I will not be renewing my lease when it is up. I have not had a good experience. The security at the gates do not even work the gates are always left open. There's trash all around the apartments. Maintenance does not clean up their mess. My appliances are old and I pay 1450 a month.

Apartments are great and spacious with updated appliances. High ceilings and built in wine rack are a huge plus. The unassigned covered parking seems to be the only issue; if you get stuck late at work you'll be going for a walk. Otherwise apt and community seems to be great

So far I have had a great experience at Vintage Park Apartments! I had read a few concerning reviews on Google but the place was so beautiful I wanted to give it a try. Until now it's been a wonderful experience the staff has been lovely and the couple of maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediately. The grounds are beautiful it's like living in a resort. I'm Excited to be living here! All new stainless steel appliances have been installed. The only fly in the ointment is the carpet very badly needs replacing And I am waiting to hear back from management when that will be taking place (wish they'd done it before I moved in)

Amazing. Everyone is kind including the neighbors. No noise. Peaceful clean. Would like to have fire pit and fire place work. Had the issue with the pool but we can look over that. .....................

Move in was smooth but several maintenance issues foubd after move in. Response to complaints is very slow. At one point i was advised that was due to understaff. Seems like an excuse. I would expect a better response from the management

Dennise and the office staff are wonderful and very attentive to tenant concerns. The surrounding community is accessible to great restaurants and shopping. Neighbors are friendly. This far, I have had a positive experience.

I like living here. One of the best things was the ability to utilize the pool and hot tub year round. Been very disappointed that the hot tub has not been repaired for over 6 months. I need to use it to help with my physical therapy regimen and due to the lengthy disrepair I've had to pay to utilize one at a local gym. Not good

Great apartment homes. Some of the staff members are good. Asst manager Julie is above and beyond in communication and response. Security wise and maintenance wise need improvement. I recommend to move in here but be safe from robberies. Use security alarms etc..

It was horrible. The management never did what they promised. Parking was next to impossible on weekends or after 7pm. Management promised to tow visitors and never did. Plus made visitors parking to far away for anyone to want to use it

The office staff is knowledgeable and attentive. There are diverse floorplans to choose from and all are very attractive. The property is incredibly clean and, for a large complex, relatively quiet. Although the property is close to shopping, offices, and a medical center, there is a neighborhood atmosphere here, rather than a commercial center feel.

The property is nice and has many great amenities. The office and maintenance staff are pleasant. The one item I would recommend changing is the front gates, they're always broken. Also the stones around some of the bushes are always end up on the side walk. I've fallen twice.

Apartments are quiet so far. Although it took an entire week for the office staff to send someone to check on my issues after moving in, once Julio came to complete the maintenance request, he took care of everything I pointed out and more. He was really good. The area in which the apartments are located cannot be beat. Literally everything you could possibly want or need is a convenient 1-5 min drive away.

Do not move here unless it is your last resort. The apartments are overpriced. You're better off renting a house. The parking is never available. The gate never works. The gate to the trail never works. The hot tub never works. There are not side walks to walk to the convenient four grocery stores in walking distance if you like to enjoy the outdoors. There are only one and two bedrooms available and they are small rooms with outdated closets. The washer and dryers are tiny stackables so say bye bye to efficient appliances. If you enjoy paying a lot for no return or if this is temporary housing then this place is definitely for you!

We have just moved in & so far are very pleased. Despite our dryer not working and a few issues we are impressed. The dog park needs fixing as the wires are a safety concern. We do recommend working on a assigned parking method as it can be very difficult to find a spot that is near & having assigned parking near your apartment would alleviate this (especially because visitors do not just park in visitor parking) Our neighbors have all been very friendly & the place is beautiful!

My experience hasn't been great. Living around noisy neighbors that have no common sense or respect for their surroundings, and a management team that does little to resolve it. I have complained on several occasions about my neighbor blasting music late at night, and it continues to happen. I have spent more nights than I can count only getting but a few hours sleep before having to get up and go to work. This is not acceptable to me.

The best Apt. Community we have lived in. As with all things there is room for improvement. This is a good place to live and for children. Close to major shopping with a good selection of stores and restaurants close by.

I have been here for less than a week and so far it has been great. Maintenance is responsive as well as the staff. The place is beautiful and the community and location is quiet and convenient. Great place to live!

At first it was a pleasant move in and experience. Then after living there about a year the buildings got dirty and there were no regular checks of the building. Sometimes I don't go to the office because I know that I cannot get help.

The community is gorgeous, with a walking trail behind it and all of the amenities fairly accessible to all buildings. Upon touring I fell in love and in leasing I enjoy it even more! The leasing agents are very nice and seem to really want to help you out.

Very good value for the space. Upstairs neighbors can be heard moving around - could be quieter. Apartments have great eye appeal and access to the nearby trail is a great amenity. Lots of wildlife to watch. Easy access to Hwy 249 and Vintage Park has lots of great shops and restaurants.

Community and stay is good with good rate. I recommend to friend to say in this apartment. Commute to office is good and all shops are near by. Only issue i notice is Lease break penalty is really high. Hope you can fix that.

Good apartments with good location. However, repairs and service requests take a long time as they're shorthanded. Hot tub is dirty and fire pit still broken and inoperable. You have to walk across the property to take trash to a dumpster while being charged montly. Hot tub is disgusting. Outdoor fire pit is still broken, and maintenance said it's down for a long time with no concern for the problem.

The welcoming of the staff has always been excellent customer service, and the maintenance response is superb. I feel like they listen to their tenants and do the best that they can to make you feel at home.

The square footage on my apartment is the biggest I have seen in the market so far. And the maintenance is on spot all the time. Excellent and peaceful place to live in. My apartment building is centrally located and steps away from my bank, hospitals, shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend this apartment building to live.
