Thus far I have had a pleasant experience here at Vintage Park... Th?it maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues that may arise... Their property management staff is excellent at communicating activities and addressing any questions or concerns regarding the policies, procedures, and requirements of being a part of this community... They are also VERY helpful in helping tenants to achieve whatever it is that they are wanting to do here... Thank you all for being so attentive and polite in your dealings with me... I hope to remain a part of this community for some time to come...

I am living in this community since 2016. I love this place very much, very good landscape, swimming pool, Gym, 2 miles walking track and lot of shopping complex near and reachable distance to all important places. Very co operative office staff and maintenance staff. So far recommended more than 5 new residents and they moved in living happy in same community. I have already renewed second term and wish to renew again! During heavy rainy season also no rain water stayed inside community and good security is another important factor I prefer to stay here

I absolutely love the office staff. The maintenance team is usually as punctual as they can be. The community as a whole is great as the residents really get out and enjoy the many amenities offered. I've been a resident here for 3 years and to my knowledge there hasn't been any theft on the property. Local entertainment and great shopping is literally 2-3 minutes away. I'd like to add that the community is zoned to an awesome school district.

Neighbors are loud and the hot tub has just about never worked. But all in all, it's not a bad place to live. We feel fairly safe and like most of the people who work here. It is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The office staff is very uncooperative and unhelpful. They behave rudely when you talk to them. I have been told on multiple occasions that my maintenance request is not important. I'm very dissatisfied with the attitude and service of the office staff.

My wife and I are really enjoying living both love everything about this place! Noise level is very important to the both of us and noise level is quiet. Residents are nice and the office staff is awesome. We both felt that moving here this summer would be a great change for us. However all that been said parking spaces can be an issue sometimes but overall not to bad!

We were not going to resign our lease due to the poor management. However, the apartment got a new manager and we have seen a HUGE improvement. We absolutely love the office staff along with the maintenance staff! While we don't LOVE everything about living here, we're still very happy with our overall experience lately.

I got a good value for the location of these apartments and the amenities that it comes with. The apartment comes with stackable washer and dryer but they are pretty small for a 2 bedroom which is capable of housing 4 people. Staff is friendly as well as maintenance, but if it is required for residents to be responsible for kitchen light bulbs, then maybe new ones should be placed in the apartment before a new person moves in. For that reason I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed. Pool is nice but the splash pad doesn't work. Great gym, gate breaks often but gets fixed within a week. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but there's still some work to be done

Vintage Park is a very nice apartment community. The floor plans are spacious and nicely laid out. The complex is well maintained, and any problems are resolved quickly. It is a quiet community most of the time, and the staff is very professional and friendly. My only complaint would be the parking. If you get home after 8:00pm, you will be parking several buildings away.

I love it here. The parking could improve as well as the clean up behind pets. Other than those two items I really do enjoy the staff and and activities that are planned for the residents. Also, there should be speed bumps or caution signs as the kids play in the parking lot with skate boards and bikes and people speed in the parking lot.

So far very few issues with our unit. Just wish the hot tub would be in better working condition. Not sure what can be done to alleviate problems with trash left out and outside people coming in to use our pool and dumpsters. Landscaping need attention, too many dead shrubs and such. Love the floor plans and location. Pricing is right in line with this area. Regarding management, Julie and Denise have been consistently pleasant to work with.

Moved in in 2017. From the last complex it was so nice and quite. Slept so good. Since then things have gone downhill. Was told at move in stainless steel appliances were going to be installed. 9 months later, nothing. But the office got a make over and gym got a make over. Landscape in the front is good but as you stroll to the back it goes downhill. Resident appearance has dropped. Thumping radios as they drive by through the complex. Parking and abandoned cars are bad. I look out my patio and see 4 cars that have not moved since I have been here. Neighbor is in a 1 bedroom and has husband, wife and 40+ yo son that lives there. Has 4 cars. Not sure if I will stay after my first year.

Upon our apartment search, we fell in love with the floor plan and the exterior of our apartment. The only thing dating the place is the sliding closet mirrors (which I happen to like). We moved in two years ago... It's been under two different managements since we moved in. The gate used to be secure but is left open or damaged most of the time. Do not expect to find parking near your building unless you are home before 5:30 pm weekly and forget about weekend nights. Our building residents have quickly fled before you can even blink. The gym has had equipment stolen and closed it from residents for over a month to repair and replace lost items. The pool was recently redone this past May and not in use for most of the summer. Kids generally are up to no good in the parking lots. The fire escape gate has frequent visitors crawling under from the Dunkin lot. Staff generally act incompetent and inconvenienced upon entering the main office. Maintenance has a terrible turnaround but are understaffed. This apartment gives terrible last minute "reminders" or announcements that are flyers posted on doors and typically requesting a change or policy/ rule in less than a 1-2 day turn around time. (Not convenient for those who travel & do not send residents email updates). There is now a bus stop in the vintage park/ HEB/ hospital area... so our apartments have become diverse with frequent "remote" are now so many cars still in the parking lot in the mornings. The cars have changed from Lexus and BMWs to student vehicles as well as visitors that do not even live here. Towing is not enforced. Neighbors have changed from friendly encounters to drug dealers across the hall and section 8 housing residents. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. This place is way too overpriced for the population of people currently living here.

