always quick with service requests. It’s really peaceful here and I have to say, I have had 0 problems with neighbors, noise, service requests etc etc. thanks as always

        The positives are the golf course and the overall condition of the apartments. The negatives are the incessant beeping of the fire alarm system outside our bedroom and the dog poop not being picked up in the dog-walking areas and parks.

          Nice quiet, had issues with maintenance earlier on due to them trying to come into my apartment without my knowledge even when I marked "let me know first". They did better the next time and let me know ahead of time what day they were coming. The place is quiet and peaceful. The biggest issue I have is that the electrical outlets and electricity in general go off quite often which concerns me about the electrical wiring and system. I also am near the dog park and some people don't clean up after their pets so I see dog excrements everywhere.

            My experience has been better than expected. The apartment has appeared to be well taken care of in some areas but neglected in others but as a whole the complex is very well taken care of and would be a good recommendation to a friend.

              Grounds alway have dog crap on them. The grounds needs to be cleaned daily and NO it is not my responsibility to identify what residence are not following rules. Security cameras should be placed around the properties to monitor this problem this would also provide an additional level of security for everyone and the people not cleaning up after their pets would be identified

                Over all it’s good. The parking is good and the apartments are nice. The office staff at time have been rude but mostly good. The equipment and pool are not in great condition but they are clean and the pool is big enough to accommodate lots of people and not feel crowded. The hot tub never works and is never on in the winter. The golf part is good. There are big holes in the grass behind our apt. But I’d you don’t have kids you don’t have to worry. The maintenance staff used to be great but in the last year it’s hard to get stuff done and when they have they don’t throw the trash away. My Ac has been leaking and does every summer I told them and all they do is clean out the lines and it starts up again a few days later. They have marked things fine when they never came and never leave paper work letting us know what they have done or that they were there. No happy with that.

                  At the price I’m paying I should not have to deal with a heavily leaking AC unit for 2 years straight ( my apartment portal maintenance requests dates back to 2021). I’m so tired of messaging maintenance for help about the leaking AC unit (I now have 3 buckets collecting water) and nothing is fixed properly. Whatever they are doing is clearly not working. Moving out end of July.

                    Office Staff need to step it up. Too many times my bill is wrong and after asking it to be fixed it was still wrong. Would not recommend based on what my experience is as of today that is why I am saying no

                      I've been living here for only a few weeks, but I've been mostly satisfied with the experience. All of our utilities work great and the place is nice and spacious. The amenities that come with living here are out-of-the-park as well. Only downside: The carpet wasn't cleaned when we moved in and I almost stepped on a screw.

                        The apartment complex is quiet and neat, the environment is friendly, the gulf course and well trimmed grasses add to the beauty of the environment, work request is completed completed within 48hrs for most of the times, I wish it could be resolved within 24hrs.

                          It used to be much nicer before Greystar took over. Since then, quality of living has gone down while prices have gone up. And no improvements have been made to justify the increases. I used to love living here but not so much anymore.

                            People with dogs never picks up after them. All I hear is dogs barking all morning. Can't step out of my place without it smelling like dog poop. You can't walk on the grass without stepping on dog poop. The dog park smells so bad so I can't even open my windows to get fresh air.

                              Property Older. Stated interior updated. Not true. The prices are to high with older interior units. Grounds are full of trash etc. My unit was not made ready and office charged me late fees when I moved in on the 1st with paid cashier check. Crazy. Plus told me what I owed prior money after I moved in. This company and Property charges excessive fees and should be told NAA and TAA. Property Manager never emails you back. The leasing agent is very sweet and she is the only person I work with.

                                My experience was wonderful. The maintenance can and solve the issue immediately with great tips for the future. Normally, when I need some assistant, I don't have to wait too long. If something happens over the weekend, which in not often, they are good when it comes to getting the issue solve in a timely manner. Overall, the Maintenace screw are all kind individuals.

                                  Horrible service

                                  If I could give them negative stars, I would definitely do it, it’s the worst place where you could live, its leasing workers are rude and inept, as well as maintenance workers, In summer, when I had only been living here for a couple of weeks, I was without AC for 3 months because for them everything was fine (being 78 degrees inside) when I couldn't do it anymore and after a strong argument with the assistant because the manager never wanted to show her face, I had to go to a hotel (paid by me) until they were willing to send someone to check again, do you want to know what was wrong? The compressor, and although I told them a thousand times even to the maintenance ones, they are so good and so capable that they lasted 3 months to realize, now I have been without a washing machine for a month, and although I have told them that their problem is that it does not move, they have already come 4 times to check and how they see that water comes out for them is fine (words of the maintenance manager) and to this day I am still without a washing machine, a service provided by leasing. It is important for them to know that they will never talk to the same person because they change staff every month. I hope this helps people not to be fooled by their kindness when showing the apartments.

                                    I have been very satisfied with my time at Timberlinks. The amenities and proximity to work and shopping, restaurants is key. The property is quiet and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend Timberlinks to anyone looking for a home.

                                      Inspect your unit VERY thoroughly before signing anything. Check appliances in and out, on top of cabinets, everywhere. They do not clean very thoroughly, and do not thoroughly check appliances for damage.

                                        The community feels safe, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, the upkeep and appearance is well groomed. The complex is in a great location, right off 35 and the loop so you can get just about anywehere in no time.

                                          Unprofessional staff with poor organization. Cannot keep track of correct billing amounts, charges and credits. Assistant manager is more concerned about himself over assisting residents. Maintenance is lazy and does a poor job if they even decide to come and try to do the job.

                                            I like the area and neighborhood and it’s quite in the area also the area you can get to the highway and the shopping centers from the location and a lot of restaurants in the area and I like the weight room and if I decide to play golf I have access to that also

                                              I just moved in. No issues so far. I like all the amenities this place has to offer. I think it is a good deal for everything it has to offer. It is a good place for pets lots of property to walk them.

                                                Below average. Maintenance was quick, though they don’t seem to care about the notes I add to the request (ex. I requested that they call me to schedule a time instead of just showing up, but they didn’t do that and just randomly showed up).
