The community is very quiet and safe. The office staff are very efficient in tracking the application and necessary documentation. The location of the complex is accessible to the different roads and shops of necessity.

When I moved in, some of the drawers in the kitchen were jammed, the washer was leaning against the wall, and the paint ok the wall is chipped off in some places. Apart from all of this, overall, it's still a nice place.

Great imitator, however since management compensation changed grounds aren't keep as immaculate! As before. Only at the gate entrance. BEFORE I RARELY SAW BROWN, NO MULCH, NOW DEAD/ NO GRASS AREAS AND NO MULCH. Before EVERYWHERE LOOKED LIKE A RESORT

The gates are nearly always broken and left open day and night. Some of the dumpsters are overflowing resulting in parking a lots littered with random articles of trash. My a/c has stopped working twice now in a span of two months. Each time was after the heater had been on for two to three weeks.

I am in awe of this community. From the moment I drive up, I knew it was the one. The office staff are absolutely the best. They don't treat you like a potential, they continue to show you why you are already family. The process of getting in was so easy. The property layout is amazing., from the office, the movie rental room, the pool, the fire pit, the fountain, the gym, locker rooms, playground, community family areas to the apartment. The first day I looked at the apartment, the next door neighbor introduced himself and welcomed me. A feeling I could definitely get use to. After I moved in, I have been welcomed by so many on staff. This place is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. The website is identical to the apartment I moved in.

Reasonable price for the area. Overall quiet and well kept. Dog friendly. There are community events but I cannot review that since I don't participate. Neighbors in my building are friendly but keep to themselves, so no issue for me. Parking can be an issue since it's not assigned.

Confusing pricing structure and approval process. I was a resident for three years and was declined coming back to the apartment after 6 mos away. Manager refused to talk to me and had to deal with multiple leasing agents before the last one finally accommodated me.

I've been here for several years. I have not had any problems at all. The community is quit. The grounds are kept up well and the apartments are great! I plan on continuing my residency here. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Office and maintenance staff have been absolutely wonderful. Community is family oriented and quiet which is absolutely lovely if you have or looking to start a family. Amenities are wonderful as well as structural appearance of the community. When I moved in I did have problems with appliances which I had no issue getting resolved. Only issue is there is always gate problems. When you move into a gated community you would prefer that the gate works. As well as security should be available as there have been some minor issues with car break ins or packages stolen. Even just have a guard at the gate monitoring who comes in and out would make us all feel safer.

Staff has been very nice, I just don't feel that I'm getting what I'm paying for with regard to gates operating properly and amenities not being available. There have been times when large trash items have remained at a dumpster for weeks.

I love this community. The management and maintenance staff have been amazing when it comes to responding to any issues that I have had. The community is quiet with very respectful neighbors. It's within 10 minutes off 5 grocery stores, Willow Brook Mall, several restaurants and social hangout and easy access to Hwy 249, Beltway 8, 99 toll road and others.

Definitely have had a great experience here so far, the office is really helpful and nice , and if you have any problems they tend to deal with it all right away which is really nice and they follow up

Very good attention from the administration and workers of the condominium. Good place, nice and quiet.I like living in this place a lot that is why it is only recommended to several of my friends. I hope they continue to work like this

The community is beautiful and quiet. Julie, the office manager, Mr. Bryan, my guy, and Ms. Delia, so sweet, are all very helpful and thorough. They strive to keep the property at its best. The pool is so comfortable, relaxing, and inviting. I've lived here for over two years, and I am not planning on leaving any time soon. I highly recommend this community for your family. You're going to love it.

Terrible... Was only there briefly but, if I didn't know better would say its a Section 8 low income place with how that place changed in only 5 months and the caliber of ppl. That's what the established residents said anyways. Don't be fooled by the pretty pool. Don't live on the Louetta Side near the back fence or in the middle as these spots are somewhat sketchy. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing there

Quite And save as yes it's quite all the time especially walking with the kids in the walking tracks tracks and in the swimming pool but I would but so my pool needs little supervision for intruders introduce but anyway as a whole it's got to be here here at least it's next to the kids school.

I'm satisfying my vehicle stays at the carport parking lots It stays away from the weather is turning very hot during the summer is coming. I would like to renew the lease again. I'm satisfying to pay check for apartment rent every 1st month.

We enjoy having lots of entertainment in this area. So much to do here. Nothing I need is over 15 minutes away. We enjoy the playground here and the dog park, although it could use some attention. The apartment is very spacious.

Generally good. Some maintenance is ineffectively completed. The back gate has been written up numerous times and still is not fixed. The pool is unusable during what may be the hottest week of the year due to uncompleted maintenance. The fitness facility was inaccessible due to faulty maintenance which disabled the access keypad.

Mostly uneventful. I feel pretty safe here. I really like my living quarters. It is very quiet in my unit. The only noise comes from " hot- rod cars" leaving the complex. I really like Kevin. He is always very nice

It's basically what I already wrote. The apartment seemed inviting to move in, but usually there's only a community email that makes the apartment seem like we're all in trouble based on what a few people have done. And if it's more than a few people messing up the pool, or leaving trash out, then I don't really want to stay.