I been here since October 2016. In December another company took over and it has been a nightmare!!!!! The apartment is nice but the management is unprofessional and don't care at all about the residents! I have health hazardous issues going on in my apartment as we speak and nothing has been done about it, the pool is closed every other day, the computers don't work, the gym is closed down every other day, and the office be closed during business hours and I have proof.. We get charged for every little thing...Dont waste your money here

Vintage Park is a nice place to live. The girls and the manager are very sweet and helpful. The resident functions have been a lot of fun and very creative. The grounds are always clean. I enjoy living here and I recommend it.

My stay here has been decent for the most part except for the staff. I initially submitted a 60 day notice to the property but cancelled the request with the leasing officer two weeks after I submitted it. I also informed her that I was going to renew my lease but was not certain for how long. I left with the impression that I had followed the correction procedure and that I will be able to renew my lease without any issues. I went in this week to inform the property that I was going to renew my lease for 9 months. I was told that my apartment had been leased out already because she was somehow under the impression that I was moving out. The leasing officer failed to provide and inform me of the correct process in which to retract my notice on the day I went in. The leasing officer is claiming that I went in to inform them that I was thinking about retracting my notice not to withdraw it. I am now in a situation that I have to be out of the apartment by the end of July 2nd and I do not have anywhere to move into at the moment. The staff has not been helpful at all to a loyal and good resident who pays their rent on time and hasn't caused any issues at all during my stay at this property. I also have a copy of my notice and I put my move out date at the end of July but someone other than me marked it out and changed it to end of June. I will also be reporting this to the Texas Apartment Association and the Houston Apartment Association and may pursue other legal courses of action as well. Update: I was transfered to a different apartment after I showed them that one of their staff members had forged my 2 months notice. Then and only then they would they work with me with resolving the problem that their incompetence. Once I showed them that, all of a sudden their was an apartment that was available. I signed a 5 months lease because it was the shortest lease I could get in order to get out of that complex as quickly as possible. They gave me 3 days to move in and they hadn't cleaned the apartment completely because the carpet cleaners came in on the second day of that move in and I had to wait until the carpet was dried. I had to rapidly move in over the 4th of July weekend and did it only to receive a comment from the insensitive manager "Well I figured you would be happy with what we gave you" when I dropped off my keys from my older apartment. Now I only stayed in that apartment 5 months and did very little to do any damage whatsoever to it. On they are sending me a bill that I owe them. They have charged me $5 for cleaning the dryer lint trap, $15 for cleaning the guest toilet, $66 for heavy carpet clean(when they cleaned it before I moved in only 5 months before), $10 for replacing a dining room halogen light, $5 for replacing a hallway flood light, $30 for replacing the refrigerator filter. Now all these charges only due to the fact that they want to get back at me for the ignorance that their leasing officer caused. If you noticed the pictures that I uploaded you will see that most of what they are claim are false and are lies by the management. And if you noticed, it took them nearly 5 months to respond to my initial post, signaling that they care very little about trying to resolve any issues that are posted on this website.

The place is good and most of the staff is good too. the manager is...see if you wanna move in and experience: 1) i was outside country traveling for weeks, only to return and found my car was towed away because the sticker expired. the lease regulate certain time for their actions, but she went ahead before that time bar expired. or i would be back in time to respond to their warning. i paid for the whole costs to get my car back city yard. i was going to go to county court and file a small claim but was lazy to go through the procedure. but i might just do it anyway 2) rented a garage and the remote control mechanism was out of order. i was told parts needed to be order and i waited for more than three months no news. i showed up and finally it was done. 3) my closet light went out. tech guy came and fixed, two weeks later went out again. i have been sticking to the same closet without light for six months now. i really hate to move all the furniture to another apartment and going through the whole ordeal again. or i would be out long time ago. so you be the judge

I moved here in late May 2015, to a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment in the back. When looking for an apartment I looked at the cars, to see the type of people who lived here. Lots of nice cars, BMW's, Audi's, a few Lexus. However, as the year has progressed, either rent has really gotten lower or college students are making bank. In the past two months, there have been more and more college aged people living here, driving beat up old cars, 5-6 piling into one apartment. Lots of noise, parties. I ended my lease early to be away from the noise. Also note, that at HEB they have installed a METRO bus dropoff/pickup location, so this area is going downhill fast, there is a big increase in panhandling, also not to mention more rift-raft in the general area. These apartments were built in 2005, the appliances have not been replaced since 2005, so don't expect much. Walls are paper thin, even living on the 3rd floor, my downstairs neighbors make enough noise to sound like they live above me. There are also a lot of kids who live here, and play ball in the parking lot area. They typically set car alarms off during the evening. Also in the back of the complex, a college student drives a loud Charger, that he runs the motor extremely loud at about 7am. Don't expect much from the staff. Maintenance guys do not speak English. Trust me, the place across the street, they are brand new, with stainless steel appliances. Much better!

Vintage Park Apartments is an impeccable community and great place to live. Its like living at a resort you are proud to call home. The manager, staff, and maintenance work very hard to take care of your needs and always welcome you with a smile. I am on my second year and plan to stay a long time.
