New Changes

Sometimes change is good and this time vintage park got it right. The ladies in the front office are always so helpful. Maintenance has always been very good at taking care of any issues in my apartment. I have lived here for years and we have had our share of management . When I heard that management was changing again I got worried. Because you never know what to expect. But What I like about the new manager is her willingness to keep lines of communication open. She handled my complaints about amenities with assurance and she personally followed up with me with updates. I thought that was cool. Also, we are starting to get more emails about community updates. Maybe it’s just me but things are looking up around here. Thanks Ms. Ollie

I actually moved in 2024 so I've been here less than a week and it has turned into an unwelcoming experience. The complex is beautiful the units are older but still in great condition. The management team is very misleading.

Only been here for a couple weeks but so far it's been good there was quite a bit wrong with my apartment but there was good communication and most problems were fixed in a timely manner. Overall been a good experience. I do wish that the apartment was in better move in condition.

I had a really poor experience with at Vintage Park Apartments. Would not recommend. They do not maintain the amenities and have unreasonable policies like $70 to get a new parking sticker when you get a new car (not an additional space).

Outside of my current situation, the community is pretty quiet. The trash by my building is often around the dumpster. The maintenance stay on top of work orders. The office staff is friendly, I just wish it didn't take so long to hear back from the Regional Manager in issues that it took two months to resolve but I still haven't heard from her and it's been over a month since it was escalated to her. If you stay by the dumpster be prepared to be woken up out of your self every day when the trash truck arrives making so much noise, they don't get out of the trucks anymore to pick up trash that has fallen from the dumpster when the truck lifts it they just leave it on the ground in the parking area. I would appreciate if the entrance gate were closed at all times and residents use their fob and others have to use the callbox, which I have been told is not working so guest just follow behind someone through the gate. The community gym is advertised as 24hrs but I have went and it was locked up. I wish my neighbors didn't allow their huge dogs to poop right along the pathway to the building and no one picks it up.

I love my apartment complex and I've been staying here for almost 4 years now. I love that the apartment has different design that sets from others. I wish to live here forever if only I can purchase a 2 bedrooms this will be my home for many years.

Wish the communication was upheld. Move in preparation was not done properly. Cleaning was not thorough. Painting touch ups were sloppy. There was no filter in my A/C unit and was dirty. Refrigerator coils were full of dust to where you couldn't see the coils. No water filter was placed. Exposed wires on patio requested to be removed. Washing machine tub full of rust spots still unable to wash laundry after being in unit for 2 weeks!

It's a spacious and cozy place. My boyfriend and I have enjoyed our time here. We had a few hiccups such as frequent power outages and the kitchen not having some sort of vent for steam or smoke. It's good to invest in a really good mop because the kitchen gets slippery after cooking

I chose vintage park apartments because of the amenities, my pet was accepted, the move in process was easy. The office staff are great, helpful and friendly. Location is also a major plus. Overall I'm happy with my apartment.

We moved in a few days ago, but I love this community! I am familiar with the area and it is amazing, but coming home to Vintage Park is the cherry on top at the end of a work day! These apartments offer everything you need for a family, pool, jacuzzi, gym, dog park, and a playground which most apartments in this area don't have. Very much a family friendly place to live and so affordable for this area! You can tell the apartments are well managed and kept up with and very up to date.

I love my apartment and the staff is great. The community appearance could be improved by doing something about the constant trash outside of the bins. Also, provide more of a buffer or sealing between apartments? I hear my neighbors around me clear as day and unfortunately at times I lose sleep because of the noise.

I wouldn't recommend. Expensive, lots of people getting robbed based on what I've heard, always issues going on. Cops in and out of our complex. Like everywhere else the rent sky rockets every renewal.

Please be advised before considering renting at this location. If you appreciate a high risk of car break-ins, unclean and moldy premises, along with the persistent odor of garbage and pet waste in the summertime, then you have discovered the ideal place. There is a multitude of issues with both the establishment and the service, as evidenced by the 1.5-star rating on Yelp. For the price you pay for these apartments, there are undoubtedly superior options available. The only redeeming qualities are the leasing office and the scenic view from it. Maintenance issues frequently arise, necessitating numerous work orders. Living here can be incredibly frustrating and detrimental to one's mental well-being. It's worth noting that the management seems to believe they have the authority to employ their personal officer, Patrick, despite the lease explicitly stating that they do not provide law enforcement or security services. This individual has been permitted to harass residents without proper justification, even in cases where no prior warnings or complaints were made by Vintage Park Apartments or their office associates. An apology has not been extended for this behavior. The manager exhibits a lack of respect, entitlement, and appears to be running the apartments ineffectively. There are instances of double-charging for fees and harassment, and the office staff often portrays themselves as too busy. It is essential to remember that they are employed to serve hardworking, law-abiding citizens who pay their rent promptly. As a piece of advice, prospective tenants, regardless of their racial background, may want to reconsider this location due to numerous other superior apartment options. The mandatory AT&T internet service is slow and non-negotiable, which can be frustrating for residents. Despite occasional events meant to distract from ongoing issues, this place requires significant improvement. Instead of addressing these concerns, the manager, Cerra, appears to prioritize the presence of her associate, Patrick, who acts in an inappropriate and intimidating manner towards tenants who have been punctual with their payments. This situation is especially concerning given the diverse racial backgrounds of the residents involved. The first interaction with Patrick was marked by disrespectful behavior, including intrusive questions about our parents' whereabouts. These actions are wholly inappropriate for a grown man residing in the same apartment complex. This place also suffers from issues like unsanitary common areas filled with dog waste and children's play areas being misused, which is particularly concerning for families without pets. Vintage Park Apartments is a disgrace to the local community, and the management's actions are cause for significant concern.

The community is a lovely place, the cost to live there is very expensive. They offer great amenities'; however, you pay a high of a price to have access to them. Tenants should be able to purchase their own internet if they chose too for lesser price.
