The staff was helpful and friendly. I saw neighbors/tenants positively interact with the staff and laugh. Staff was very accommodating and understanding during the signing process. Nicole was very helpful and we enjoyed working with her.

The grounds are well kept, maintenance and ground crews are always busy, office staff is great! Have recommended to several friends. Just like anyplace, some residents forget they have neighbors, but a quick chat and issues resolved in a friendly manner.

Great community with awesome amenities. Really looking forward to living here. The floor plans are great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but quiet and in a fairly safe neighborhood. Competitively priced for the area.

The Vintage park apartments are beautiful. I really loved touring the complex with Josselin and I would definitely recommend the property to others looking around currently. The only downside for me was the small washer/ dryer combo. I definitely knew full size machines.

I lived here in 2021-2022 and the experience was great with minor issues that were resolved. I moved away 1 year and came back in 2024 but the experience hasn't been as great. The overall upkeep of the apartments, property, security and neighborhood has declined.

Community is clean and well maintained. Maintenance team is always prompt and very professional. I love the access to walking trail out back and dog park. The apartments are very conveniently left cared with grocery stores and restaurants all around.

Transition was easy with support from their staff and compared to other places they have more than one plus it has a theater room walking and dog park as well as 24 hr gym with public shower feels like iam retiring

This smaller community is off the main and busy roads. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I know people who live here and they love it! I believe there are several police officers who live onsite. That's comforting.

Dishonest practices

I recently left this complex after living here for three years. An accumulation of issues lead to my decision to break my lease and relocate. I left the apartment immaculately clean. I walked through with the assistant manager after I vacated it and no issues were found. However, I was told that so called professionals came in later and found discoloration, for which I was being charged a cleaning fee. No photos or other proof of the alleged damage were provided. Beware of these dishonest practices.

The community area is great, very close and convenient to everything. We love the area! Vintage Park was a beautiful apartment complex. The trees and landscaping made the paths very pleasant to walk around on. The employee who gave me a tour was unclear on whether the apartment complex is truly non-smoking, though, which could impact our decision to move here.

The experience has been very pleasant in a certain way with respect to the facilities and the neighbors have been very good the complex is very quiet and the areas it offers are very comfortable now based on the administration it is very unpleasant since they do not solve the problems they really have happened many tragic events within the complex and they do nothing the officer in charge does not answer the phone or the calls and the manager is a very rude person and in turn does not pay interest to things that should really interest him I hope that in the administration they can put order in that issue

The office staff has been terrible. And the pest here are out of control, I had to buy my own stuff to deal with it because the pest control here do not take it seriously and not come often enough. I also would like valet trash.
