This is a beautiful community with lovely people the staff is friendly and nice to my face and I have had no issues with them personally, the only negative thing about this is I feel like they are lack of maintenance with amenities which I pay for, and the cleanliness of around my apartment, I saw Maintenance just drive right through a bag of trash that was ripped open next to my building, and its still there now. The other concern is Ive had A maintenance requests and I have not had resolved, Ive lived here for six months and Ive only had one request. Fix my fan! And now my microwave its broke, and Ive requested this to be fixed for months (microwave Only a week and a half but imagine I have the microwave for a week and a half).

This is my first apartment out of my house it is a beautiful living space nice neighbors good area Great staff. It is very accessible and Im proud to be a resident of Timberlinks apartments. I am definitely planning on suggesting this apartment complex to my friends and family

So far my overall experience has been very poor. The staff act like they cant do anything or they dont want to do anything. My first experience with emergency maintenance was awful. The man, I believe his name was Joe, was rude and while he fixed the issue he wasnt very helpful. Angela, the property manager, seems like a nice person but also like she doesnt care about the residents. If I hadnt paid the fees and given my first months rent and had more time to find somewhere else I would have fought to get out of the lease.

Everyone seems very friendly and courteous. The staff is friendly and supportive, the noise is kept to a minimum. I would like for there to be a few more doggy-bag areas but that is overall a low priority.

The apartment complex is very quiet. For the most part people seem to be friendly. I feel safe walking my dog at night. The grounds need more attention. Several dog owners that do not pick up after their dogs. Have seen several aggressive breeds living here, even though the lease forbids them. Trash laying around the complex is a very common sight. The pool is a nicely kept and the pool furniture is in good condition.

Beautiful property, love the views. Amenities are good... And I have the pleasure of telling my friends and family that they can play golf in my back yard! Management staff is very courteous and friendly.

I gave the groundskeepers the lowest score, because the grass and bushes outside my apartment, have died off. The workers mostly come around with a blower, to blow the fallen leaves away from our front door, only to have the next big wind, blow them right back. They rarely mow, because of all the dead grass. I gave Safety a 4, because I feel there should be more outdoor lighting at night. Someone stole my patio furniture right off my patio.

I do like timberlinks I like the golf course mainly there's a lot of trees Sunshine coming out but the only thing is that there shouldn't be smoking on the property which I don't agree with cuz I have asthma and I think it's pretty gross but that's the only thing that's the downfall about this place

Called maintenance for a plumbing issue and he took care of it immediately. The leasing office also made a ticket when I called in the issue. And today, the residents have a chance to get free pizza! Thank you for your help and pizza day

When we moved here back in April we had been staying in a loud, chaotic environment and I wanted nothing more than to just get out of there and live in a quiet place where I didn't have any crazy neighbors. Now I find it so peaceful and quiet here that I am constantly hushing my kids so that we are not "those" neighbors to anyone else. We love it here!!!

This is our third apartment community. It has been by far the friendliest as far as other residents, but we havent known the staff like we did the others. The dog park here is the most pitiful excuse for a dog park, though. I think part of the field up at the top of the community could be used to make a better one.

I love living here! It has been a great first apartment experience for me! I wish the gym was 24 hours but other than that I really like it here! I love the management and I have not had any issues that werent resolved.

A LOT OF THEFTS, NO SECURITY. Management has done nothing to improve. I have contacted the corporate office and still nothing. They give excuses about why they cant install lighting around the buildings and why they can get security. When it is 100% possible.

Living for more than five year in Timberlinks Apartment Home is telling you; They probably cant afford to buy a house, nope! we can! This is our choice. Its a great place to live and call home. Gym, Golf Course, swimming pool, business office, Maintenance, Staff and area is make this place so good.

It has a country living feel although you are minutes away from all the stores and restaurants you can imagine and of course the best gas station in the world Buc ee's!! The golf course set it apart from all the other apartments complexes in the community. Love it so far.

Its been a great experience! Staff has been friendly, its a nice location, parking has been good too. At our old apartment the parking situation was awful, so its nice knowing no matter what time we get home, we wont have to walk too far.

Timberlinks has great amenities, a very large walking trail, a 24 hour gym, and updates the equipment at the pool and gym frequently. It has a nice open floor plan and modern appliances/granite countertops but many of the things in the apartment are cheap and break easily. Maintenance requests are filled quickly, the only thing we've had issues with is the dishwasher but after having him come to fix it several times they replaced it for us. Management leaves you in peace for the most part and no real issues with noise or neighbors. Just wish they would replace the carpet before someone moves in.

Timberlinks is a good place to live if you don't mind your neighbors door being literally next to yours. The apartment buildings are so close to each other sometimes I hear my neighbors who live behind me talking whenever I'm in the bathroom I am also able to hear one of my neighbors ceiling fan whenever I am in my bedroom. I am a person who loves quiet so I don't enjoy living here as much as I would like.

We moved in during the pandemic, and all applications and leasing had to be done online. The office staff was very quick to get in contact with us throughout the entire process and were very patient when we had any hiccups. Our apartment was move in ready and the complex has plenty of chances to feel like a real community. I have been surprised by the lack of negative feedback I have had about moving here. It has been a wonderful experience so far, and we are loving our apartment. It's fairly quiet, clean, and easy to get anywhere. There is also excellent communication from office staff. I am okay with my comment here being shared for future residents.

Apartment was filthy. Miss lead about amenities. Washer wont clean my clothes. Rented the apartment I had a hold on. Carpet wasnt cleaned at all. Dumpsters constantly overflowing and doors are always open, looks trashy driving up.

We moved in this past month and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience thus far. My neighbors are friendly and pleasant! It's quiet and everyone says hello and is kind. My first night my washer broke and flooded the kitchen at 11pm and within less than 10 minutes our maintenance man ran up and fixed it. The next morning by 10 I had a brand new washer installed. I love it here!

I love my Timberlinks community! The staff here is so welcoming & the upkeep on the property is well done. I was nervous about moving into an apartment for the first time but the kind Timberlinks staff made the transition an ease. I would recommend Timberlinks for anyone who loves a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors & an excellent staff!
